First time here. Excellent customer service from the employees on the counter and making the pizzas. Randy ordered a small create your own: pepperoni, garlic and tomato and really liked it. I ordered a small vegetable: olives, tomatoes, green bell peppers, tomato and mushrooms. It was good but the veggies were raw and loaded on top. I would have preferred half that and cooked so I was bummed. I did enjoy Randy's and the ranch and their pizza crust is awesome. A small pizza could easily feed three people so we have loads of leftovers. Again, excellent customer service so we will definitely be back but I'd order something different. There are some video games and booths along the walls and tables in the two dining areas. Overall a good experience. read more

I have to tell you I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the pizza. Send crust piled high with fresh-toppings, very delicious and plentiful. Ordered a medium for two people in a couple of coronas with lime came to about $45 with tip. I guess that's the average price for pizzas anymore.! Staff were super friendly and update. We didn't feel rushed at all even though we got there 30 minutes before closing definitely will come back again. I took mine to go so i didn't avail myself of the atmosphere and games but the vibes were immaculate. The crust on my pizza was the most transcendentally perfectly toasted dough Ive had in my life and I love carbs with a passion. Like- OMG. The rest of the pizza was all good fresh ingredients too but like, I was not expecting the perfect crust on that. It was even and just- like that not quite chewy but with the crunch- I- it was worth it just for that. The people who worked there left me alone and were generally friendly without seeming like they were being kissasses about it so I'm really happy with how i was treated. My introvert self just chilled at a whirly chair on my phone. Guy managed to get my attention when he was done without being loud or spooking me which was super nice. Pizza Palace is pretty decent, but it is a bit pricey compared to other pizza joints. We came here to grab lunch, and we noticed there were lunch specials (salad bar with something). There were at least 5 different lunch specials. After debating what to order, we decided to just order a mini 1 topping pizza ($6.99 each). It took about 10 minutes for our pizza to be ready. The pizza reminded me of Round Table. I loved how how it was crispy on the bottom. The mini pizza was a perfect size for 1 person, too. Overall, I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area. There is plenty of parking (in the lot or on the street). Customers have to order and pay at the counter first. Service was awesome. read more

This is a great place for pizza! My family and I ordered the Pineapple bbq Chicken. The service was fast and the large was more like an extra large and loaded with ingredients! JUST DON'T - I was driving through town and wanted a pizza. I am going to start with the fact that the air conditioner was broken. Not usually a big deal except they left the door open so I had to fight with the flies to eat my pizza. Lucky for me I did not want a salad, or in this case a bowl of lettuce. The flies were all over the lettuce and toppings and nobody seemed to care. It was gross, and if it wasn't for the fact that I had already paid for my expensive pizza I would have left. In the end I should have just asked for a refund. The pizza was terrible and the flies made me loose my appetite. read more

The food is pretty good. My last experience was really awful. The cashier/cook was making my pizza and while topping the ingredients he was picking up calls and receiving change with his bare hands and heading back to my pizza ingredients with out washing his hands. I approached him and told him that it wasn't fair that he was touching other items and money and not washing his hands while at it. He got irritated and threw the pizza. When he made a new pizza he threw it at our table. It's not my fault that he got irritated because I told him to wash his hands. read more

When placing your order there was walk -up area, to place and pay for your order at the same time. We were served within twenty minutes of seating, after making a trip to the salad bar. Nutrition: I had the combination personal pan pizza w/ mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni, black.olives, salad bar trips & a beverage of your choice. Prices Also, ordered barbeque wings and other combinations like crab sandwich w/ trips to the salad bar. All cooked food was served piping hot and fresh. The personal pan pizza are more then generous, it's more like a small pizza in size. Pizza was excellent, topping was plenty. Salad bar needs work, but offered various topping, including crab salad. Atmosphere: The atmospher was pleasing, plenty of seats either looking out towards the street/sidewalk or seating in the back towards the bar. Holy cheese pizza!!! They are not kidding with the word "cheese". I love this place for the memories I have while dining in it. My parents and I used to come here, for the salad bar and pizza deal. My favorite pizza is always just cheese. And theirs is really, like, all cheese. And it's a blend of cheese, not just mozzarella, but cheddar as well. My favorite mix to go on pizza!
