I order 3 pizza with crazy crust so they would be made fresh. When I came in to pick them up they said they weren't quite ready. I watched as they took 3 pizzas out of the warming oven add the crazy crust and give them to me. I live within 5 minutes of this little Caesars. I am tired of this place. And yes I know it's just a cheap quick easy way to get mediocre pizza, but every time I go in there it seems like I have to wait for their "hot and ready". Why is that? I thought it was "hot and ready"? Usually I order the Extra Most Best, but just about every time it does not look like there is any extra cheese and very few pepperonis. This time, I had to wait again to get the "hot and ready extra most best", and as you can tell from the photograph I'm a little disappointed. Yes there are extra pepperoni but they're all pushed to one side the cheese quantity is poor to say the least. And I can't stand how they leave a 2-inch border around the crust without any toppings. It's time to get with it? If you advertise more pepperoni and more cheese and you better damn well do what you say you're going to do. read more

Cheap, yummy pizza! They gave us extra bread sticks because they had a lot at the end of the day. Their employees are usually great.

Just went through the drive thru and they are behind on orders which is fine but as I'm sitting there at the window I'm watching the employees eat ingredients, touching their mouths, pulling their masks down to do so and then proceed to handle people's food without washing or sanitizing. Super unsanitary and with COVID, a little unwise. Anyways, the guy at the window seemed to be older than all the highschoolers working the back so I mentioned to him my concerns, I wasn't rude with my tone just told him what I witnessed and he stated, "Nobody cares around here." He gave me a shrug and seeing the look on my face turned around and asks the workers if what I saw was true. The one kid says they are all eating gummy bears which is probably accurate but I know what I saw too and regardless of what they are eating they are still touching their mouths, face masks and not sanitizing. I get it we all drink and snack a work some but at least be smart about it and use proper avenues to do so, not bare hands and lacking of sanitizing methods. I digress. The guy turns back towards me and says, "I asked them and they said they didn't so..." at that point it doesn't matter what I say I'm just an obnoxious customer and he got abrasive with me asked me to pull forward and they will get my pepperoni and cheese pizza to me. Fast forward 10 min of waiting and watching multiple people get their orders that ordered after me, I walk into the store and pick up my order that was probably spit on and had been sitting at the window already. Had I had more time before heading to work I would have asked for my money back and gone someplace else. I will never go here again, with so many pizza options in the valley I'll gladly give up the convenience of a drive thru for better quality and customer service. read more

I make the long drive to get pizza from here. It is usually great and service is quick. Recently however I've been getting cheese pizzas instead of pepperoni. This has happened the past couple times I have been. The box even says its pepperoni but it's not. I then have to drive all the way back to get the correct pizza. They don't compensate with anything such as a bottle of soda or crazy bread or anything. They also throw away the incorrect order, which I get because of dishonest people. But in every restaurant I have worked at, the customer keeps the incorrect order as well as the correct one. Not sure what's happened to this location but I hope it gets fixed soon so I don't have to drive all the way to the other one. read more

I like getting pizza from here because of how good the crazy bread is and how the butter melts in your mouth when you take a bite out of the soft stick of bread. I also like when you can customize your order to the way you like it. Depending on the day of the week it takes longer for me to get some pizza because of how many people there are. But usually it's really quick to get your pizza. I also like it when you can just get your order online because then you can just choose what you want and pick it up when you want too. Everyone is really nice when you are at the register and always have a smile on there face. The manager Wes is a really cool guy he is nice and cares about the customers along with being helpful when someone has a question. read more

Today when I went to this location, I was told that it would take 3 minutes to get the $6 extra most best or whatever it is. No cars around and they asked me to pull around front. Then 2 cars came to the driveup and 2 cars pulled up out front. All of these customers came and went with their orders while I was sitting there waiting. I finally got out of my car and went inside to get my pizzas. it was over 10 minutes. The time before when I went, i was second in line at the driveup. I only ordered the $5 pizza, which was supposedly ready. i waited and waited and waited behind the truck in front of me. For some reason, they didn't ask that person to pull around front to wait. I finally backed up and left and went somewhere else. I'm sick of ALL fast food places that ask you to pull forward. Drive through is sluggish and pizza is mediocre. If you've been to Little Caesars you know what to expect. Cheap, and acceptable pizza. However the other night I was in a hurry, I had no food at my house and needed something fast for my family. We were planning on going night skiing and we wanted to get up there as fast as possible. So I figured Little Caesars would be more than capable to deliver on being fast, affordable, and tasty. However when I pulled up to the drive through I waited for 10 minutes before I got my order placed, and several cars were still ahead of me. I only ordered one order of pepperoni pizza and one order of crazy bread. When I got my order placed I had to wait at least another 10 minutes until I was able to get to the window. Eventually, after waiting in their sluggish mess of a line, I was finally able to pay and get my pizza. I was in a big hurry, so the last thing I needed was to wait 20 minutes to get a pizza. I understand that things at a fast food place can be backed up now and again, but their logo is "Hot and ready" not "Slow and unprepared". Anyhow, I finally got home, after their debacle of a line, and was able to eat. However, their pizza was not fully covered in cheese. The edges near the crust were caked in baked sauce with no cheese on it. The pizza ,overall, though was okay (it filled me up without me disliking it or liking it). Their crazy bread was near the same way. It was very greasy and tearing the slices of bread apart was awful but the food itself was acceptable. You DEFINITELY get what you pay for, the pizza and crazy bread was well priced. I am trying to isolate my experience from the restaurant, from the food, because the food itself was decent, but the service was abhorrent.
