I had an urge for pizza, but being single, I didn't want an eat in pizza parlor, nor a whole pie so I opted for the Little Caesars Crazy Puffs. The only wait time was because of people ahead of me but the line moved fast I got the puffs and drink special very quickly. The meal was hot and tasty. I ate two puffs before I left the parking lot. Got two pizzas in the earlier morning. Ate the 1st one just fine but my girlfriend said as she opened the 2nd box, a fly was trapped inside. The 2nd box was closed the entire day with the 1st box sitting on top of it. There's no way a fly could fit inside the closed 2nd box and the fly must've been sitting inside it for like 4-5 hours which is pretty gross. When I called the location, Albert was extremely rude over the phone. The customer service here is terrible, they really must not want returning customers. I will never go back to this location again. Albert can keep the $6 but lose a customer forever. Thanks for making the decision easy for me to never return here and a little helpful advice, try to be less of an asshole over the phone and you'll definitely lose less customers in the future. read more

Came at 1:30pm and they had zero pizzas available. While waiting 10 minutes for pizza I was appalled at the employees behavior. There were 3 teenage boys goofing around in the back (dancing, hitting each other, "fighting" with the pizza cutters). One customer came in asking what kind of sodas were available and the employee responded: "changes every day, I'm not sure." Another customer asked for napkins and was told "we don't have any." NO NAPKINS?? Ridiculous! Right before I left one of the boys started placing empty paper towel rolls in his hat and was saying "guys look at my dreads!" I will never be returning. read more

The one star is for the pizza. Typical decent cheap pizza. However, the employees need to be retrained in regards to their customer service skills. Due to their behavior and attitude, you will not have any returning or any customers at all. Young boy in front had headphones in, and barley acknowledged anyone. Very poor service. We tried Little Caesars for the first time. We did delivery instead of picking it up at the Yorba Linda (at Rose Drive) location. The delivery is through Grub Hub. On my order confirmation we were given an approximate delivery range. We were also told we would receive a delivery text from the delivery driver when it was delivered. HOWEVER ....we did not receive any delivery text at all. The only way we knew our pizza was delivered was because my nice neighbor happened to step out his door to see a pizza on HIS porch and he walked over and delivered our pizza to us. I immediately called Little Caesar's Pizza to alert them to this delivery mistake. They could have cared less. I was told by them that this was Grub Hub's error and they had nothing to do with the mistake. I called Grub Hub next. And they also did not care! I was told they would work on improving their delivery service and was sorry for the mistake. Neither Little Caesar's nor Grub Hub care about customer retention. Do NOT bother with Little Caesar's Pizza because it's guaranteed to be a lousy experience! UPDATE TO MY REVIEW... I have reconsidered my review based on the customer service response I received from Little Caesar's Pizza management. The manager nicely explained it was a Grub Hub delivery issue and offered to refund our pizza cost. No problem with them now! read more
