I was able to get a few slices that I liked and when I was done, I realized no one came to clean our table. The service was lacking. I started bringing my own plates to their trash station. After about the 3rd or 4th time doing that, someone stopped me and said I don't have to do that. After that, they ended up coming to our table and cleaning plates. There was a period of time at the buffet where they had no pizzas. I guess they had a rush but they did not have any backup pizzas so there were no pizza at the buffet for about 10 minutes. We took the kids to play at the arcade. We were able to purchase game cards and reload them at the machine they had inside. They didn't have any staff working inside. We were able to get some tickets and had to wait for a staff member to come to the ticket exchange. I would say the lack of service / staff is the only reason why I did not give them a 5 star.
