My parents and aunt and uncle eat here often, but I can't stand the sight of it and very rarely go here. Not once, not twice, but the last 3 times that I've ate here.. I've found hair in my Mac and cheese. Would be nice if the employees realized they actually work in food service and not in the hair/beauty industry; meaning keep your hair in a net... all of it. Even my boss was like, "You went to KFC today? You never go to KFC for lunch.." I sit down to eat and 5 minutes later I came to her office fussing, "See, I never go to KFC and this is why! Hair all in my food! And it happens every single time..." And they went through a phase were they would often be out of chicken past a certain time, like 5 pm in the afternoon, right before dinner rush. BUT if you do happen to get hairless food, it is good and fresh. And taste okay. I rarely complain on food chains. However, Buyer Beware. I ordered online a bucket. Apparently the servers there DO NOT know how to identify different pieces of chicken. Instead of 2 breast, 2 thighs, 2 drumsticks, and 2 wings, I received 1 breast, 3 thighs, 2 wings (one so over cooked the dog had a hard time biting into it) and one piece I could not identify. It looked sort of like a combo of mostly back with a little breast meat. Be wise and order inside and choose the pieces you order. I know good help is hard these days, but this was pitiful. Just average! The cashier was friendly when taking order, but upon receiving my food to dine in I had to go back and ask for my fries that was forgotten. The Manager is absolutely horrible here she talks to customers in a very awful way I seen a customer ask her for sweet tea and if looks could kill they would be dead all over asking for sweet tea. She needs some serious training on how to treat customers she is very loud and screaming across the dining room to customers along with yelling at her employees!! The poor employee here are so embarrassed at the way she is treating the customers!! People are ordering chicken and she is literally telling them she is out of everything how do you come to KFC and can't get chicken cause she is refusing to cook it!! read more

Has to be the worst run KFC anywhere. Still haven't opened for inside dining and the drive thru continually mixes up tue order or is out of chicken and you will need to pull up and wait for them to cook more. Love KFC and wish someone would fix this one read more

EWW! the food first off, distrusting and gross! When we got there, the cashier taking our order had a snarky tone and she said "hurry up, stop wasting my time!" Then when the food was done, she threw it at me. Maybe y'all would have more money to fix the rat problem, broken lights, cracked seats, if everyone didn't have a problem! I am very disappointed. In 1967 I met colonel Sanders and he was a sweet guy. I bet he would be so disappointed. Last, why did I find 5 white hairs on my fried chicken. If I'm correct colonel died, so why is there his hair there? If zero stars were possible, putting that would be too nice, this deserves a -10 rating. Zero stars. It is such a beautiful day here in Perry that I decided to get my order to go and sit in the car to eat it. The food was delicious with my chicken being delicious, my mashed potatoes were go good, my coleslaw was so tasty either the biscuit being fluffy and light The best part of the whole experience was the ladies working there. Not only did they wait on me being very professional and polite but they were also catering. I was parked in handicap and decided I needed to move so others could park close to the door. I moved to the other side of the building before I dug into my lunch. You can imagine my surprise when one of the ladies came out to check on me to be sure I was alright. Exceptionally rude service can ruin food quality. The gentleman ahead of me in the drive through gave his order for 5 minutes. I could hear what he was saying from my car. They listened to him make a request and responded a minute later. Then eventually told him to go to the window to order. He received his food bag after I did. Finally at the speaker I waited 5 minutes before my order was taken. When I asked if biscuits could be substituted as a side, I was aggressively told "no." That's fine, but I have the right to ask. At the window, employees were yelling at one another. Not about personal matters, but how to do their job. For example, even with the window closed I could hear them screaming about my mac n cheese. I was told "thank you" (finally a touch of decency) and given a bag with 0 napkins. Though I never do, I decided to check my food. There were potato wedges. I went inside and explained what happened. After I told her I ordered mac n cheese, she asked if I was in the drive thru. The restaurant was empty except for 2 customers. Where could I have come from? I simply said yes and asked again. As she took the wedges from my box the cashier asked me "why you didn't like the wedges?" Because I didn't taste what I didn't order? The new Zinger sandwich tasted good. read more

We drove through because we are on our way to FL, first thing we could not understand the person , very unclear. Second, lady asked us to park in one of the parking spaces, again unclear, the then they changed their mind and gave the bag with food at the window. Third, we drive away and on the highway we notice there was no plastic spoons or forks and no napkins for the coleslaw and corn. Fourth, we ordered the bucket of 8 chicken we got only 6. Terrible service! Will never go there again rude staff and completely unconcerned. Ordered sandwiches with barbecue sauce and after a while was given the total, at the next window they asked to confirm that it was honey barbecue, and proceeded to charge $10.00 more, immediately I asked to change back to just barbecue but was told the transaction has already gone through and they can't change it. This is the nicest interior of KFC I have ever seen. The service was excellent! Our large order took a while, but the manager came out & spoke with us about frying our order fresh and offered us free drinks. I always seem to stop in here when there isn't any fresh food on the bar. After the last few bad experiences, I now tend to drive past it to other choices. I like my food fresh and hot. Having a bar where you have to wait for the food to be cooked, kind of defeats the purpose of a quick meal when pressed for time. read more

Well, we stopped by KFC for some more sides to go with leftovers we already had at home for supper a couple of days back. We'd had pretty good luck with this (getting sides, but avoiding the greasy chicken), but not so much this time around. The coleslaw was again very good, but the gravy to go on the mashed potatoes had too much garlic in it. (Where the heck did the idea that *everything* has to taste like garlic come from? I'd love to know.) Also, I made the mistake of trying their new wings menu item. I ordered them plain/unsauced, and they looked like they were going to be good (crispier and less greasy than the regular fried chicken), but then I bit into one. Even though it says nothing about it on the product description, the things had been rolled (or breaded before frying) with some sort of extremely hot spice. Cayenne maybe, though I expect it was something hotter. And when I say hot, I mean "my lips went numb" hot. So much for that new product rollout. I have no idea if they're supposed to be that hot or if some kitchen guy/gal went crazy with the spice cannister. I'm not going to waste any more money to find out. Giving 2 stars because the potatoes (without the gravy) were decent and the coleslaw was good. read more

This place was so dirty and no Clean tables in the place! Keep driving and find another place. A little girl about 4 or 5 years old was playing with the ice and drink dispenser and then pouring everything out. Food was good. 1 other person eating in the restaurant and all but 2 tables were dirty. The restrooms were a mess too. It was only 11:15am.

On November 2 ,2016 I visited the drive thru at this location. It was dark outside and an employee was visible cleaning the dining room. She saw me and her body language clearly demonstrated her frustration at yet another customer. I drove around to the drive thru and placed my order for a 12 piece chicken only with half original and half extra crispy. That includes 3 of each piece. A female night manager asked if she could replace wings for my legs . I said thighs would be okay. She was very nice but from what I received, I am positive that she thought I got an all dark. The drive thru cashier even told a customer behind me that they had just sold out of breasts because of my order. I get home and to my horror and disgust the chicken was all dark and way past the correct time because of obvious discoloration and and temperature very tepid. I immediately called the restaurant and Derrick identified himself as a manager and apologized and promised to replace my chicken . I said that would be fine. He also offered a note to the General Manager so I would have the option of getting it on day shift. I told him we tried to eat it because we were hungry. My lady threw up her chicken and I got very bad indigestion. So I called today and offered to just do 2 buffets instead of the chicken. She demands that I bring this chicken back and she would only replace the uneaten chicken. No apology whatsoever!!!! Even her subordinate manager had the professionalism to do that! She raised her voice to me and I raised mine some and she said don't raise your voice at me! I said you are raising yours. Then she toned down and said let me make a phone call and she calls me back and smugly says that she will not refund me but will only replace the uneaten pieces. I am appalled by this lapse of judgment. I have serviced the public for over 35 years in management and operations . This is not a place I can possibly recommend to anyone. Cleanliness issues were the reason that I go drive thru . Now even the drive thru is off limits. I am giving them their precious nasty chicken and I will never darken their doors again.
