The reason why I am leaving a three star on this Jimmy John's is simple the staff is a hit and mess either they are not listening or just don't care I have to repeat what I want to order and the employees are like wait what you want to order so I have to repeat what I want to them or they don't understand how I am wanting fix on a sub their like I don't know what you mean I reply with this is how your manager told me to tell you guys and ladies how I am wanting to fix. Inside this location is always clean which is good and nice to see. Plenty of seating inside and with plenty to choose where to sit. They offer soft drinks and tea to drink and chips as well. I end up at this JJs on a semi-regular basis and it's a solid spot. On one of my recent visits they messed up my order putting mayo on a sandwich that isn't supposed to have it. When showed them and explained what I ordered they did an excellent job of apologizing and remaking my sandwich correctly in a timely manner. I can totally live with mistakes. These things happen, we're all human. One of the reasons I'm giving this location 5-stars is b/c of how they handled making a mistake. It makes me want to come back and patronize this location again b/c I know they will get stuff correct (even if it takes two tries). Now, this might not always be the norm based on some of the other reviews I've read. But, they've always treated me well. I'd suggest checking it out if you're in the mood for sandwich. read more

Chain gang I love the consistency of Jimmy John's. Always super fast and friendly service with great subs. Sometimes I go for that lettuce wrapped un-wich but often ya just gotta suck it up for that so soft bread. For me I go for the roast beef. Add some horseradish mayo and cheddar and it's the bomb. read more

Avoid this place: Came in with about 14 people in the group around 7. We Get told that the only bread they have is what's available and if they run out, then they're out. Three people working and I'd say over half the orders were wrong. Missing condiments, condiments added that weren't supposed to. Personally my sandwich was very lacking. The flavor wanted to be there but it just wasn't "it". One in the group placed a mobile order and it was wrong. The place is clean which is a plus but this is by far the worst JJ experience I've ever had. Another family of four came in and they got their order wrong so they took it to the front. The guy working the cash register was RUDE to this older woman as she explained what's wrong. He acted disinterested, unapologetic and just his whole demeanor was piss poor. I'll go to a Jimmy John's again but it won't be this place. read more

I asked for my meal to be bagged, as it was to go, and the employee just stared at me and pointed at the bag BEHIND the counter so I could bag it myself. Ordered a family's worth of sandwiches. Because we were too far for delivery, we opted for pickup. 20 min each way. Got home, and one sandwich was missing. Called to get them to make it right, which consisted of us going back to the store for a $3.99 sandwich. Wouldn't deliver it because it was too far. Or, they would charge my cc again except the one sandwich them refund my original order. 5-7 days to process the refund. Bottom line, not their problem. Admitted they didn't recall making that sandwich. PPS. Bottom line #2, check the accuracy of your order at this store. read more

I love JJ subs, quick to make and tastes great. Always fresh. This new location is besides Lazy Dog Growler and next to McDonalds across from Kroger on Watson Blvd. Nice location, good parking. I also love the cookies - huge tasty cookies. They have different size sandwiches and light sandwiches. I highly recommend checking them out. I love the Lulu #16 - turkey with bacon. The cashier, and then the manager said it would cost extra. I left the sandwich there and the manager said they would enter a refund 'later', that would show up on my card in 2-3 days. What kind of a place are you running here. Freaky fast, as long as you take the measly portions of the main ingredients you came here for. BUYERS BEWARE! I work locally and had my sandwich delivered. I had an online rewards offer for a free little john, ordered chips plus added a small tip. The amount was $5.14. The next day I check my bank account. The transaction came to $55.47!!! Someone helped themselves to a $50 tip. Thank god the online order showed that amount was not what I authorized and someone manually changed the tip amount. I called there corporate office and they confirmed someone entered different tip amount! I called the location on Watson Blvd but the guy on the phone said the Manager just left. I asked the guy and he said his name was "Slick" When I went to the store to get my refund. I asked the employees who in the world is Slick? They thought it was funny. One of the employee replied there was no one with that name "Slick" here. They all had suspicious looks in there face. I demanded my refund and let them know they have a bunch of crooks in this establishment. I have already forewarned my place of employment not to order from this shady place!! The mystery about this place they don't want to release management names or the franchise owners. Shady @&* place!!! EVEN CORPORATE DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME THE FRANCHISE OWNERS NAME! Been in this particular one many times before, I get a sandwich then go next door to Just Tap'd and eat in there and have a beer. This time in Jimmy John's there were three women working, each had long multi-colored dreds and not one of them had a hair net on. I know it's just a sandwich shop, but hell I don't want a hair in my sandwich even if it is a fake weave of whatever. I have eaten at Jimmy John's twice now. I ordered a Giant Sub with a Large Drink and Chips and it cost me over $20.00. When they told me the price I was shell shocked and it will be my last time eating at one of their locations unfortunately. The flavor is ok, but to me Subway and Jersey Mikes is better (However Jersey Mikes is rather pricey too, but flavor is better). I can think of dozens of other things I would have much rather ate for $20 than a sandwich. Whomever is deciding the prices on these "Premium" sub restaurants needs to reassess things. Their margins must be awesome. I will give them a couple good remarks though. One is they are fast in terms of making the sandwich, but can be too fast as they were making my sandwich before I told them what I wanted on it and had to removing some items. The fountain drink was good too and appreciate the fact they had Cherry Coke which is one of my favorite sodas. I would have felt much better if my bill would have been between $13 to $14 for what I got so for management and ownership, I highly recommend you considering addressing pricing so you can increase the amount of customers. This pricing structure I'm sure works in some areas, but I have doubts for many of your locations that have numerous options like this location and other have. read more

Freakishly small delivery radius (1 1/2 miles) love their sandwiches but was told 2 miles away was to far for delivery.

This was my first and worse experience with Jimmy John. I ordered my food at 5:30 to be delivered and 6:45 goes by and no food. I have never had that experience with Jimmy John. Today is 03/29/2017 and the afternoon or evening crew is terrible. The manager did not try to explain what the problem was.
