New place, still maybe working out the bugs. Street sign only , no sign on the building. The place smelled like a good pizza joint. Every thing is new. Decent selection on the menu. Ordered drinks and the pizza roll appetizer. After about 5 minutes we ordered the cauliflower crust pizza. Waitress repeated the order as gluten free crust , we said no cauliflower crust. She said the cauliflower crust was gluten free. Ok cauliflower is gluten free I guess, to me they are different things. Menu claims they cook in a brick oven. You can see in the kitchen and standard Blodgett pizza ovens aren't brick ovens. False advertising. The appetizer and pizza came out together. Pizza rolls were ok except the sauce they came with was cold. Why cold sauce with hot food??? Hot and hot please. Pizza tasted like a normal flat bread type crust. Didn't taste like any cauliflower crust we ever had. Not sure what crust we got. Might try them again in a few months to give them a chance to work out the kinks.

This update was a long time coming, but if I'm here almost once a week at one point in a month of…read moremy life... I must like this place more than I originally thought! From fresh pizza to exciting new weekly flavors, they really got me coming back curious and hungry every time. It helps that the people are friendly, and the atmosphere is nice too. I always, always get their kale caesar. It's a good appetizer to share. The dressing and amount of cheese on top is just SO good with their kale when you get that lovely zing from the citrus in the dressing. I also always get their garlic pizza because I love seeing arugula in a dish. The bites of bitterness you get from it plays well with the strong savory notes of garlic and cheese. But then there's a hit of caper that really keeps you interested in eating more. Finally, I end my order with whatever their special pizza is. I've had a lot of their weekly specials, and they were all great! I'm still waiting for certain ones to return because I missed my chance to try them, but I've been happy with all their specials I've had thus far. By the way, I've only ever gotten dinner here. I'm not sure how bad parking is normally, but for me, there's usually quite a bit of street parking available.

We had the cheese pizza with pesto and a sausage pizza and both were delish. The sourdough pizza crust really sets their pizza apart. The staff was super friendly. Highly recommend! After driving past Trattoria Di Napoli for months, my husband and I finally had the opportunity to…read moretry this cute Italian spot in downtown Perry. When we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly hostess who seated us immediately. The restaurant itself is quaint and cozy with an ambiance that feels casual yet slightly upscale, perfect for a relaxed date night or when you want to feel a little fancy without having to iron your clothes first. One thing I appreciated right away was the menu. It wasn't overwhelming but still offered a nice variety of Italian classics. You'll find fresh pasta dishes, wood-fired pizzas, and entrées like chicken and eggplant Parmesan, along with several traditional Italian desserts. There was a decent amount of options. Our waiter was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening. To start, both my husband and I ordered the Hugo Spritz. They were light, refreshing, and very well made, basically the kind of drink that makes you want to sit back, sip slowly, and pretend you're on a patio somewhere in Italy instead of Middle Georgia. As a pescatarian, I originally ordered the Trota al Forno, a pan-seared seasonal fish entrée. Sadly, our waiter had to come back with the disappointing news that they were out. My pescatarian heart sank just a little... but hunger waits for no one. So I pivoted and ordered a Caesar salad with grilled shrimp instead. My husband ordered a pizza, half pepperoni and half cheese. The pizza here is very thin and wood-fired. We both enjoyed the pizza, it had just the right balance of sauce and crust, and everything was seasoned very well. It comes with eight slices, but because they're so thin, they disappear quickly. My Caesar salad was fresh and topped with nicely grilled shrimp. The house made dressing had great flavor, though it was a bit more generous than my personal preference. If I were to get a salad again I would ask for the dressing on the side. They also offer weeknight specials Tuesday through Thursday, so it's worth checking their website for the details before heading out. Overall, we had a really nice experience. The customer service was outstanding. Was it the best pizza around? No, but it was definitely tasty and satisfying. The Caesar salad was good, and the atmosphere made for a pleasant evening. We'll definitely be back... and hopefully next time the fish entrée and I will finally meet.
