It also wasn't overly greasy, which made a big difference. I also tried the sweet and spicy Carolina sauce. That might have been the most flavorful of the three. It had a lot going on, but in a good way. But the real star here is the wings themselves. They came out perfectly sauced and were incredibly crispy from the first bite to the last. That crisp was legit. The size was also perfect. They weren't massive, they weren't tiny, just a really good wing all around. I also ordered the onion rings, which surprised me.
