    Build your own pizza
    Sonal G.

We had the Build your own pizza with unlimited toppings. The staff was cordial and took care of our vegetarian constraints by using separate knife for cutting the pizza. It has good indoor seating and was not that crowded when we went. Definitely worth the price we paid.

Great experience, came for dinner and moved through the queue quickly. It was clean inside, tables and chairs were conveniently spaced for comfort. My partner and I ordered custom build your own pizzas and the workers were very efficient. Some of the toppings did look a little old, so I avoided choosing those. I appreciated that they gave me my fig balsamic glaze on the side so I could top it how I wanted. Will be back!

    Mega thick pizza!!

Overall 3.75 Stars…read more If you need a healthy alternative to heavy laden carbs or fried / rich foods, then this place is for you. After spending a day at a theme park and eating their options, it was nice to "clean" your body out with a good and healthy salad. Located on Sand Lake road near Publix and multiple eateries, this place has a wide selection of salads, sandwiches, and a limited selection of soups. Ambiance: 3.5 Stars The place was clean and has plentiful seating. Ranging from bar style or bench and tables. It is Deli style when ordering. Go to the back and select the type of salads, rice / couscous, soups, or sandwiches. There are pre-fixed options or you can build your own bowl. The eatery was clean, open and airy. Natural lighting was pleasant with the large front windows. It would have been a higher star rating for the ambiance, but the bathrooms needed some work. Though it was clean and roomy, there was no soap and limited toilet paper. Staff: 3.5 Stars Deli The employees were friendly and professional. Our server assisted us with questions and our selections. However, with the middle Eastern dialect and his ability to speak at a rate of the sound barrier, he had to repeat a few times for us to understand. Note: His patience was much appreciated. Food: 3.75 Stars We all chose several different salads. Three were pre-fixed and one was customized. 1. Shanghai Chicken Salad - 3.5 Stars Roasted chicken, edamame, scallions, almonds, cilantro, red cabbage, romaine perfectly paired with miso sesame vinaigrette Contains: Nuts, Soy I chosen the chopped romaine leaves as the base. It was light and flavorful from the dressing. However the chicken was a little bit overcooked and dry. The condiments were plentiful and fresh. Though it was good and had protein, I felt somewhat satisfied. I could eaten another bowl. 2. Chicken Shawarma - 4 Stars Blackened diced chicken thigh, kale, hummus, baba ghanoush, pickles, Israeli salad with Greek yogurt and tahini dressing. The based options are rice melody or couscous. I chose the rice melody. This bowl was more satisfying than the Shanghai Chicken Salad. The chicken tasted juicy, tender and flavorful. Choosing a thigh instead of breast brings the umami flavor of the chicken. The fresh veggies and tahini dressing was a perfect match for this option. 3. Santa Fe Salad - 3.5 Stars avocado, corn, local jack & cheddar, grape tomatoes, onions, tortilla chips, local kale, romaine, perfectly paired with chipotle-lime vinaigrette with a fresh lime squeeze. My sister added chicken thigh and avocado Chimichurri dressing. She said it was tasty. 4. South Beach - 3 Stars craisins, walnuts, green apples, blue cheese, local mesclun, romaine, perfectly paired with balsamic vinaigrette. My wife added chicken and swapped the walnuts for pumpkin seeds. The diced breast chicken was slightly dry and seasoning was lacking. The salad itself was good but wasn't too satisfying. 5. Customized Salad - 3.25 Stars My niece chose to customize her salad bowl. She chose chicken, romaine lettuces, shaved Parmesan cheese, cucumbers, edamame, and other veggie ingredients. She chose the avocado Chimichurri dressing which she liked. NOTE: they offer breakfast items and coffee. Selection of various drinks are from a deli refrigerator and they carry some Kombucha options too. Enjoy!

LetterPress is the Hilton Buena Vista's marquee restaurant, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a family friendly setting with nice touches. We made a reservation well in advance just in case but the place seems large enough where walking in shouldn't be much of an issue. After sitting down we got right back up as we opted for the breakfast buffet, which at $30 is an absolute steal. Let's get into what we got: We started off with carbs: pancakes and waffles. Both of which were okay with there being. A decent wait on the waffle machine. Unless you're craving either we would say it's not the best bet to stack up on. For meat they have a lot of options from bacon to pork sausage to chicken sausage. The bacon was alright and the pork sausage was the standard small ones you find just about everywhere; the chicken sausage though was delicious, a nice sweet flavor to it and large. They also have eggs and breakfast potatoes alongside the meat, the eggs being meh and the potatoes being pretty good. The better egg option is the omelette bar which is fantastic. There are probably about 20 different ingredients you can toss into them and it is well worth the wait. Oatmeal is another carb offered and that's self-serve so you can make it how you like. Many different pastries are also available so you can get a fix on your sweet tooth (all were pretty good). Last, for drinks we got chocolate milk, coffee, and juices from their self-serve juice machine. For that we got mango and apple juices. Again, for the price of $30 this is just an unbelievable deal, especially for families looking to get growing kids fed in as quick and convenient a place as possible. The added convenience of it being close to the pool and just downstairs adds another layer to it. While we can only testify to their breakfast buffet this does also look like a great option to take up on their actual menu. An excellent option for a quick, filling meal before exploring all the Disney Springs area has to offer!

My wife & I had the butcher board with Mac and cheese & waffle fries, plus I added on the brisket burnt ends. Everything was perfectly seasoned & tender. Their black pepper BBQ sauce was so good that I put it on everything! Even the pickles & red onions were top notch! The kids also loved their pork sliders & tenders meals. I feel like everything was fairly priced as well. I had to also make sure I acknowledged the whole staff. As a family of 6 (including a newborn), we were pretty frantic trying to get a table & park our 2 strollers on a busy summer night. One server EMILY took the time to not just explain where the stroller parking was outside the restaurant, but went ahead & pushed one of the strollers with me as my wife stayed at our table with our newborn. Plus several other servers were very helpful throughout our meal. The interior was nicely decorated & very clean. Honestly, it was a perfect experience all around! Major kudos to the ownership & management of this establishment! We will be back!!!

The ordering process is simple, you place your order with the cashier at the front. During the dinner rush, expect a long line, but it moves at a steady pace. If you visit during off peak hours, ordering is much quicker. After placing your order, you find a table, and a server brings your food directly to you. For our meal, we ordered: Ribs - They had a rich smoky flavor with a perfectly seasoned dry rub, and the barbecue sauce added just the right amount of sweetness and tang. Brisket - The brisket was cooked perfectly with a flavorful bark on the outside and a moist, tender center. Every bite was packed with smoky goodness and melted in your mouth. Sliced Turkey - The sliced turkey was surprisingly moist and full of flavor. It had a light smoky taste and was anything but dry, making it an excellent choice alongside the other meats. What impressed me most was how quickly our food arrived, even with the restaurant being busy. Everything came out hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly, the dining area was clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. If you're visiting Disney Springs and craving quality barbecue without the wait of a table service restaurant, The Polite Pig is an excellent choice. I would definitely eat here again.

I do love mariachis! The food was fun. We got some enchiladas and tacos. I thought the tacos del pastor were the best. They were just really well done and packed with flavor which was surprising because I feel like usually when a place changes the meat from pork to chicken they lose some of the flavor. But this didn't it tasted great! I did not like the margarita we got though. It just had like weird flavors that clashed for me. We ordered chicken quesadillas and they had no flavor at all, the rice was also plain and sticky, not even salt added. The rolled flaustas were good, but they are only starters, would be nice if they had a side of beans or something. Ordered an Avocado Margarita (100% better at EPCOT) this one tasted like a milkshake with tequila. The waitress didn't offer food options, even though they have hidden dishes not in the menu, we know because we wanted a kids quesadilla and couldn't get it because it's only for ages 14 or less, but only then she said there's an adult option. It was a disappointing experience, but it is what it is. UPDATE: The business commented with a contact email/phone number, i sent an email and they just ignored it. I had given it 2 stars, but after that, it's a ONE or zero stat experience.
