Once it was our turn, they told us they had to make more crazy bread bc they gave away the last batches they had. We had to wait another 10-15 mins for our order. I decided today I wanted to have some little Caesars when I go on lunch. I make an order on the app at about 2:20pm for a 3:30pm pickup. I thought that would be plenty of time. I show up just after 3:30 and tell them my name. The kid running the counter looks for my order and comes back to tell me it'll be just a couple minutes. Then a couple minutes later after he takes a few orders he asks what my name was again. I tell him and he looks for my order again. He comes back and tells me 3 minutes. At 4pm I had to tell the guy now running the counter that I had to go, I only have a 30 minute lunch. Suddenly my pizza comes out of the oven gets cut up and handed to me. I get it back to work and take a slice, running the risk of getting in trouble for eating on the clock but I haven't yet eaten today so I didn't care. I bite into it and the pizza is like half cooked. I called them saying it's half cooked. They tell me bring the pizza back for a refund. So I tell my boss who says yea go get your money back and head over there. The guy tries talking me into waiting for a fresh one but I told him I can't wait around for it. Just a place to grab and go. Affordable pizzas. It is quite busy on Fridays and Sundays, which is just about the days I don't want to cook at home so I totally get it. The downside of this is that they do not give pepper flakes nor parmesan cheese packets. Affordable and decent pizzas, we like the deep dish, crazy bread sticks. The cheese is way too greasy and makes the crust soggy. Pepperoni has zero meat flavor. I realize pizza is not a healthy food choice. However, it doesn't mean the choice of pizza has to taste so bad. There are high-quality ingredients that can improve the flavor even if the calories are still on the high side. read more

Hello, I went to little Cesar's yesterday on Rd 41 in Madera, Ca, and got 2 regular pepperoni pizzas and a crazy bead no cause, and it cost me 29.00. I asked why, and he said the pizzas are 11.00 now. That's crazy. My daughter went yesterday too, and she got 1 pizza and 1 crazy bread, and it was around 12.00 in San Jose. I placed an order via the app and went to pick it up in the Pizza Portal. I had noticed one of my items missing when I returned home. I called the location to ask if I could come back and grab it. I distinctly remember the portal itself saying it only had 4 items in it. The employee I reached, Adrian, seemed confused for how to proceed, so he grabbed his manger. I explained to the manger, Lucy, the situation. She insisted that there were 5 items in there, so I asked if she could check the accuracy of that. She asked if I remembered which portal mine was in, etc. and I complied. She then said she could remake it but insisted repeating she knew it was there as if I have time to lie about a cheap and tasteless pizza. She said she could remake the pizza but then verified with an incompetent female worker who swore she saw it and was laughing in the background saying, "she was struggling with it." The manager also laughed as do unprofessional managers who lack proper training. I asked she check the cameras to verify since she insisted on making sure she thought I was a liar. I asked if she could just refund the one pizza as I didn't want to return anymore (hello, who would when you are being treated like trash?). She said she couldn't/wouldn't do that. I then asked her if I could speak to someone above her and she gave me a number (it's a cell phone to who knows where as she said it was "the office"), and told me there was nothing else she could do. Basic 101 of customer service is you collect a customer's name and pass it along to your supervisor, but she obviously cannot be bothered to be professional in any manner. Living in Madera this many years and giving business to what I assume is a franchised location makes me regret spending a single cent here. (Yes, I should have known based on the quality of the food). I have worked in customer service many years and have never treated a human being in this manner. This interactions shows the lack of professionalism and leadership at this location. Save your money and go anywhere else. read more

Always available pizza. What else can you ask for. Always craving it with some crazy bread. Wish they had all cheese pizza available. But either way you can't beat the $5 pizzas. Great last minute dinners when you're on the go or you just don't feel like cooking. We always order the sausage pizza and a pepperoni pizza along with a side of breadsticks on occasion we order the hot wings these are really good! I haven't had a problem with this little Caesars, staff is always friendly when I go in even when there is a line out the door. Where else can you go to feed your family for less than $20 (we'll I guess that depends on the size of your family) if you have tried the pulled pork pizza you have too!! I usually dont like coming here always had bad experience with the employees or food. BUT... today I wanted to make sure they were recognized for doing a great job. Usually the reason people prompt to choose to buy little Caesars is for convenience of not making dinner and price. Today was no exemption, it was a long weekend, long Monday and 8:45pm and dinner wasnt even started. I order my pizza me being out 100% great customer but the girl at cash register did give me 100% customer service. Then when I got home my order was messed up I call them and they are willing to exchange it. Come to find out I order wrong thing anyways and the manager was just great about it. I was already grumpy an moody from the day and they just helped get my evening so much. It not like a wow story but to me the little things are what counts and they came through with great customer service and the guy the assisted me at the end was great he deserves a raise.... thanks read more
