Is it true? Yes, you ca walk into a Little Caesars and get a 14" inch cheese or pepperoni pizza for less than $8. My friends and I spent an entire morning shopping and we needed a quick snack before continuing our shopping day. This strip mall had a Little Caesars. The one guy working took our order and made our pizza. It was less than 10 minutes and those giant round pies were ready for us. The crust is so amazing. I enjoy pepperoni and my friends loved cheese. The place is not really a dine in venue. There was one table but nowhere to get plates or plastic ware. Napkins were present. read more

I ordered from the little Caesar's tonight on the mobile app at 6:43pm and time that it should be ready was between 7:12-7:17. Upon arrival at 7:12 I was told they were working on the order. At 7:25 I'm still waiting. I ask again about the order and sure enough it was ready before and the cashier overlooked the name on the boxes. They pull the pizza out and realize one is missing. At that point they tell me it's in the oven and almost ready. At 7:35, still no pizza. Finally at around 7:45 I have my pizzas. Throughout this wait several people came in, ordered, and left with pizza. When I finally received the pizzas they were fine, typical Little Caesars. My issue is the staff overlooked not only my pizzas, but several others while I waited. And, even more importantly, they lied about the missing pizza. Just be honest and tell the customer you didn't prepare it and that it still needs to be done. That's not the way to handle customers, just leaving us hanging for an hour. And then no offer of apology, discount on the pizza I had to wait extra for, nothing. Be better than that! read more

We make at least one stop here every year on our trip to the OBX. There aren't many Little Caesar's where I live and this is the only one I know of that sells stuffed crust pizza. They are always very friendly here and the food is great and VERY affordable. read more

Most incompetent morons I have ever seen. 1st Visit: I go up to the counter and ask if they have a pepperoni in the box ready. He said yes. I pay for the pepperoni and then he says it will be a 15 min wait. WTF! These idiots dont even know what hot n' ready means! I demanded my money back, the manager came and processed my refund and told me "there ya go". Not even an apology from the manager! I left and ate somewhere else worth my money. 2nd Visit: I ordered a thin crust pizza over the phone and wanted it well done. When I picked it up it was so undercooked the cheese wasn't even melted and the center was still cold. When I asked the cook if he could put it back into the oven he said " I cant do that it would ruin the pizza". He was so lazy he wouldn't even put the pizza back in for 5 min! I was the only person there so its not like he was in a rush. I left and enjoyed my sad cold pizza. Never coming back again. Excellent customer experience. Phone ordering process was a joy. Amazingly cheap and the friendly fellow taking our order found a way to make it even cheaper.
