Not all wing places are the same, I have to give the person making these wings a compliment! They had the perfect amount of lemon/pepper, it was not overly salted like many other places. I actually enjoyed the nice and crispy wings, without the over powering of lemon pepper seasoning. And as I finished wings, the bottom of the container was not full of manteca/grease, again like many other places I have been to.
