I fucking hate this place. What's the point of ordering online to pickup in the portal when thiers doesn't even work. I've gone in multiple times and every time im forced to wait in a long line stretching outside the restaurant. Most of the time it's for nothing because im told my order isn't ready when it says it is. I also can never get ahold of any worker when I call, they either ignore the phone or purposely turn it off. The customer service at this location was terrible last night!! We went at 9:15 pm thinking that they are open till 10 PM because that's what the website information says. My wife and granddaughter went in to pick up a couple of pizzas and some crazy bread The young lady at the counter was VERY RUDE! we wanted to order a Combination pizza, but she very rudely told them that they were no longer making pizzas and they had no crazy bread and we're not going to make any Even though there was no cheese or pepperoni pizzas ready they had to make them and waited 15 minutes for them to be ready. Horrible service, custom order was chewy and burnt. I went to ask for my money back and 5 employees ambushed me and lied to my face stating the order was ready on the lower spectrum of the time when in reality my son got off 3 times from his vehicle to ask for the order which was placed on the app. I asked for the manager who was rude and they declined to give me their name. Being a small town we should have more pride on what we serve and the customer service we provide, this place does neither they act like gang. So I went to purchase a pizza pretty late at night about 9:30pm. I obviously didn't make dinner and wanted to eat something fast. I went to this pizza place and asked for a hot and ready pizza. The cashier charged me for my pizza and drink and THEN tells me it will be a 15-20 min wait.... That is not acceptable. If the cashier would have told me it's a 15-20 min wait I would've declined and left. Reading all the reviews says a lot about their training and management. read more

If i could give them no stars i would! Several times i have ordered through phone or app and they still get my order wrong. Why is this so difficult for them? I had to wait for 7min just because they gave my order to someone else, plus additional 10min because they again prepared someone else's order when they thought it was mine.
