Everyone here on staff was super friendly and helpful. This location is in Greenfield California right off the 101 freeway. It's a good convenient location if you miss the earlier stops for food in the bigger cities before and you don't want to wait all the way to Salinas. They have a drive-thru, there is no play place. There's a limited indoor seating, it's definitely set up to use the drive-thru. So why the poor review? Like I said the staff was super friendly! It's because it was so expensive. Since when does Carl's Jr for one adult and two kids cost almost $40? It's absolutely ridiculous and for the quality of food that you're getting, which isn't bad, it's just isn't worth it. read more

Our food took 30 minutes for 4 people and only received 5 packages of ketchup for us and the burger was cold

One of the best places to eat in Greenfield. I should know, i taught school here, and would eat here a lot. I always knew my meal would consistently be done just the way i wanted it. So i would most often order the Western Bacon Burger, double size it. It had such a powerful taste with that bacon, the sauce, and those onions..Such a knockout meal. Add fries on the side, and it was a meal fit for a king. And best of all, i never left hungry. Other varieties of burgers and chicken were available, but in here, you cant go wrong with the Western Bacon Burger. read more

Almost every table was filthy and had food particles and ketchup droppings all over the top of the table as well as the benches being really filthy had to request. Someone do a wipe down on a table that my girlfriend and I wanted to sit at while looking around and seen how filthy Most of the tables were. I suggested to one of the workers that someone wiped the tables down because it is unhealthy and unsanitary. read more

Over all the service was great they got my order correct but what stood out to me was the customer service. I was helped by a young male named Santiago. He was super friendly helpful and polite. He made the experience ( although it's a fast food restaurant) great! He genuinely enjoyed what he does and honestly it's hard to find great customer service in fast food restaurants. Everytime I go through drive through they ask me to park in the front like what is the point of having a drive through if your just gonna make people park in the front. And to top it off cant cook the food right even after waiting for 10 minutes. read more

Carl's Jr - This is supposed to be chicken tenders - Burgers Near Me - Greenfield, California

I grew up with Carl's and like it. I think out of fast food burgers Carl's is a better tasting choice. Raised in Los Angeles lived in Orange Country for several years you get accustom to certain things. I moved to King City located in central California and every Carl's from King City, Greenfield and Soledad I find the Carl's is messy and dirty! Greenfield is brand new! Looks new and the cleanest understandably being that this place just opened up. What I cannot understand is why most of the seats have crumbs on them? Is it the area and they don't think about cleaning the seats? The tables and floor seem to be clean, I sit and watch one of the girls wiping doors, windows, trash containers yet walking looking for a place to sit on a shady table most are dirty? I hope someone in management reads this and trains the staff to do as good as a job on the tables, floors and other areas as the should on the seats! Otherwise it's a great place to stop and eat, needs business to stay open. read more

Carl's Jr - Outside of Restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Greenfield, California

Same as ever other review. They make you park to get your food. So you specifically ask for condiments at the window and when they come up with your food they don't have any. They go inside to get you packets. They come back with 3 miserable ketchup packets. I don't understand how or why they make it seem like ketchup packets are going to brake their budget. People end up eating their food without the things they need which takes away from the experience and leaves the food dry and unsavory. I just got back from visiting 3 different counties and at in each place I got great service it made me feel like here in America we are not valued as paying customers. The presentation and the proportions are better overseas. Eating fast food in the states is no longer an experience it's a miserable cheap meal with horrible service. Also I love how they take the phone number off the receipt so you can't leave a bad review.. and the reason for this is they know they are doing a horrible job and have no intention in fixing it.. it's take it or leave it. So Im not asking anything but I want to say this. I applied three times here, walked 5 times to Carl's jr just to get an interview. I was extremely happy and really though that I would have a chance. And didn't even get the job. The one manger told me that they never got back to her on who they were picking and then told me a second later that I wasn't picked. This is the problem with Greenfield. They hire people who quit a day later but won't give a person who is willing to work a chance. read more

I don't understand why Every time I go threw drive threw ...they ask me to park in front to wait for my food ... there is never any car or line behind me yet they still want me to go park in the parking lot . Another time I pulled up saw no one in the drive threw...then decided to go in to order & waited & waited as cars pulled in drive threw after me and they prioritize their order before serving me .. seems like they are going for some sort of corporate record for having the fastest drive threw but cheating the system by having you park in front .... Worst customer service! I had a discount card that ive always used here and today the manager said I was not able to do it! Next I tried using apple pay and drive through apparently did not have the apple pay system I had to get off! I park in the front get off do apple pay! I go home and i'm missing fries, Orange Juice, and a coke! I call and they said I can go to get a refund. My brother goes with the receipt and the manager still has the balls to say she gave me all my fries! Will NEVER visit this location! read more

I can't believe a company would hire such ignorant people to work there . My god there so lazy and they give so much attitude. My boyfriend comes here almost every day or every other day cause he loves Carl's Jr. But the night shift is ridiculous. Especially the girls are the worse . You be honking to get there attention and they straight up ignore your honk . Like literally ignore and when you ask for sauce . They say they don't have any or they give you the wrong one .
