I was excited about the chicharron taco because I've never seen that on a menu but the chicharrons were soft. I just assumed they would be fried and crunchy so that was my bad. My husband liked his hamburger and fries too. We also got a few snacks and drinks so it was a nice one stop shop.

I'm pretty sure if I drive through Greenfield on Highway 101 and don't stop here, it would somehow throw the universe off balance. My go-to order everywhere is chile rellenos, so I've had them at a lot of places over the years. I can honestly say these are my favorite chile rellenos anywhere. They come with this amazing white cream sauce that I've never seen anywhere else. You can order them à la carte, but do yourself a favor and get the plate with rice and beans. The rice and beans are ridiculously good and absolutely worth it. This time I got mine to go because we were in a hurry, which is why the photo is a cardboard box sitting on my lap in the car instead of a nice plate on a table like a civilized person. If you're driving Highway 101 and passing through Greenfield, this place is definitely worth the stop.
