The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, taking an excessively long time to acknowledge my presence and take my order. When the food finally arrived, it was a complete letdown lady was cursing to another employee about a customer who had just left. I hope they don't talk that way about me. The order was wrong, as per all the reviews on here. I mean, it's wings, fries, and ranch. It's not super difficult for the other stores. The Voodoo fries were garbage. Undercooked (raw) fries, soggy, greasy, with coagulated cheese. It was pretty awful. We have ordered here enough to tell you, this isn't a one time event... they have problems cooking the fries. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, and when I pointed this out to the staff, they were dismissive and unhelpful. To be blunt, the training here is pretty awful, and it needs an overhaul! 1 STAR

Last I got, a dry rub, there was at least 3/4 cup of the frying grease sloshing around in the container. That does leak through the paper bag and onto car upholstery. The karaoke guy is also a very nice gentleman. The stars go down because the karaoke guy will move you down on the list and let other people get pushed in front. I get wanting variety, but some people can't stay. I don't sing! Ha! But my crew does. We get there early, they stick their songs in knowing we are leaving in a couple of hours. We stayed late because my friends came out of town to see me. They kept putting more and more people in front of my friends, we left at midnight with oily one of my friends singing one song. She put in 3 songs.. Anyway, it's a bad practice, you never know where people are at and what's going on, so to skip them is pretty disrespectful. Also they never start the karaoke at 8 as advertised. It's whenever the guy wants to start it.

My husband had the Chicken Tender Basket (Dirty Wet Jerk seasoning). I had the Dirty Delight Brownie. All of our food was tasty. We had a few concerns. The Hostess, Nicole L, was the hostess and our server. Overall, she was pretty attentive but probably would have been better if she wasn't doing both. They were pretty skimpy on the fries for the price points (and my fries weren't included with mine). The brownie with ice cream and chocolate was very good --- BUT --- it was TINY and not worth the cost - totally overpriced for the size!
