I went thru the drive thru and the service was great but when I got home with my pizza.....barely any cheese and where there was supposed to be cheese was pretty dark(one might say close to being burnt). How can't this place ever get crazy bread right. If you can't afford butter and Parmesan just close down completely. Every single time I order from here the bread sticks are dry. I order on the app cause its easier but I dnt have the option to request anything extra (very low budget for a chain restaurant). I had it today. I got home and they literally just threw bread in a bag. Like really? REALLY! How hard is it to put some butter and Parmesan cheese on 8 little bread sticks. My order was done at 8:50, and I asked for a hot and rest a little well done. They hit it on the spot, and employees were very nice.

SERIOUSLY NEVER GO HERE. Someone just crashed their car through the building if that says anything. Ordered online. When I went in they said they gave my order away already. They got someone else to come over and say "we don't have online ordering so you're lying". This all took ~15 minutes. I pulled out my phone and showed him. He called his manager and 10 minutes later he said OK wait 20 more minutes and we'll get your pizza. I asked for a refund and he said "ok that will be a few days to put it back on your card". I told him I've had problems getting refunds here before and he didn't believe me AGAIN. Horrible service. Also Hot N Readys aren't $5 here, they're over $7. On top of that, the pizza here has always been subpar compared to the one on Belsey Road, just a few miles away. Once again, AVOID THIS PLACE. read more

I used to enjoy coming here for inexpensive food. The food is adequate for what you pay but after today I doubt I will be back. This location has started to add an up charge to your meal total if you pay with plastic. There is a tiny sign on the door but that is the only notice you receive until paying. I don't tolerate this at gas stations and I won't for an eating establishment. Credit and debit cards are widely used. Shame on a business owner for taking advantage of this. And I was just told it seems to be county wide. Avoid Little Caesar's and help send a message to the franchise owners. read more

Picked up two hot and ready pizzas Friday evening. One was the extra cheese and extra pepperoni for an extra $1 they said. Great, was hoping it would be better than their normal pepperoni pizza but it really wasn't. But, it isn't the fault of the location, but Little Ceasars needs to change their sauce recipe. Called to place an order on May 30th at this location at 9:45pm. I was asked to hold. No problem. I don't mind holding. When the lazy employee came back on the phone he informed me that they were now closed. He put me on hold so he could run out the clock and not do his job. The food takes way too long to come out and is either cold or scorching hot. My boyfriend's burger had a bunch of stuff on it that it didn't even mention in the menu and just looked gross. My son's Mac and cheese tasted like water. Not to mention, there was just a truck that crashed into the dining room so the walls are covered in plywood which is so unsightly- this should have already been fixed. The worst part in my opinion though is how rude the staff members are to each other. Super high, unrealistic expectations for the clearly newer workers. Pros: Fast and easy (usually) Cons: $5 pizza for which you are charged $6.99 They are pumping out pizzas could care less about quality. The manager doesn't care if your order is wrong or poorly made. Had to wait 15 minutes because my order slip was thrown away. After 5 people with bigger hot n ready orders were served, I was finally asked if I was waiting for something. The product is consistently poor at the Sheroski franchises. I will go somewhere else and wait the extra 10 minutes for a similar price and superior product. read more

Tonight was the last straw for me and this place. This is the worst little caesars place around. They only offer $5 hot and ready on Wednesdays compared to other franchises. EVERY single time we got a pizza here, it was cold, barely had any pepperoni on it and it looked like everything was just sliding off and the crust is soggy. It was horrible. Also, every time we got breadsticks, they never ever have actual flavor to them. It's like they never put the actual flavor on it. And the last thing, if you pay with your card, they charge you nine cents on your card for every dollar you spend. This place is a joke and definitely never going back! read more

Not only do they not participate in the 5$ hot and ready, which ends up being over 8$, but today i called while 10 minutes away, placing an order, and was told it would be easier to place it once i arrived to the store. I explained i just want to place it so I don't want to wait and the man on the phone was still resisting to take my order, upon arrival, i order my pizza, and am told it will be a 10 minute wait. The manager Matt is inconsiderate and rude. This Davison location gave us the wrong pizza. We ordered a veggie and they gave us a pepperoni. We are allergic to pepperoni (preservatives) so we couldn't even pick off the pepperoni and eat the pizza. We have 2 people in our house with influenza A so we couldn't go back out to exchange it for the correct pizza. We had a someone pick up the pizzas on the way home from work and drop it off to us. The manager (Matt) offered to deliver the pizza for us if we paid the delivery fee of $4. I said the store should pay it as it was their error. He declined. I didn't have money for pizza in our food budget. Money is really tight after a stay in the hospital with influenza A. I really didn't have money for pizza but it's all my sick child wanted to eat and I was too sick too cook. So here we sit, sick and hungry without dinner. Matt (manager) gave me the store owners phone number which went into a voicemail that was full and couldn't take messages. He also said there was no bosses or anyone else for him to contact about this matter until Dave came in at 9 am tomorrow. read more

Not happy at all!! Ordered (tried to) a bacon wrapped pizza, I wanted to add mushrooms to it and was told they wouldn't do that. Asked to speak to a manager and he confirmed they wouldn't add to a promo pizza. I then asked if it was worth losing a sale by not giving the customer what they wanted? He said yes. I told him to have a nice day and called another Little Caesars. They made my pizza with mushrooms without a question. I recently moved to Davison from Oakland co. I went on a Tuesday for a $5.00 hot and ready pizza advertised for $5 dollars only to be told that was only on Wednesday at this location. Rude! They have started charging a surcharge to use a debit or credit card. (One of my pet peeves because I think it is their cost of doing business.) The very nice young man took my order. He told me about the 3% fee in a nice manner. After receiving my receipt, I questioned the extra charge because it was incorrect. A young woman came to the window- all charged up with attitude. She is speaking to me in a demeaning way, explaining the math. (I understand simple math, dear. I was told the incorrect fee). I asked for the owners name and phone, intending to let him know I disagreed with the fee being charged. She slammed the window, returned with a slip of paper with the info, then literally shoved my pizzas into my car- the box hit my face! Then she slammed the window, made an obscene gesture and walked away. A pizza is not worth a confrontation to me; and apparently my patronage is not worth much to this business.
