I have been to this location multiple times. Every time my order is fresh, correct and given to me by happy employees.

Tried to place a order, but would not except my debits or charge card this is the second time this has happened and yes the card is valid.

Came here for lunch simply because I love the milkshakes. Then the workers have to crap talk to my face about getting a milk shake. Lobby is full and extremely unprofessional of the staff. Won't be coming back. Hopefully this one shuts down like the rest of them. read more

First off been here several times and always order with the app so my meal come out correct but the last visit was off for a few things. First I got the wrong sandwich sorta I ordered a whopper without tomato extra pickle and I got a whopper with cheese. Didn't sent it back just took off the tomatoes and I was fine with the cheese. But it also came out luke warm to eat. I was thinking of taking it back for that but while I was eating my mozzarella sticks which were just warm cause if a line 2 other people came in from the drive through to return their burgers cause they weren't hot either. My experience here at Burger King was not all the great. They had the shittiest burgers I have ever consumed and they had horrible servers.

June 6th I had ordered my food and of course it wasn't prepared the way I ordered it. Original Chicken sandwich with cheese. After I got home and noticed there was no cheese. Anyway, talked with a Lady named Jessica very nice offered to replace my sandwich at a later time. Today July 2nd, I went to pick up my sandwich along with purchasing other items. They were so rude like I was trying to rip them off? They kept saying you have a code? No. Second window please. Your not letting me order my food I would like to purchase? Second window. The restaurant manager came up to the drive thru window. Talked to me like I was trying to rip her off. Of course she found my name in their "book" let me place the rest of my order. I waited over 10 minutes in the 3 car drive through line without moving. Went inside to no one in line took over 5 minutes for someone to take my order. All this while watching 4 employees stand around. The other 2 watching the poor elderly lady make all the food. All together took 25 minutes to get 3 burgers and 3 fries. A very clean, well-run, and efficient Burger King. It's a big contrast to my more local Grand Blanc BK, so much so that I often make the extra trip. I don't think I've ever encountered any problems. The usual BK fare, obviously, but nicely prepared. read more

The drive through was very quick tonight. The employee was wonderfully nice this evening. Fries were fresh, not too salty and the Whopper Jr hit the spot. I dont know what else to say other then amazing. Maybe its just me but i forgot how nice it us to have an amazing guest service moment at a fast food restaurant. This place has the friendliest people working. The person who took my order was friendly as well as the person who took my money. Both said hello looked me in the eye and smiled .they both said to have a great day. The food was hot fresh and tasty. If you asked me if everyone who worked at fast food were like the two i intereacted with i'd have no problem with helping them to get $15/hr. Can you tell i was impressed? As I was waiting to be served, no one was working the counter at 2:00. The woman working the drive up window screamed to a girl elbow deep in a trash can to come help me. It was very disturbing that she didn't bother to wash her hands before handling food! Yuck!!! I won't be back. read more
