Stopped here for dinner while in the area. Hadn't been to Applebees in quite awhile. The service here was good. Got wings as an appetizer and it was good. Got a southwest chicken bowl for dinner and it was delightful. Good stuff. read more

Applebee's To Go is a great way to change up the quarantine dinner situation! I'm sure they are just BOMBARDED all night, and not knowing what day it is let alone what time of day, we placed an order tonight after 8pm when they close at 9 There were a ton of cars at pickup, but the girl bringing the food out was in great spirits and very fast and friendly. They started with double the wait time for a seat. Then they try putting my group in a booth that clearly one of my party guests can not fit in. So after embarrassing my child's mother on Father's Day. We had to wait another 15 minutes for tables on top of the double wait time I already explained. Then I received no I'm sorry or anything. I am generally not a fan of chain restaurants. But I got a few gift certificates for Christmas, so I had to go about the business of using them. Having been to a few Applebee's, and disliking all of them, I was pretty much prepared to hate this place. And, shock of shocks, this place was GREAT. Compared to other visits to other Applebee's, the food was not overcooked and oversalted. The hot food was served hot and the cold food was served cold. The portions weren't skimpy. More importantly, the service was prompt, efficient and genuinely friendly. The staff didn't act they like they were working there by court order. My only complaint is that the only sweetener is saccharin. I'm not saying that a place is required to have EVERY color packet in the rainbow, but something other than pink would have been delightful. read more

People seated after us received their food in a timely matter.Our waitstaff did his best to rectify the situation but after a 45 minute wait our food finally arrived,as expected cold. I wish I could give zero stars. Im frequently here often and I've noticed how a couple times while dining in a host who works here is very rude. His names Jay I believe. He complains to the customers about the job and staff, he says how bad he wants to leave, he uses the phrase "not my job I won't do it" a lot. He is very sarcastic and rude, and just comes off as unfriendly and not neighborly at all! I cannot continue to dine at this establishment with a man like that working there. Horrible service from the kitchen staff, and the manager on duty didn't seem concerned at all. When they brought my food out cold, i asked for a manager, she was unfriendly. Then brought me back food that they warmed up in the microwave. The chicken was dried out and disgusting. I again asked for a manager she came back and asked me if my food was hot enough, i said yes but this chicken is so dry and is like they warmed it in the microwave. Her response well that's what they did, Would you like to give it a try for a third time? No thank you. And we will not be back. read more

Terrible service! We were just passing through town and stopped by Applebee's for some dinner since it was right off the highway. We waited almost 20 minutes to be greeted. And when we were greeted by Mia, she gave us a condescending remark about how she's doing just fine thanks for asking. Though none of us asked her how she was because we had waited so long to be greeted. She then remarked she had 10 tables and was busy though she only had 4 tables in her section including us. She then took another 10+ minutes to bring us drinks, mind you we only ordered waters. With no server in sight with our drinks we then decided to leave. On our way out I stopped and spoke with the manager informing her of our poor service and the manager replied with well where were you sitting and that was it. I've never received such poor service from both management and waitstaff in my life. I used to work in the service industry, Applebee's included. And her attitude was so off putting it prompted us to leave hungry. By the looks of it there are many bad reviews about this location. Someone needs to fix That or this location will likely plunder. read more

I'm usually happy coming in for a quick snack. Service on Saturday at 5:30pm was ridiculous! I sat at the bar and waited 10 minutes to order a beer. I ordered an appetizer and waited 30 minutes. In that time the bartenders were tripping over each other and the female broke a beer glass and flipped out. My celery looked like wet French fries. I'll NEVER...another broken glass...come back on a Saturday evening!!! read more

Used to be our favorite late night spot to grab a quick bite to eat. Sad to say we won't be visiting anymore unless something changes. Food was wonderful as always but the service has went extremely down hill. Waited for 10 minutes before the sever ever came to our table and in my eyes you should never have an empty glass of pop(husbands pop was empty twice and now I had to go to the bar for a refill). The manager was kind enough to give us $10 off of our bill but that did not make up for the lack of service that we received. Bring back the old Manager Terry!!! read more

Weird experience... It took a long time for the waitress to come to the table and she was not good about pouring refills. Artichoke dip and chips were yummy but my main meal, the chicken fingers basket was odd. It consisted of frozen nuggets and honey mustard with the most disgusting after taste and smell that went through your mouth and nose. Not great - but I did like the chips! read more

Applebee's is a great place to eat with buddies, casually, for a relaxing time. They have great service and work hard to please you. If you go there at night on a weekday, appetizers are half off. Get two or three appetizers for 10 dollars an it's more than enough food! read more

This Applebee's is one of our go to places and is always well staffed with friendly workers. Manager checks on tables often and the service overall is very good. There are a few occasions when I have to chase down our server and ask for a bag for take home which is annoying. Overall the drinks are good, the salads fresh and generous, and there are some good menu items. Bath rooms and restaurant and lot are clean. I gave it a four because I am not a fan of the entire menu. The quality of steak meat is average, there are some obvious normal sandwich options missing. Burgers are good, apps are good, and everyone can find something to eat. read more

only giving one star because our waiter was nice. all of the other staff was not welcoming or friendly. ordered four cheese mac and cheese and the classic combo, took 45 mins to an hour for both of us to receive our food. and there was no cheese on my mac and cheese. the pasta was dry at the top and under was soaked in the honey sauce that tasted like maple syrup. the chicken was hard and discolored and after taking one bite i felt nauseous. i have never had such a bad experience with restaurant food. never coming back and i don't recommend anyone to go here unless they want to end the night with their head in the toilet. read more

Hey! Let's hang out with the entire Davison high school. Good god, why is there a line out the door on a Monday night? My boyfriend had a gift card, hence the reason for the visit. I am really not a fan of their food so I went for support...and beer. Sam Adams is about as classy as they get so I did partake in that adventure. He chose to spend the whole $50 G.C. in one visit so we wouldn't have to come back. We started off with the Green Bean Crispers, not bad, not bad. The sauces were a little bit unusual. Next, the Spinach Artichoke dip. Well hello stale reheated chips..meh. The chicken wings were next, I did not sample those nor did I the American Standard burger which he ordered Medium but come out Well Done. He is a burger connoisseur and really wasn't a fan. Um yeah..we probably won't be back unless he gets another G.C. for Christmas. read more
