They liked it. I did not. I went with a group, and we had a huge order, but I wasn't very hungry. I decided to just get a caramel and marshmallow concrete mixer with vanilla ice cream. I looked at the photo they had with the caramel drizzled over the concoction and it looked lovely. We ordered and were given a plastic number so we went and sat down at a table. They have booths and tables with QR codes at each so you can order right from there. In about 10 minutes the order arrived to the table from a very friendly young lady. The family quickly scarfed down some slightly squished looking burgers, nicer looking chicken sandwiches, pale fries, cheese curds, and seemed happy overall. I was handed what looked like a vanilla shake. I tried it. It was soupy and easy to suck through a straw. It just tasted like a caramel milkshake. This is not what I ordered. It was my one thing and it wasn't great. I sat there and drank it though- Mostly because I was boxed in with the seating arrangement. I scanned the QR code at the table and placed another order for concrete mixers for the family when they were done with their meal. I offered to go up and get them, and the family moved around to let me out of the corner. I told the staff what happened with my concrete mixer. They offered condolences, but other than that they didn't really care. I watched as the girl making them for drive thru orders whipped them into a pureed consistency. I pointed out that's not what the sign showed and asked that they get someone else to make them for my family. They did and my family was happy. I paid about $100 between the two orders for 3 people and I got one truly disappointing milkshake. I told my family I don't want to come back here. I hope I don't have to in the future. It was not a good experience and when they get it wrong, they don't make it right. read more

I'm a big fan of Culver's. One of the fast food chains I still go to regularly. This one is everything that you would expect. I liked that they had a ketchup AND mustard pump as some locations have let me down in that regard Breaded pork tenderloin is always a staple for me. Pickle and raw onion!!! Called in a pickup order August 3. I set the time for pick up to 1:30. We arrived on time. Cars came and went through the take out window but no order for me. At 1:45 I called the store, they apologized and said they would bring the ice cream right out. At 2:00 we still didn't have our order. I went in to complain. One of the employees got to it immediately. She apologized profusely and asked if I wanted my money back. I said I did but didn't have the time to do it right then. Wrote a complaint to Culver's. They offered me a meal and I wrote back that I just wanted my $18 back. Haven't heard a word from them since. Nice customer service. read more

I got a Butter Burger, pretzel bites and Cookie dough concrete mixer. This place has great food and custards. The only problem is that they forgot to give us the Cookie Dough Concrete Mixer but it was all good I just asked and showed our receipt. read more

The food was good. The service was fast. The consideration of staff was exceptional. They were friendly in greeting you, held doors open for you to exit and enter, and, checked to make sure your meal was satisfactory. Solid burger with extremely friendly and helpful service at a good price. My go to fast food burger. The fried cheese curds were fun but now that I have tried them I don't see myself ever ordering them again. Ranch isn't the worst or the best and same goes from their BBQ sauce. The deluxe single is my recommendation (large enough). This particular location is very new and clean with a drive thru and lots of free parking. read more

This is now the third bad experience I have had at this restaurant in which I had to drive back from my home to get a refund or a correction of my order, a 6 Mile round trip. Today I stopped in and place an order inside the restaurant for a salad for my wife I specifically asked the cashier three times I wanted to make certain that the salad did not have the backyard weeds that most places are using now they are bitter and they do not taste well I was told it was lettuce when I got home and presented the salad to my wife only to find it was full of bitter backyard weeds. I drove back and asked to see the manager a young girl claimed to be the manager and she was the same person that addressed a problem I had before and all she did was say sorry so I asked for the phone number of a higher up manager or district manager and she went over to confer with other employees then the gentleman stopped over and said that I just need to call this restaurant back for the manager I said I would like it talk to the higher up manager and he would not give me that information I asked for his name and he would not give me his name so I tried to take a picture of him and he put some papers up in front of his face and ordered me out of the store claiming that I was now belligerent. I think this restaurant needs to hire people that know the meaning of words in the dictionary I was a customer that had a problem I was not loud I was just asking for information so I could speak to a higher up and this is the last time that I will shop and I will encourage other people not to shop in at this restaurant. read more

Been here three times, first they forgot our custard, second they forgot the condiments on our butter burger and lastly we ordered cheese curds with ranch and a shake as well as a cooler they forgot the cheese curds and only brought out our drinks which took up to ten minutes. Then we reminded them of the cheese curds with ranch and they didn't even bring out of the ranch. pretty disappointed in this Culver's.
