Used drive thru to purchase our KFC diner in Davison, MI on Lapeer Rd. Was told they had no "white"/breast meat. This was the second time in the past month there were out of white meat when ordering diner at 5:30 PM. (Who handles inventory there?!? If you told me they were out of breasts @ 10:30 PM in the evening... I might understand). Then drove home and realized some items we paid for were not in the bag. Called and explained and the clerk implied he was not in the Lapeer Rd store...we looked at the number on the receipt which we phoned and it was the Lapeer Rd store...he argued and hung up. Called back, and when we asked his name, he hung up again! Argumentative, embarrassed, on drugs....???? This kfc is very good the staff is hardworking and genuine. The service was fast and efficient. The food was delicious.

Showed up at 9:40 pm and ordered a 12 piece meal. The doors to the lobby were locked and at the drive through they laughed and said there is no chicken left and they aren't going to make any. Why advertise you are open until 10 pm? Just say that you are open until the chicken is gone. read more

A one star review is what they deserve. The cashier at the time was Selena on 08-13-2023 at 12:06. The person who took my order was very rude, and forgot my 12 piece nuggets at the time. Which I had to turn around. Instead of making sure my order was right, they split the nuggets in half to create two. Just to make enough for ten. After the time they forgot it.!! I call for a replacement.!!! They couldn't provide that for my trouble. I am so upset, and was really a fan of this kfc. Until this experience. Ordered the 3 piece chicken meal Box with 2 sides, a drink and biscuit. Got home and had a chicken breast, and half a drum that was broken in half. Had no meat on it. So I paid $10.50 for a small mashed potato, small coleslaw, 1 chicken breast and a medium pop. Do these employees not check their orders before giving to the customer? We ordered 5 piece tender meals (take out), and only got 4 piece.......was charged for 5 piece. Did not get any napkins, nor was there a fork to eat the cold slaw. All in all, pretty poor quality meal preparation. Sure don't pay attention to getting the order correct. Ok. So I find it a little odd that you advertise business hours from 10-10 but by 7:30pm you're out of original recipe chicken. Don't know if this is a normal thing or what, but TWICE now on a Friday evening after work and coming here they say that they don't have what we want. I'm not sure if they are short handed, can't get the chicken made or what BUT I personally thinks it's crazy you can't make/don't have chicken and you specialize in chicken sales. They lady at the window did give us a small discount, however if this keeps happening we will have to go somewhere else, with that being said KFC is our favorite. Please get it together. read more

The family and I had KFC on Tuesday. We love grilled chicken and when we are in hurry, KFC's grilled chicken does nicely. This KFC is best around. Always fast, whether in store or drive through. Honestly, 2 hours before closing and ordered an 8 pc bucket. We requested, and paid extra, for white meat. They were unable to fill the order with crispy, so we said we would take a mix of regular and crispy. Then they come back and say we have to take 2 pieces of grilled as well. Ignored for 10 minutes, then they took 18:34 minutes to get the food to me. The people in front of me waited for service for 15 minutes and their food was not delivered for over 25 minutes and while their order was correctly entered into the computer.... was bagged wrong. Horrible! Always a long wait in line and multiple times I've had to pull forward and wait for something to be made. This time she said it would be a 7-10 minute wait and did I still want it. When I said yes she told the girl behind her to put them in. It all depends on the day you go. They can get busy on weekday and weekend nights. We just happened to get a batch of chicken that was not fully cooked. There was blood not just a spot but actual blood on the inside of the chicken. I brought the entire meal back up there and the manager was pleasant enough to give us a refund. Picked up some food last night, 1st time in almost a year because of the bad service, thought I would give them another chance. There was black hair in the coating. I have brown and grey, so it wasn't mine. I asked for potato wedges and got mashed. I just want a refund. They don't deserve my money and they will never get another cent from me. Service is not usually bad but the last couple times I've been here, if I'm not mistaken your suppose to take someone's order when they pull up to the speaker... Last few times they make me wait 2 minutes before they even ask me what I'd like. I've worked fast food so I know it's fast paced but when your also not friendly to customers," not a good way to get them to come back".
