3 out of the last 4 times I've been here they have only completed half of my order. The order will say it's done on the app, but they say they don't even have it or haven't started it. Don't even try ordering from here. This time I ordered literally just a pepperoni pizza and they didn't get it then they said they did. Then they said they'd make it after half an hour. Then they said after another half an hour that they'd make it this time. Over an hour and they didn't even start the order. Walked in and there was no pizza ready and there are 7 workers. I usually buy food from them A LOT. As in using their delivery service. They are friendly when they great you at your home and hand you your food, but it is so overpriced! I got an 8 dollar sub, with a 20 ounce pop and it was already estimated to $20! $20? For a small pop and 8 dollar sub? What is this business situation! Oh and the howie tracker technique, basically is useless. It is so inaccurate! I check and it says delivered, and twenty minutes later, the delivery man shows up. How is this accurate? Person who took order was extremely friendly and helpful and was actually one who delivered pizza, and the pizza and wings were on the high side of average, however I do NOT feel like we got our moneys worth. the a 4 item pizza and an order of wings from a chai pizzeria, for $40?!?!? The pizza was good and correct, but the wings were about the size of my pinky, super tiny and the driver forgot our dipping sauces. I could've gotten a much better value elsewhere and am very disappointed. read more

Ordered at 5:30, I understand it's busy, but I waited over an hour and they forgot my bacon stuffed bread which was the main reason I ordered and told me to deliver it it would be an hour and a half and REFUSED to make it for me because they were busy. Mariah wanted to argue with me when I said that was poor management as my entire order got done 30 mins after expected time and didn't include my bread which I heard the other girl ask them to put it in 15 mins before my order was ready. We spend tons of money here and I don't believe the way they handled this busy evening was done correctly at all. Horrible time management and customer service. We have ordered here a few times, it's the same every time. It seems to me that their ovens are too hot or something. The pizza is always borderline burnt, too overdone for my liking. We got a just cheese pizza. It has too much sauce and it's way over cooked. The bread is as well it's dried out and borderline burnt. We won't be back. read more

Well, Hungry Howies asked me 4 days ago in my last review to give them a second chance after I gave them a 1 Star rating. I did. BAD IDEA! I ordered my 2 Pizzas and was given a 35 minute wait on them. After 40 minutes I arrived at the Hungry Howies in Davison just to find out that my order HAD NOT EVEN BEEN STARTED YET. I was then asked to wait another 15 minutes. After 20 minutes I finally received my order. I'm making it a point to tell everyone I know not to go to this Hungry Howies. Ordered my food at 6:18pm watched the tracker as it said on the road it said complete and nothing had been delivered. I called at 7:23 and the guy just says oh it probably got delivered to the wrong address his voice sounded like it happens all the time. Said they could remake and send it back out I said fine I'm hungry I want my food lol he said itd be 30 min I called at 7:40 if they hadn't already made it just to cancel it and he Said they were waiting on chicken. Delivery orders are consistently screw up orders. Charge for sauces like garlic butter that are never received. Wrong pizza toppings,etc. Called after the last time to get refund or credit back on card and was told to hold for a manager. Waited 3 minutes then was disconnected. Called back again to say disconnected, no apologies, another 5 min wait- another disconnect. Decided it wasn't worth the time or the effort. Never again. I deleted my account. Great pizza and very fast service. I had almost forgotten this Hungry Howie's existed, as it is tucked away behind a dry cleaners and Big John's restaurant. For the month of October Hungry Howie's is supporting Breast Cancer Awareness and donating a percentage of profits for cancer research, which I also support. The website says they are concerned about COVID. Of the seven people working there, only one has their mask on correct. Everyone else, has their mask down around their chin. This is not what I want to see from people making my food. read more

Friendly on the phone with our order and the food was done when they said it would be. Tasted amazing and we got alot for a pretty decent price. Just with the cinnamon sticks were a little more chewy and not so crunchy hard. read more
