We frequent this Little Caesars location every couple weeks. Usually, we order a couple pepperoni pizzas and a single Hula Hawaiian pizza. None of the pizzas seemed to be thoroughly cooked, all of them were quite greasy, but the worst was definitely the Hula Hawaiian. It looks like they poured a cup of pineapple juice from a can straight over the top of it. None of the pizzas were cut very well at all, but I corrected that myself. Even so, the Hula Hawaiian was so watery/greasy that as we went to pick up a slice, all of the toppings slid straight off the crust, and the pizza wasn't even very warm anymore, so it should have hardened a bit to keep its shape. This is, by far, the most unappetizing pizza I've ever ordered from Little Caesars. The kitchen staff needs to slow down a little bit, and make sure they're thinking about what they're doing when they make these. Nobody wants slop on their pizza, and that's all this is! Picking up the order was fine, though. The worker that answered through the window was nice, friendly, and prompt. That's the only reason I'm giving one extra star, and not one star. read more

I get an hour lunch break. Decided to go here on Veterans Day for a free pizza. At 12:30 I walk up and see this on their door. Watched several service members walk up and turn away. If y'all are going to offer something from 11-2 then you need to honor it. Could've been handing out vouchers for another day or be more prepared. Waste of time. read more

I believe there's a new Manager or workers as it completely changed now. Very disappointed in the pizza quality as not the same that we have been getting for a long time now. Put in a phone order for three pizzas at this location - one of the meat feast ones and two of the extra pepperoni ones. The order was ready when I arrived. The pizza was hot and fresh. I actually have no complaints. The family enjoyed the pizza and the price was pretty reasonable in my opinion. I've had Little Caesars pizza before. Depending on where you go, it can be a good experience or a bad experience. But I find this one in Clarksville to be a good deal and good quality. We will be back again. read more

You cannot beat the value of Little Caesars pizza!! We ordered a classic cheese pizza, a classic pepperoni pizza, 3 crazy bread deals, and a few 2 liters od soda. Set us back about $30. Most other places would be at least $50-60 for the same food. This location is at the end of a strip mall and has a drive thru window, which I've never seen at a Little Caesars before. We ordered online before we arrived, which is really easy to do. Then we showed up about 5 minutes before the quoted "ready" time. The cashier was not very friendly. She didn't welcome us and she wasn't very interested in being polite or using her manners. There were 3-4 other employees working at the time. They were loud and seemed to be more into "hanging out" than working. It's also odd that none of them had any sort of uniform. You'd think Little Caesars could provide a shirt or something. We waited less than 5 minutes for our order to be put together and on our way we went. The pizza was excellent. Hot and tasty!! Same for the crazy bread. Again, there isn't a better pizza value out there. Sometimes, the service leaves more to be desired bit everything else about Little Caesars is awesome. read more

Went in at 7:15pm to grab dinner. The girl wasn't friendly at all, I asked for crazy bread, and she said they weren't making anymore bread for the night. Like WTH?! I have been to many of these establishments, named after the Roman Dictator who was assassinated by being stabbed 23 times in the chambers of his senate. If someone were to say that they don't like this place I'd like to meet them in the chambers of my senate and stab them 23 times. I came into here on a busy bee Friday. Despite the chaos that a Pizza place endures on a Friday, I was impressed by the calm, cool and collective staff as they pursued an excellent product along with superior customer service. What baffled me even more was the ease of my transaction. I explained to them what I was hungry for, to which they responded with what the price would be. They followed it up with asking if I would like to complete our exchange with a US credit/debit card or cash, both acceptable forms of US currency. I was impressed by the array of options. To see how adaptable the staff was I changed my order twice to a "three meat treat" and then back to "cheese". The response was what all of my fellow Americans should strive for. The pizza is not "good" pizza but it will do. The employees need some help. The kid working the counter literally had his hat on sideways. We asked for a garlic sauce and the one he had given us was open. No big deal it looked like it got beaten in transit. Tried to give it back to the young man. Ordered 3 things of buffalo wings, Italian bread and crazy sauce. They didn't have 3 buffalo wings ready so the girl only gave us 2, didn't give us any sauce at all for the bread we ordered and DIDNT EVEN REFUND OUR MONEY for the wings we didn't get, just gave us breadsticks of a LESSER value than we even paid for. Waited another 20 minutes as people picked up and left. After total of 40 minutes called on cell phone and told them still in parking lot waiting. Girl came out with order and apologized.
