The Food and the service are both incredible. They always satisfy me when I go there. Keep up the great work.

I walked into the restaurant to try and order lunch at the counter. The cashier said that they don't take any orders at the counter which was incredibly strange being they unlocked the restaurant doors which is opened to the public. She proceeded to say you can place your order online which I tried prior to arriving, but the website wouldn't process the order. I told the cashier I'll just place the order online and wait at the store. She proceeded to tell me that my order would "take a really long time" since the drive thru window has priority. On top of that, the drive thru for this restaurant is ridiculous because there is pretty much only one driveway right at a large intersection turn, that connects to the restaurant. I finally "drove all the way around" exited off Tiny town road, re-enter Trenton in order to get to the drive thru. I will give them, the drive thru moves pretty fast. When I ordered my food, they said it would be a 4 min wait because they were cooking it which at this rate, I've already been shot down at the counter, drove around the parking lot looking for the driveway to the restaurant, and finally ordered my food so what's another 4 mins for the food I guess. The food itself was incredibly salty and I desperately needed a drink to wash it down. Long story short, if you like super salt food, with drive thru only, where you have to wait, than this is the place. read more

This place should be shut down. Service was horrible food was not good and it was nasty inside.

I ordered online for pickup and received a correct order. Decent food and decent prices.

I ordered on the app. The food was done in less than 10 minutes. I grabbed the tied bag of food & left. I did not receive the 2 other Zaxby sauces, no utensils, & the funnel cake was over deep fried & hard as a rock. I would not recommend THIS Zaxby's location. read more

The food was served hot. Exactly as ordered with no ice. They tend to fill your cup with ice.

The power was out many places due to the intense and powerful storms today. We noticed Zaxby's had a line wrapped around the building. We went inside and it was not crowded at all. The young lady serving us was cheerful and patient as we took a long time to get the kids to figure out what they wanted. The lobby was being cleaned by a nice young lady and our food came out relatively quick as well. The young man serving our food to us was excellent also. All the way around this restaurant is awesome! Food was hot and yummy and employees exceptional. Thank you. read more

I got wings and things earlier today. The fries tasted like they were stale and had been sitting there all day, which could not be the case because it was earlier today so maybe they were from last night I don't know chicken tenders look like they came from a Baby chicken they were so small and shriveled up and mostly crust prices are gonna go up and quality of the food goes down then there's only one thing to do quit going. read more

We haven't been to Zaxby's in nearly a decade so gave it another try. The chicken tenders were good but not great. The chicken wings that came with the Wings and Things meal were good. I got the sweet chili sauce. If they put that on the chicken tenders, I'm game! The fries are good but heavy on the salt. The toast was really nice with the meal. Overall, it's a good price for fast food but not top dollar restaraunt quality. read more

So tell me if this makes ANY sense. I pull in the parking lot. I see a girl talking to someone at the car but I think nothing of it and pull in the drive thru to the speaker. The man tells me to come around to the window to get my order taken. I go to the window, he tells me that it's a girl on the other side by the door taking orders. So I go BACK AROUND. She takes my order at the beginning of the building. But then she says I can't pay until I get to the window. I ask her why she is taking orders right there and she said " we are trying something new." I said oh ok well it makes no sense but I know it isn't you. I go back to the window to pay and then they tell me to pull to a pick up space. They were doing everyone that pulled up behind like that too. There was not a lot of cars. Maybe 3. This was some of the stupidest decision making ever. It made no sense. read more

literally have been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting for my food because they "thought i left" yet a person came to my car and asked my order number and just walked off and never came back. had to call twice just to get them to pick up so i could ask where my food was, just to sit here another 20 minutes waiting for my food AGAIN. ordered at 5:30 and it's 6:15 and still haven't received my food. this is absolutely ridiculous. read more

Been a fan on zaxbys since they first opened in Georgia. Being a military family and traveling we have seen our share of zaxbys. We spent $26 on two meals and when we got home and opened our chicken finger plate meal with 6 tenders, we were shocked to see only 12 French fries in it! Like that's a joke. Cook was just tossing fries what was left so he wouldn't have to cook any. Huge disappointment. Won't return to this location. read more

My husband raved about Zaxby's so we stopped in for wings. I tried to order all drums, but was informed that wasn't possible even with an extra charge. Hm. Not that unreasonable a request for a wing place. The store is mostly run by teenagers so there was hemming and hawing over whether we could order the meal split with three flavors. Sigh. This was my first time here and I would say hmm... I have seen quite a few of these restaurants here locally, so decided that today was the day to try it out. So, here goes my thoughts. I do not understand what the big deal is with this place, but to each their own right. It was not what I expected based off of looking at the menu online either. I actually thought this was a server comes to your table kind of place, just from the menu items alone. But it's not, in case anyone has been wondering. I was visiting the region for the first time and never been to Zaxby's before. I really liked the food. The kid at the register was super nice and attentive. My only complaint is that my daughter got one of the buffalo chicken sandwiches and it was impossible to eat as a sandwich. Everytime I've ordered wings from a 'fast food' or 'fast casual' place I've been disappointed, but I really enjoyed the wings here. Good food, fast, clean, and reasonably priced. I used to like this Zaxby's until I ordered my food via drive thru on Thursday (5/17/18 )and got home and saw that there was a medium length blonde straight HAIR in my salad. I was beyond disgusted and I also didn't receive any of the bread with the salad. My dad didn't have any bacon or cheese on his sandwich. NEVER going back. read more

Stopped by last night and had a House salad with the grilled chicken. Wow! I was impressed. the salad was really fresh and the chicken was hot and delicious. Sweet tea was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back. read more
