The food was ready relatively quickly, probably because we were his only customers at the time. The catfish was really good! Best I ever had? No, but really close. I mean REALLY close. The hush puppies and fries were excellent as well. The wings were fantastic! Large, meaty, juicy wings that were well cooked but not over cooked, as chicken should be. The honey garlic sauce was probably some of the best I've had. The loaded fries? They were something else! Maybe fries loaded with tender, flavorful brisket and honey garlic shrimp is a normal thing where you're from. They definitely are not where I live. What's not to like?? The app told me the precise minute thee order would be ready for pickup. Here's the first ding. The website was very specific-- pull into the Chili's Togo parking and someone will come out and confirm your name for the order. We pull in, and again, the posted sign says wait here and a team member will be with you. Nope. Waited over 5 minutes - saw another customer go in and get their order, so decided to go in. Yep, they had the order on a cart by the door for pickup. I'm okay with that, but gee, change the instructions, people! We took the food home. No boneless wings, no extra blue cheese that I paid extra for! They did put in a regular wings order in its place, but only 7 pieces not 8. We went ahead and ate our food. BTW--- I have leftover fries to last a month. I then called the business to provide feedback. The person answering the phone was very polite and asked if I wanted to speak with the manager.
