My name is Rod and I'm a recovering Little Caesar's Crazy Bread Addict. My wife and I in our college years used to get a deep dish pizza , crazy bread and some soft drinks take it to a local park and devour them. This was a " treat" for us since we had to be ballers on a budget. It's for this reason , for nostalgia purposes only I can't bring myself to rate Little Caeasar's any lower than a 3 star. The crazy bread is crazy good...albeit unhealthy....but for the price..darn good. read more

The service is fantastic the cashiers are helpful and informative and the food tastes amazing and the store is spotless

First off I don't get why people come in here acting like it's nasty like it's cheap pizza what do you expect? Second this review is to the guy that helped me with my pizzas today. I came in to grab a few pizzas for a small party and while I was waiting I watched customers come in and harass the cashier over crazy bread! First a mom came in accusing him of forcing her daughter to take the sauce (that comes with the bread btw) when I witnessed the interaction with the daughter beforehand and he did no such thing. If she didn't want the sauce then say something instead of telling your mom he forced you to take it and now she's yelling at this dude? Then another group harassed him over the crazy bread again and all I gotta say is for a guy who's getting this unnecessary ish over crazy bread you handled it so well. Good service! And to add to Jonnika's review earlier these guys need a tip jar. read more

I came in on a Saturday around 3pm. There was hardly any customers around (2 customers max) but it took 40 minutes to receive 4 large pizzas! 40 minutes!! The cashier told me it would only take 10 minutes but the time was quadrupled! It seems like there it no system in place to get the pizza out. Yes, there's a barcode scanning system but the employees aren't even trained to do it right! The guy who was slicing the pizza was also taking orders; that's the min bottleneck of the process. I advise management to retrain their employees, reinforce customer service, and get those pizzas out! I am never coming back here nor obtaining pizza from Little Caesar's anymore. Management should have given me those pizzas for free and apologized for the inconvenience caused, but not a single comment from the employees. There's a reason why the pizza is cheaper than the rest- you sacrifice quality and customer service over your damn prices. - A very disappointed customer. read more

The girls working there were fast and super sweet. They need to be provided with a tip jar:)

Jasmine is the best handled my order best customer service and customer service experience thank you

This is a craziest thing I've ever seen. I ordered a pizza online, on the website for Little Caesars pizza. They ask you what time you want it delivered. It was 4:50pm so I asked for 5:30. Well it's now 5:49 and no pizza. I called the phone number on the website and I got a person who was very difficult to understand saying something about I have to call the driver. The pizza left a half an hour ago and I said OK what's the phone number? He said I don't know it's a delivery person! I said well how am I supposed to call this person? It's on your website, this phone number, and I made the order on this website. I was supposed to get my pizza at 5:30 now it's almost 6 o'clock and you can't tell me when I'm gonna get my pizza. I paid $52 for this pizza and didn't expect to have to argue with someone to get it. Then he tells me it's a delivery service that I ordered it through like DoorDash or something like that and I never went through DoorDash. I never went to any delivery service website I just went to theirs. I assume like all other places they have delivery people, that drive from the pizza place to your home. Now I have no idea when I'm gonna get the food so I told the guy I just get my money back from the card. They charge a service fee. They charge a delivery fee and they charge a tip, I don't know what the tips for. I don't know what the service is for. I just want my pizza. It's the last time I EVER order from Little Caesars again. Back in the day when you got two pizzas for like $10 they were a good company. Good customer service and for the price, decent pizza. I guess I just have to wait and see if I get my pizza. read more

This place is so awesome. Jasmine help us out with our meal and the food came out great! definitely coming back

I have been a customer at this store for over a year and would like to start off by saying that KJ, the new store owner, is amazing. I have had many bad experiences in the past to where I would have to wait such a long time. Ever since the new ownership has came in, the workers make the customers feel like family. Very polite and welcoming. Also, I would say the pizza quality has sky rocketed! It is fresh and delicious! Today I decided to write review because they well deserved it. Yesterday, I placed a large order of 34 pizzas for a holiday party at work. I was very happy that everything was made in a great timing. I would highly recommend coming to this location. read more

Hi... I'm not sure what to say. Literally the worst pizza I've ever had. You know those nightmares you have where pizza chases you down? This was that pizza. It was SOAKED in oil and the whole pizza was floppy because of the wet slices. We bought the stuffed crust and the cheese in the crust was grainy and rubbery at the same time. I've never had pizza so bad. read more

Good customer service and really good hot pizzas I love the way they give you your pizza hot and not cold

Nice and friendly employees. Good food. Better than the Fremont location. Fresh pizzas get made very often. Crazy bread extremely well made.

Worst pizza I have ever ate. Worst looking and tasting food. Doughy pizza and over cooked crazybread. I started off by ordering my food and getting attitude in return. The cashier had said it would be a 5 minute wait when I stayed about 15 instead. I had 2 customers in front of me anyways so I did understand. I do work in customer service as well, have been for 7 years, so I do know the do's and don'ts. So when I see the cashier in back with the food when I hear 2 other voices in the back, I was very confused. When you are handling money you don't handle food, especially without washing your hands. Once I did get my food and brought it home and opened the box, it was the worst looking Little Caesars I have had. Then once I bit into it, just got worse. The pizza was doughy and the crazybread was overcooked. I ate what I could but I am so disappointed. I called the store and my cashier picked up. I explained what I received and he started to argue with me saying the pizza is supposed to be doughy and the crazybread is on a timer to be cooked that long. I explained to him that this ONLY my second time to this location but every other location I have been to has never had food this bad. He handed me off to his shift lead at that point. I spoke to her about the issue. She said I could come back with it for new food but I had told her that I can't at the moment. I asked if she can write my information down and save it for my next visit. Apperently that is the owners choice. So I gave her my info and the owner will get back to me. I thought the point was to keep customers but instead the service is pushing them away. The only way I will return is if the owner does get a hold of me. Other than that I will stick to our Fremont Blvd location. The Fremont location is busier but I have never had bad customer service. read more

Slow poor customer service !!!! And no gloves ! You shouldn't lie about the wait time for a customer we have things to do !

Deep dish pepperoni pizza only $8.99. Cheap and delicious! Picking up from the pizza portal is super convenient!

Love the family that runs the place. Everyone is so friendly and efficient. Been coming here for a couple years now. I choose this Little Cesar's over all the others because of the environment. Great people. read more

Service was really slow. I understand it does get busy sometimes, but forgetting about your customer and promising that you'll get your pizza in 5-10 minutes and ending up waiting longer (20-25 minutes) is not okay. I didn't even receive a receipt after I paid and they provided a pizza for the customers that were there for only two minutes. read more

Love the pizza, it was sooo good will come back again. Great service. The wings are my favorite here and the crazy bread is good edit: Denied me free crazy bread even tho I left a review. Will not be coming back and horrible service read more

I am very disappointed in the customer service. My boyfriend walked in when the door was open to place an order and the cashier yelled at him and told him to get out. She was very disrespectful and treated us unfairly. I am shocked at this behavior and type of service. If your business is closed for the day, please kindly speak to us not yell at customers. Little Caesar's Pizza should educate their employees on proper customer service and etiquette. We will never order from here and ensure others know of this horrible service. read more

Seriously? I know you get what you pay for but dang... $21 for uncooked, flat crazy bread and I paid for sauce to come with it which I didnt even receive. Unfortunately I didnt check to make sure I got the sauce because I assume if I'm paying for it then I'll receive it. I also paid for an extra most bestest and it was literally just the classic pizza. Nothing extra or most bestest about it. The girl at the register was nice which is why I changed my rating from 1 star to 2. But I did not get $21 worth from this location. Other locations are way better. read more

From the moment i walled in I received quick and wonderful customer service. No issues with transaction with cards and was informed nicely that my wings were going to take a little longer which was no problem. But customer service 10/10. read more

Their pizza and crazy bread is very delicious. They serve quite fast and i am impressed especially because it is near my school. I am pretty satisfied by everything, but sometimes the pizza gets a bit too greasy. It's worth the price! read more

The place is in a great location and the employees are very nice, love their 5$ combo it's a great deal on the week days.

The boss/manager is so incredibly rude to paying customers. I absolutely saw a worker handle cash and then go back to making pizzas, no gloves, no hand wash. I mentioned it as politely as I could to the boss/manager and was very aggressively told "you want the pizza or not?!!" I literally only said it so maybe she would tell the worker. I wasn't complaining just like idk saying something I thought she'd want to know. It's whatever but honestly the place is dirty and the "Ms. Bossy Lady" name tag wearer is just... not delightful. read more

I've been going here for years. New management is the worst I've seen it. Witnessed the manager (which comes in in sweat pants and slip on shoes. Very professional) yelling very loudly at one of the employees to do things right. Clearly his first days on the job. Had no shame he was being very loud about it. I now travel to the next location because I have no respect for this place anymore. read more

Really pleasant staff, very clean, super nice cashier, came by yesterday, gave very good recommendations! Will be coming back!

Great service, (Jasmine and Stephanie are the bomb) and piping hot pizza. Also it's open a little later than some other Little Caesar's spots, so it's super clutch for the late night grub run. read more

Not busy, I came an hour or so before closing. The prices are okay, it's par for the course as far as pizza goes.

This Little Caesars is excellent. Great service and great food. They attended to my pizza needs in a most efficient and expedient fashion. Jasmine was extremely talented and enthusiastic about her work and I will definitely be coming back. read more

Decided to try this Little Caesars for the first time. Ordered online when I got to the restaurant pizza wasn't ready. Had to wait about 10 minutes to get my turn in line. Only one person working the counter and the line was long. Finally got my pizzas went home and found out one of them was wrong. And the other ones didn't taste very well. This location has much lower quality than the other locations I've tried. read more

I would have to say that im very pleased with the service. I like seeing that the employees are always working and the place looks really clean. The pizzas are the best ones out of all the little Cesar's that I tried. read more

The management is rude, with a complete lack of respect for the customer. Being a long-time visitor to this establishment I can say after my last visit I will not be back! There are other Little Caesar's around and Each complaint by a customer should be an opportunity to improve rather than treating the customer as though you can't be bothered with their legitimate critique. They lost a regular long-time customer tonight due to their rudeness and lack of respect! read more

I'm going to make this short. What type of pizza company doesn't supply their restaurants with enough cheese? I came I'm today and they said what do I want. I wanted to get a large pepperoni pizza and they tell me oh they ran out of cheese?! Wtf read more

I ordered pizzas for my sons birthday party. He especially likes the deep dish. I ordered over the phone. I came for pick up 20 minutes later as asked. So, I got there, pizzas were all made with regular crust instead of the deep dish. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to be remade. It was full of young kids working there, not very professional, but hey it's Little Caesars, cheap pizza. I asked for a discount and they gave me a free pizza. I asked for a receipt, but since he was on to the next customer he could not retrieve the receipt for me. Oh well, probably not going back. Pizza is too greasy for my taste. Teenagers dont seem to mind. read more

This Little Caesar's is my goto place because they have fresher stuff than the one next to my house. But today they lost dome of my patronage. I went in and ordered a fresh pepperoni. The guy said 10 minute. I waited and saw other people home in after me getting their pizzas. After 20 minutes, I ask the guy that took my order, and he said he forgot. WTF! I talk to the manager and she says sorry and gives the pizza for free, but still. read more

Good Smokehouse pizza, aloof staff, did horribly on wait times. Would have been nice to have been told the closer time approximations. Everyone got the usual "10 to 15" minutes which really translated to "25 to 30" minutes". read more

i went there on a Sunday at 5 PM and there were five employees. I ordered the Deep Dish and some Cheesy bread and they said it would be a 10-15 minute wait. (I could have ordered real pizza in that time.) Kind of disappointing since I was there at a reasonable time, but okay. So 25 minutes later I'm still waiting for my Pizza. They finally got to me and handed me my Pizza and I get home and it's f'ing burnt.(solid black edges all around) And the cheesy bread looks like crap and I throw it in the garbage. The female employee seemed nice enough(good Cop) but the four high school/ college aged burnouts were lounging about and didn't seem interested in doing their jobs, that's why was so PO'd with the wait. There was only one customer who stopped in during my 25 minute wait. My tip would be ordering your order in advance, and then check it to see if it's burnt. (But even the guy who ordered in advance had to wait 10 minutes.) I thought the old Newark, Ca Little Caesar's was bad, but they didn't serve that kind of crap. On the positive note the structure of the location is clean and an improvement over other Little Caesars in the area. read more
