We were seated immediately, and when my wife requested a booth, the staff happily accommodated her. We tend to eat lower carb, so we ordered a cauliflower crust pizza. It's an excellent option for anyone looking for a more carb-friendly meal. The crust had a nice crispness, and the pizza tasted fresh and full of flavor. For the kids, we ordered the chicken mac and cheese, and they absolutely loved it. Our server was kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout the meal, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great family dinner and will definitely be returning. We popped in to discuss the matter around lunch, and the staff were super friendly in helping to choose a time to schedule to order to minimize risk of not having delicious pizza. We got the Mini Melts as an immediate dessert while planning to stop by Crust again later to pickup the dinner order. Unfortunately, Mini Melts definitely taste like a Dippin Dots knockoff and left a little deliciousness to be desired - 1/5. The order was completed in a super timely manner despite the Super Bowl - thank you staff! The Greek Salad unfortunately was sent with ranch dressing (not sure how that happened), so I opted to eat the salad without dressing. It was a fine salad, but nothing to write home about - 3/5. The pizza was, of course, where Crust shines. A delicious thin crust cheese pizza, with melty cheese and a sturdy but not crispy crust. I wished I was hungrier! 4.5/5

The pizza is good; it was as expected. The wings on the other hand weren't just not good, they weren't edible in my opinion. There was a very strange burnt plastic chemical flavor smell coming from them that was very strange. I tried a second wing thinking maybe it was just a bad wing but no, they aren't good. On top of the very strange burnt plastic chemical flavor they had, they had a really weird texture, almost like mush where I couldn't distinguish the meat from the fat. It did not taste anything like a chicken wing. I will be calling and filling an official complaint with corporate.

After 30 minutes we attempted to call the store, multiple times, from multiple phones. No one ever answered. Finally (1 hour after pizzas were allegedly out of the oven) I drove to the store & asked about my delivery. The delivery driver was just about to walk out of the door with our pizzas. When I questioned the delay I was met by an extremely defensive flurry of excuses ("It's raining. We're very busy. We only have 1 delivery driver.") BUT NO ONE APOLOGIZED! There were barely any toppings, some were missing, it was unevenly made, and looked like no care was put into it at all. This is not what I expect when ordering from your menu. This has unfortunately become a pattern at this location--whether I order through DoorDash, the store app, or even in person, the quality is consistently poor. Ever since management changed, the standard has dropped significantly. Customers should not have to pay full price for food that looks and tastes like this.

Why 4 stars? Because the BBQ chicken pizza hit the spot…read more --- --- --- After quickly becoming a fan of Wiches on Wheels before they temporarily shut things down, I was excited to try Dizzy Pies, which is under the same ownership. I went with the Fayrweather Byrd (BBQ Chicken) and the Southbound, which is like a Tex-Mex pizza - headlined by beef fajita meat. I thought the fayrweather byrd was pretty ideal. I ordered mine without jalapenos because my wife and I are really wusses when it comes to spicy food. My wife tried one bite of one slice and I ate the rest of the entire pizza by myself. Not because I was still hungry by the end, but because it was so delicious. And to make matters worse for my appetite, I also ate more than half of the Southbound, making it 13 slices in one sitting for me. I didn't have to include these embarrassing details in my review, but here I am, outing myself. I thought the southbound was fine, but would probably go for something else on the menu next time. Lastly, we finished with a mother fudger brownie. When I ordered it (to-go), he asked if we wanted everything on top: ice cream, whip cream, etc. I said yes, because I assumed it would be kept separate. But unfortunately, it was all packed into one box, so by the time I got home, it was virtually all melted. Don't get me wrong, it was still delicious, but I'd probably only order this if you plan on eating it as soon as it's made. I will definitely check out Dizzy Pies again, as it's a very solid option in the neighborhood.
