Sometimes prep is a little uneven. We always order pizza cooked well done. Sometimes it is just barely done. Penne vodka is often too spicy for my wife. I now specify Not Spicy and it has been okay for her. App works well. Sometimes the kitchen gets slammed and orders can take time to come out. Putting in an order an hour or two ahead with a fixed pickup time doesn't seem to help in that situation. The 'Order ready for pickup' email message is a joke, always coming in hours after I have picked up the food. A timely text would be much more useful.

Wow!! I do not have enough good things to say about this place…read more To start when you walk in the staff warmly welcomes you. The owner was standing at the host stand and instantly made me feel like family the second I walked in the door. I told him I needed gluten free and he walked me through every single menu item that had gluten free and which didn't. Secondly he then told me his top picks on the menu. I was ordering take out so I put in my takeout order and he was so friendly "come sit at this table! Don't stand around." He then brought me some water. Such great customer service! This guy should teach other restaurants how to do customer service. Now let's talk about the food. I ordered a gluten free margarita pizza add chicken and the bolognese pasta. Both were incredible. Literally not one thing wrong. The sauce on both was yummy and full of flavor. The cheese on the pizza was fresh and you could tell it was high quality and the other ingredients were top quality. This is one of those meals that you start eating and can't stop eating once you start. That's rare for me. Will 100% be back when I'm back in the area. If you're thinking of coming to this restaurant... do it!!

The place was empty but that did not discourage us to try their food; they did have music playing so it was not utterly quiet. I believe this may be a family- owned business if I'm not mistaken. Basically you have to order at the cash register and they will bring out the food to your table, we ordered two steak and eggs which came with two tortillas, rice, salad, and frijoles Fritos. The amicable lady said it would only take 7 mins for the food to be ready and yes indeed it took exactly that time! We both enjoyed the steak, it was cooked well done and served a generous portion too, it had us both full for the rest of the day! We like our eggs "medio cocinado" (over easy) and it paired well to dip with the steamy, fresh tortilla. I don't have any complaints, I would probably check this place out again to try the Latino menu.

Each one included a sandwich platter (Italian, ham, and turkey), a half‑tray of salad (I chose Greek and Caesar), two extra‑large pizzas (veggie, Margherita, meat, and Supreme), and a deluxe dessert tray with cheesecake, cannoli, brownies, and cookies. The food arrived right at 11:30 as promised. The manager even let me borrow the insulated pizza bags to keep everything warm until our lunch started, as long as I returned them afterward, which I really appreciated. Overall, the food was good and my colleagues enjoyed it. My only critique is the serving sizes. The Office Hero package is advertised to serve 20-30 people, but while we had plenty of sandwiches and desserts left over, we ran out of salads and pizzas. I think those portions could be increased to better match the rest of the package. Pricing felt affordable and reasonable compared to similar catering options. I would definitely order from them again.

However, our last few visits have been somewhat underwhelming, and during a recent visit we had a particularly disappointing experience with a white pizza. The pizza was hot and had just come out of the oven when I picked it up. I live only about five minutes away, yet by the time I got home, I noticed oil leaking onto my leather car seat. When I opened the box, it appeared as though olive oil had been poured over the entire pizza. The crust was completely saturated, the box itself was soaked through, and the top of the pizza was just as greasy as the bottom. The pizza was an oily mess and, frankly, inedible. At $24, it was a frustrating waste of money. We ate only some of the crust and ended up throwing the rest away. After posting my review, a reply was posted and asked to reach out so the situation could be addressed. I did, and the response was prompt. Shortly afterward, the store called me and explained that the pizza sauce had been prepared incorrectly with too much oil, and they acknowledged that the issue was their fault. They refunded the cost of the pizza and handled the matter professionally. I appreciate the quick response and willingness to make things right. Because of that, I'm happy to say I'm once again a satisfied customer and look forward to future visits.

It's a straightforward, family-run place in Olde Town--nothing fancy about the setup, just a solid local spot that focuses on getting the food right. Their pizza is consistently good. The crust holds up, the cheese melts the way you want it to, and the sauce has actual flavor instead of just tasting like plain tomato. I've ordered a few different pies over time and they all come out the way you'd hope from a neighborhood pizza shop. The pasta dishes are generous and reliable too if you're in the mood for something other than a pie. It's the kind of place where you order takeout or swing by for a quick meal and don't overthink it. Service is friendly and no-nonsense, which fits the whole vibe. For a local pizza option that's dependable and doesn't try too hard, Freddy's does the job well. It's one of the spots I still recommend when someone asks where to get a solid pie nearby

Ours had clumps of previously frozen spinach and really not enough of any other flavor to compliment it, maybe it was just a fluke but I won't order that one again.
