When I eat their pizza, I feel like the man from Ratatouille who got a flashback on the first bite. They have the best pizza. It's as simple as cheese or pepperoni, you don't need anything else on it. They nail every part, the bread, the cheese, and especially the sauce that's actually made with real tomatoes. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and didn't need to wait at all. There was an older gentleman who was quick to help us with whatever we needed. The cheesesteak was so yummy. I loved the bread. It was full of meat and cheese, but it needed more mayonnaise. I wish it had more of those delicious mushrooms and onions too. The pizza itself was also delicious. I love Freddy's Cannolis they have some of the best tasting Riccotta filling in town & the price at $6.50 each is a very good price compared to those restaurants which charge more. The cannoli shells outside taste good & crisp too. The wings are another story. And I am from Buffalo so I know what good, bad and MEH chicken wings taste like. Freddy's wings I would NOT order again. I wanted to try a local place for pizza and this one one of the more highly rated places nearby. I brought the pizzas to Saint Row Brewing nearby to eat. It's not the best pizza in the world, but it is a solid choice above the mass chained pizza places. The crust is a crust and not that soft chewy and soggy crust you get at other places. It's in kind of a weird location that looks like a house in the corner. There is some parking just for pick up though so I wouldn't worry too much. It's a solid place for pizza. People inside were nice too. They had my order ready 5 mins early than the pick up time I selected online. read more

Their entire menu is incredible. We're talking about melt in your mouth but stringy mozzarella and piping hot food - even with delivery!!! Freddy and his crew of gentlemen were so incredibly hospitable and sweet that not only did they accommodate a special order so I can evangelize the store to friends but they didn't even allow me to carry as a much of a single cannoli by myself. Generous toppings that actually covered the entire surface of my small pie. It didn't really stand out to me and was comparable to other pizza joints. I would have preferred more sauce on it. Since they only do carryout or delivery perhaps it would have gotten an additional star if it was still warm when I ate it. Staff was friendly as I was acknowledged upon arrival. This place is a hidden gem, serving some of the best pizza and food that I've had in moco. I got the meat lovers pizza, bbq chicken pizza, and the fettuccine chicken Alfredo. The pizzas were great and topped off nicely, they actually care about the food you are ordering and you can 100% tell. The bbq chicken pizza was my favorite of the two pizzas but like I said before both are great. The fettuccine chicken Alfredo thoroughly surpassed my expectations because usually pizza restaurants and most Italian restaurants (that I've had) tend to have mediocre to bad pasta but Freddy's is special. The fettuccine chicken Alfredo was very good, it was creamy and was a decent portion of food. I would definitely return and recommend to all. My top pizza place at the moment. Their pastas are also VERY delicious! It's so good, my husband wanted it two nights in a row! My favorite pizza from here is their Freddys Supreme Pizza! I love all the different toppings for all the different flavors and textures. My husband loved their pepperoni pizza! Their dough and pizza sauce is so good, could probably just eat that too! My favorite pasta from here is the Fettuccine Alfredo pasta! Ive also tried their Penne Ala Vodka and Fettuccine Bolognese. But the Alfredo is simply delicious! The rice to ground beef ratio was good, and I appreciated that it wasn't drenched in marina sauce. The wings were just okay for me. I would have liked them a tad crispier and saucier as well. I had high hopes for this place because of the reviews but it didn't do for me what it did for everyone else. It was just ok and the sauce was a bit plain. The pizza was very fresh though so of course I enjoyed the toppings and the cheese. I'm a pizza connoisseur so this wasn't my favorite but worth another try. I was even given a description of the "house" so that I wouldn't miss it. Parking is in the back of the "house". I was greeted with hospitality and kindness. I was given the option for every condiment and utensil to ensure I had everything I needed. I was very happy with my choice as the pizza was very good. The sauce was on the sweeter side, which is what I enjoy. The pepperoni and sausage was plentiful and juicy. The grease was in the average side with some minor flop to the slices. The wings without a doubt the best in town in Gaithersburg. Rivals full on wings but a little different in taste and prep. They are sooo good. My order was pretty simple and uninspired (my pizza orders are pretty basic). What can I say, I like the traditional pepperoni pizza.
