We've been coming to this location for years because it's convenient and consistently offers a better experience than most chain restaurants. However, our last few visits have been somewhat underwhelming, and during a recent visit we had a particularly disappointing experience with a white pizza. The pizza was hot and had just come out of the oven when I picked it up. I live only about five minutes away, yet by the time I got home, I noticed oil leaking onto my leather car seat. When I opened the box, it appeared as though olive oil had been poured over the entire pizza. The crust was completely saturated, the box itself was soaked through, and the top of the pizza was just as greasy as the bottom. The pizza was an oily mess and, frankly, inedible. At $24, it was a frustrating waste of money. We ate only some of the crust and ended up throwing the rest away. After posting my review, a reply was posted and asked to reach out so the situation could be addressed. I did, and the response was prompt. Shortly afterward, the store called me and explained that the pizza sauce had been prepared incorrectly with too much oil, and they acknowledged that the issue was their fault. They refunded the cost of the pizza and handled the matter professionally. I appreciate the quick response and willingness to make things right. Because of that, I'm happy to say I'm once again a satisfied customer and look forward to future visits. read more

1.21.26 I ordered a catered lunch for a department meeting today and went with two Office Hero packages. Each one included a sandwich platter (Italian, ham, and turkey), a half‑tray of salad (I chose Greek and Caesar), two extra‑large pizzas (veggie, Margherita, meat, and Supreme), and a deluxe dessert tray with cheesecake, cannoli, brownies, and cookies. The food arrived right at 11:30 as promised. The manager even let me borrow the insulated pizza bags to keep everything warm until our lunch started, as long as I returned them afterward, which I really appreciated. Overall, the food was good and my colleagues enjoyed it. My only critique is the serving sizes. The Office Hero package is advertised to serve 20-30 people, but while we had plenty of sandwiches and desserts left over, we ran out of salads and pizzas. I think those portions could be increased to better match the rest of the package. Pricing felt affordable and reasonable compared to similar catering options. I would definitely order from them again. read more

Decent pizza for a solid price if you get the pick up special. We got a large NY style pepperoni pizza and it tasted great. Good amount of sauce, cheese, and meat ratio. Was fresh and had a nice snap with each bite. My food was ready in 15 mins after placing the order. Definitely will order from here in the future again. Also plenty of parking nearby. read more

Ordered sandwiches and fries Saturday night The food was ready when promised and at a reasonable cost. I had an Italian my usual. Very good, lots of meat and fresh vegetables. The fries were more than enough for two. My wife ordered a steak and cheese and though good tasting it was pretty light on the steak. Considering the cost it was disappointing. read more

Their pizza is usually pretty good. I had a classic pepperoni, it was good. Nothing special about it and I got a chicken and jalapeño pizza. Jalapeños were good and spicy. Sometimes when you bake them, they lose flavor. They did not. Their pizza even taste good the next day or two reheated. read more

I couldn't resist the $5 for a medium cheese pizza special. I ordered two pizzas, paid a little extra to add a topping, and enjoyed a pizza dinner. Then, I had plenty to freeze so that I could easily reheat for future meals. I placed my order online in advance and it was ready before the designated pick up time. Service was quick and the pizza was delicious. Paisano's Pizza always has specials, so be sure to check out the offers before you order! read more

The pizza crust was doughy and wasn't crispy at all. There was a lot of cheesy but a bit too much for my liking.

There is no way this was considered a 4th slice.... I love this spot but this was definitely unacceptable!! read more

Amazing deals/specials and good food. As a first timer, I Ordered using the pick2 promo and got a large 1 topping pizza with chicken for 10$ and a cheesesteak for 10$. The chicken pizza was pretty good but I do wish it had a bit more chicken toppings. The cheesesteak sub was simple but very good especially the bread. Would definitely return and recommend. read more

We ordered the small Buffalo Chicken Pizza and the Pepperoni Calzone. It arrived in less than an hour from doordash. We do not prefer blue cheese on our pizza but it was fairly easy to remove. We felt the calzone could have had a more even distribution of pepperoni. All tasted great so we would be happy to order again. read more

I have been ordering from paisanos since moving to Germantown nearly 6 years ago and they have consistently provided excellent food and delivery service. While the prices have increased recently (along with everyone else in the US to be fair) I still think everything is reasonably priced for the quality of food I've had. It's clear they use fresh ingredients which is always a good thing but especially when it comes to the delicious salads. It's so hard finding a delivery place with a salad on the menu that's not either prepackaged processed junk or made up of wilted lettuce and a single slimy cucumber. Aside from the salads I also love the chicken tenders and cheesesteaks. The tenders are clearly also fresh made and not frozen, and they are huge! My only minor complaint/suggestion is the subs should come with a larger amount of mushrooms since there is an upcharge to add them. read more

They don't honor their coupons. We ordered 2 pizzas online trying to use the BOGO special. Did everything right but couldn't get the total to reflect the free pizza. Called the store and even though the BOGO was right there on the order and it should have worked, the manager said they don't honor it. Offered us 15 percent off. Bait and switch. Keep it. read more

Food and service is consistently good! My girls (6y&8y) are picky eaters and they love the food here. Clean establishment.

We stopped by as a large group of 25 after a lacrosse tournament - we aren't local and just wanted some good food after a long day. We searched for something close with decent reviews and ended up at Paisanos after I called and they said they could accommodate us. The service was great and the food was ready fairly quickly. It was helpful that we could order at the counter individually. A few of our orders were incorrect, but they rectified the situation pretty quickly. The calzones were REALLY good and so was the pizza. Salads were fresh and the garlic knots were tasty. read more

We've ordered from Paisano's a few times now. I will say that the customer service has been great! If an order is wrong, they'll immediately fix it. My hesitation in a higher rating is just that the pizza itself lacks flavor. It's fine with their garlic sauce or with ranch dressing, but on its own it's just missing something. The mozzarella sticks however, are on point. read more

After a very long day at work I decided I wanted some pasta but didn't want to go out and pick anything up, so I ordered delivery from Paisano's and No you can't go wrong what so ever. I ordered the Baked spaghetti with meatballs and it was absolutely delicious and one would think that getting spaghetti from a pizza delivery place it wouldn't be as great, but it was Amazing. Definitely impressed. Customer service was fantastic when I called to place my order the young lady was very polite and repeated my order back and she said my order wouldn't be delivered around 30mins but arrived a lot sooner. I will definitely be back soon. read more

Great service and great food. Perfect spot for those attending local lacrosse tournaments.

Came here in between daughters game based on Yelp reviews. Nice little spot, clean. Met the manager who was very friendly and apologized for charging for mushrooms when we didn't get the normal meats in the stromboli,.and refunded for the confusion which was very nice of twjm to do. I can tell they really care about customer service when something is brought to their attention. Veggie stromboli was good, crust was excellent. Not used to the sauce being on the side but it was good. We would come back if there was another tournament. read more

Got a combo pizza which they charge 2.00 extra. Steer clear if u like crispy crust my medium pizza was gross and soggy. All the workers are running around harried and frazzled (unnecessary). Pizza Pie the way its supposed to be. Out of the blue, and thanks to Yelp recommendations, found this italian delight tucked away in shopping center off RT 118 in Germantown, MD. in the Kingsview Village? area. Well what a find it turned out to be. Checking out the plentiful menu on walking in the door, the helpful staff put order in and back it came in rapid fashion. Lots of Italian favorites to choose from as well as the traditional wings and appetizers needed for personal indulgance or party or more. Asked the order taker if the food was good and they of course said yes it is. Well the taste test confirmed this and then some. The x-large "pauli" pizza was thin crust cheezy, meaty, gooey, garlicy taste sensation and plenty filling. As were the wings, in mild bone in variety. Chewy and seasoned to perfection with just the right amount of char, they could have been meal on their own but with pizza and beverage of choice, made for a feast. Pro-Tip, the resturant is open ~ 10pm on weeknights allowing for the mid-week crowd to enjoy relatively late night goodness without having to settle for one of the chain pizza joints in the area. Recommended and thanks to the aforementioned Yelp reviews, this place is right on. No sweat the calories, the food here is worth it. Thanks! read more

Update: So I emailed the manager as requested by him on the previous review. I emailed twice with no response to either email. I was hoping that even if he hasn't responded, he would address the quality issue. So yesterday I gave it another try. Why????? I ordered 3 pizzas, all of which tasted like cardboard! I tried to call yesterday but there was no answer, maybe because Sundays are busy. But either way the quality has gone down and it's very disappointing. Sometimes the size is even wrong. Especially when paying over $50 for low quality pizza. They were once my favorite shop so this really saddens me. I didn't give one star because I try my best not to do that unless it's super piss poor. Hopefully something changes and fast. Update: 8/14/20 Omar is amazing! I have had multiple issues with this location but he will fix it immediately and is super nice about it! I could go other places but choose here bc Omar will ensure things go the right way! Always greatly appreciated! read more

Super yummy and great quantity of food for the price. It was so easy to put in my order on the phone. I ordered no cheese on the club sandwich and it came out exactly like I wanted. This was my first time ordering here because my Mothers of Preschoolers group was doing a fundraiser. I'm soo happy with my purchase! The wings are delicious. My two kids loved the lasagna, and the club sandwich and fries were gone within half an hour. My husband ordered a meatball sub which was also consumed very quickly. My favorite are the zeppoles which are soo delicious with the sweet sauce. Excellent food & service! We will be back soon! read more

When we switched over from Dominos we were happy and exited. Well that happy train has ended. First, we have done curbside pick-up the last two times. Nobody ever comes out, even when you click the app saying you are there. This last time my wife just sat out front watching people go in and out. Staff was cleaning and standing behind the counter, but nobody is capable of seeing a car outside and checking so we have to get out and walk in. That isn't a big deal. The big deal to me is the lack of toppings when they have a special. I went into the app and saw they were running another large pizza with one topping for $8 each. We did this last time and noticed how skimpy they are on that free topping. Honestly, make it a cheese pizza for the special and charge me for a topping so I actually get one. The mushroom pizza had multiple pieces with no mushrooms. I have posted up half of the pizza and you can see how lacking it is. Waste of money. Not sure we will be back. read more

I actually spoke with the co-owner on my concerns around the drivers and he promised they woiuld talk to them about not tearing around the corners so fast! Again. Just ordered from here and the meatball appetizer had leaked all over the rest of the order, my cheesesteak that I order with extra extra meat and extra toasted was NOT toasted or came with "extra" meat and they completely forgot the French fries. (AGAIN). My wife's salad looked old and you could tell because the feta cheese was "sweaty" looking. I have ordered from this place maybe 20 times and I have had an issue with the order at least 50 percent of tbt time. Plus the driver/ delivery guy just literally left my good on my doorstep and left before I could even get to the door. Seriously - never ordering from here again and would give zero stars if I could. read more

If you want to order from this place go ahead, they have good food, they might even deliver what you actualy order 15% of the time. And when you dont get what you actualy ordered the other 85% of the time and call back to let them know their mistake the staff gets an attitude with you and tells you that you are wrong even when you have a reciept that prove you right. Like I said the food is good you just dont get what you asked or paid for. This was their strike 10 I realy dont know why I continue to give this place second chance after second chance, I'm done with them. UPDATE #1: I originally I gave this review a 1 star. The above actualy happens from this Germantown store. Which is why I dont order from here as offten as I had in the past. This morning however was the first time I ever had a call back from the the general manager of the store apoligizing for the mistake. He explained a possible reason for the error, offered me a store credit as symbolic gesture of his sincerity. Because he is making an effort to correct the error, which never was offered in the past, I will give them another chance. I am up dating my review to 3 stars for now. If service for me improves going forward i will again update my review to reflect my experince. UPDATE #2 After the conversation i had with the General Manager, i gave them another chance (yes I also used the credit i was offered). I was satisfied with my order this time. As i said earlier, the food is good when you get what you order, & i did this time so I am adding another star. Apperently voicing your dissatisfaction to the manger makes a difference. The person on the phone taking my order was very polite & understanding, just ti make an observation. read more
