Each one included a sandwich platter (Italian, ham, and turkey), a half‑tray of salad (I chose Greek and Caesar), two extra‑large pizzas (veggie, Margherita, meat, and Supreme), and a deluxe dessert tray with cheesecake, cannoli, brownies, and cookies. The food arrived right at 11:30 as promised. The manager even let me borrow the insulated pizza bags to keep everything warm until our lunch started, as long as I returned them afterward, which I really appreciated. Overall, the food was good and my colleagues enjoyed it. My only critique is the serving sizes. The Office Hero package is advertised to serve 20-30 people, but while we had plenty of sandwiches and desserts left over, we ran out of salads and pizzas. I think those portions could be increased to better match the rest of the package. Pricing felt affordable and reasonable compared to similar catering options. Their pizza is usually pretty good. I had a classic pepperoni, it was good. Nothing special about it and I got a chicken and jalapeño pizza. Jalapeños were good and spicy. Sometimes when you bake them, they lose flavor. They did not. Their pizza even taste good the next day or two reheated. read more

We ordered the small Buffalo Chicken Pizza and the Pepperoni Calzone. It arrived in less than an hour from doordash. We do not prefer blue cheese on our pizza but it was fairly easy to remove. I have been ordering from paisanos since moving to Germantown nearly 6 years ago and they have consistently provided excellent food and delivery service. While the prices have increased recently (along with everyone else in the US to be fair) I still think everything is reasonably priced for the quality of food I've had. It's clear they use fresh ingredients which is always a good thing but especially when it comes to the delicious salads. It's so hard finding a delivery place with a salad on the menu that's not either prepackaged processed junk or made up of wilted lettuce and a single slimy cucumber. Aside from the salads I also love the chicken tenders and cheesesteaks. The tenders are clearly also fresh made and not frozen, and they are huge! My only minor complaint/suggestion is the subs should come with a larger amount of mushrooms since there is an upcharge to add them. read more

We stopped by as a large group of 25 after a lacrosse tournament - we aren't local and just wanted some good food after a long day. We searched for something close with decent reviews and ended up at Paisanos after I called and they said they could accommodate us. The service was great and the food was ready fairly quickly. It was helpful that we could order at the counter individually. A few of our orders were incorrect, but they rectified the situation pretty quickly. We've ordered from Paisano's a few times now. I will say that the customer service has been great! If an order is wrong, they'll immediately fix it. My hesitation in a higher rating is just that the pizza itself lacks flavor. It's fine with their garlic sauce or with ranch dressing, but on its own it's just missing something. Came here in between daughters game based on Yelp reviews. Nice little spot, clean. Met the manager who was very friendly and apologized for charging for mushrooms when we didn't get the normal meats in the stromboli,.and refunded for the confusion which was very nice of twjm to do. I can tell they really care about customer service when something is brought to their attention. Veggie stromboli was good, crust was excellent. Out of the blue, and thanks to Yelp recommendations, found this italian delight tucked away in shopping center off RT 118 in Germantown, MD. in the Kingsview Village? area. Well what a find it turned out to be. Checking out the plentiful menu on walking in the door, the helpful staff put order in and back it came in rapid fashion. Lots of Italian favorites to choose from as well as the traditional wings and appetizers needed for personal indulgance or party or more. Asked the order taker if the food was good and they of course said yes it is. Well the taste test confirmed this and then some. The x-large "pauli" pizza was thin crust cheezy, meaty, gooey, garlicy taste sensation and plenty filling. As were the wings, in mild bone in variety. Chewy and seasoned to perfection with just the right amount of char, they could have been meal on their own but with pizza and beverage of choice, made for a feast. Pro-Tip, the resturant is open ~ 10pm on weeknights allowing for the mid-week crowd to enjoy relatively late night goodness without having to settle for one of the chain pizza joints in the area. Update: So I emailed the manager as requested by him on the previous review. I emailed twice with no response to either email. I was hoping that even if he hasn't responded, he would address the quality issue. So yesterday I gave it another try. Why????? I ordered 3 pizzas, all of which tasted like cardboard! I tried to call yesterday but there was no answer, maybe because Sundays are busy. But either way the quality has gone down and it's very disappointing. Sometimes the size is even wrong. Especially when paying over $50 for low quality pizza. They were once my favorite shop so this really saddens me. I didn't give one star because I try my best not to do that unless it's super piss poor. Hopefully something changes and fast. Update: 8/14/20 Omar is amazing! Super yummy and great quantity of food for the price. It was so easy to put in my order on the phone. I ordered no cheese on the club sandwich and it came out exactly like I wanted. This was my first time ordering here because my Mothers of Preschoolers group was doing a fundraiser. I'm soo happy with my purchase! The wings are delicious. My two kids loved the lasagna, and the club sandwich and fries were gone within half an hour. My husband ordered a meatball sub which was also consumed very quickly. When we switched over from Dominos we were happy and exited. Well that happy train has ended. First, we have done curbside pick-up the last two times. Nobody ever comes out, even when you click the app saying you are there. This last time my wife just sat out front watching people go in and out. Staff was cleaning and standing behind the counter, but nobody is capable of seeing a car outside and checking so we have to get out and walk in. That isn't a big deal. The big deal to me is the lack of toppings when they have a special. I went into the app and saw they were running another large pizza with one topping for $8 each. We did this last time and noticed how skimpy they are on that free topping. Honestly, make it a cheese pizza for the special and charge me for a topping so I actually get one. Just ordered from here and the meatball appetizer had leaked all over the rest of the order, my cheesesteak that I order with extra extra meat and extra toasted was NOT toasted or came with "extra" meat and they completely forgot the French fries. (AGAIN). My wife's salad looked old and you could tell because the feta cheese was "sweaty" looking. I have ordered from this place maybe 20 times and I have had an issue with the order at least 50 percent of tbt time. Plus the driver/ delivery guy just literally left my good on my doorstep and left before I could even get to the door. If you want to order from this place go ahead, they have good food, they might even deliver what you actualy order 15% of the time. And when you dont get what you actualy ordered the other 85% of the time and call back to let them know their mistake the staff gets an attitude with you and tells you that you are wrong even when you have a reciept that prove you right. This was their strike 10 I realy dont know why I continue to give this place second chance after second chance, I'm done with them. UPDATE #1: I originally I gave this review a 1 star. My boyfriend's family has a Paisano's calendar hanging on their refrigerator, and October showcases a picture of the Paisano's chicken parmesan sub. So, almost every day for a week, I've walked by that picture, yearning to try that sub. I was a Paisano's virgin, so I had no idea if the sub would be good - all I knew was it sure did LOOK good. Today, I'd had enough. I needed to try that sub. We ordered online, which is an option I always appreciate. I was surprised by how large the menu is. There are salads, a kids' menu, pizzas, calzones, gyros (I hear they're amazing), pastas, hot and cold subs, desserts (cannolis, tiramisu, brownies!), so much to choose from. But we knew what we wanted! We got two orders of the chicken parmesan sub. It's normally priced at $7.99. Adding fries is $1.00 extra. They have a coupon right now for a sub combo with fries and a 20oz soda for $8.99, but we're not big soda drinkers. Great deal though! They deliver, but we opted for pickup. The order was ready in 20 minutes, which is great time. The location is kind of tucked away but not by a lot. Plenty of parking. The inside of the restaurant is small and seating is limited and close together, but everything looked clean and there are 3 TV's! Nice ones, too. Flatscreens. And one of those high-tech soda machines like the ones at Rio. Fancy. Customer service leaves a little to be desired as the cashier I paid was not very friendly and didn't smile, but the food really made up for it. When we got home and ate, we were blown away. The platter was not only packaged well and presented beautifully (like an open-faced sub almost) but it tasted so incredible. They were VERY generous with the melted parmesan, the marinara sauce was perfect, and the chicken was cooked well and very flavorful. Even the bread was fresh, soft, and delicious. So good. For the price and the amount of food you get, this sub platter is a steal. We couldn't finish it. Half is enough and we saved our other halves for later. I can't wait to try more of the menu here. I love Paisano's so much!! It is my go to for pizza. The sauce is everything. Toppings are delicious and well seasoned. I usually get the thin crust. The garlic sauce that comes with it really compliments the pizza. One time a couple months ago one of our orders was incorrect and they immediately sent us the correct pizza free of charge so we had pizza for days!
