Broccoli Beef , Mushroom Chicken, Chow Mein
    Mimi R.

The beef and broccoli was delicious, really fresh and flavorful. I was not a fan of the mushroom chicken, the flavor of the sauce was not it for me. The chowmein was good, nothing special but not bad either. The chicken egg roll wasn't great. I also got a side of plantains and the beef noodles but haven't tried it yet. Plenty of parking in the shopping center. Plenty of tables inside for indoor dining. Service was ok.

Little Beijing is now my favorite local Chinese fast food place in Mid City. The ambiance gives an OG vibe with their steamed trays at the hot bar and their classic tables and wooden chairs. It's a decent local alternative to Panda Express and they give more portions on their entrees and side dishes. Today, I opted for their combo B, which includes upto two sides and two entrees. Specifically, I ordered half chow mein, half white rice with mushroom chicken and peppered pork pieces. The servers are very attentive and quick. My plate was only less than $15 with generous portions of both my chosen entrees and sides. They do accept cards at the cashier. The chow mein's flavor is quite similar to Filipino Pancit Canton due to the noodles' texture and abundance of vegetables. The peppered pork was a bit bony but the sweet soy-pepper sauce gave it some justice. The mushroom chicken was phenomenal because it was savory, less salty, and had more chicken, mushrooms and zucchini compared to other places. Little Beijing is now added to my favorite local lunch spots, in case if I'm craving some quick and easy Chinese fast food.

I should post a review every time I come over to Little Beijing, to enjoy a delightful taste of Chinese food. Furthermore; unforgettable experience for your tummy and Soul. If you haven't try Little Beijing yet... It is time to consider and get a taste of one of the best Chinese gems hidden in LA..!

I ordered wor won ton soup and it was delicious. I ordered the mushroom chicken a la carte and it had two or three pieces of chicken. It was just mushroom and zucchini for 13.99 small box. Extremely disappointed !

Yummy beef & potatoes, pork riblets, chow mein// string beans, eggplant tofu, rice noodles and fried rice. Massive & delicious.

Just gotta give it to them. It's not easy competing with Panda nearby, but they do a damn good job of offering their own unique items made with quality and care. Definitely one of the best Express style Chinese joints I've been to and we're grateful they're in the neighborhood. Do I think they should charge $2 extra for the Chinese broccoli? No, but I'm glad they have it and it is pretty good (& actually flavorful for being "healthy"). The portion to value is pretty incredible. If you go earlier in the day, they always have piping hot goodies fresh out the kitchen. I can't stress the variety enough. Pork ribs, many chicken dishes, beef and potato (?!), shrimp and cabbage, plantains and egg foo young JUST to name a few. It's insane, and they're all pretty delicious from what we've tried. They even offer thinner rice noodles in addition to the common chow mein. What I really appreciate is that they add a lot of veggies to everything. Like their tofu eggplant, which is sadly not offered at most Panda's anymore, have zucchini and mushrooms, also. Yum! Their rice noodles also have slivers of cabbage & carrot. Let's not forget about their phenomenal and consistently friendly service. Every time we've gone the ladies are super sweet/ super patient and really pile on the bomb food. They never hurry you and you always feel valued. Make sure to tip them!

Price for a Combo A, no drink included.

There is a large variety being offered, but unfortunately their advertised price doesn't add up to what you're being charged. PAY ATTENTION to what's on your receipt. Also, there isn't a break down of how much you're being charged per item and what you're being taxed. I personally don't appreciate a business that isn't transparent with their prices. $14.61 for a COMBO A(one side of protein and 2 sides rice/noodle) NO DRINK INCLUDED The combo A that they have advertised is $11 and some Change. COMBO B IS $12 and some change. Hmmm something isn't right here. Of course it's your decision where you spend your money and where you eat. This is my point of view as a customer. What can be improved is a breakdown of what the customer is being charged and up to date pricing.

I always stop by here to pickup lunch after I run errands at the Midtown Crossing plaza. Discovered this takeout restaurant through Yelp and it didn't disappoint. Love their variety of dishes. This is the first Chinese fast food restaurant that I've seen that offers egg foo young as a side. Wish it came with gravy but they'll give you sauce from the egg plant and tofu, if you ask which is better than no sauce! Highly recommend the spare ribs, egg plant and tofu, and their mai fun (rice noodles). The veggie and chicken egg rolls are great here as well. Portions are generous. Definitely worth a try if you're in the mood for Chinese fast food.

We had two orders of slippery shrimp, kung pao chicken, eggplants with hot and spicy garlic sauce, juicy steamed dumplings, and pork fried rice. Overall, both restaurants in Chinatown and Pasadena provide great food quality. The ambience was cozy with dim lighting. Our round table had a wooden rotating tray. They have pictures of celebrities and politicians who've visited their restaurant. Service was relatively quick, but there was a 20-minute wait for the dumplings. Valet parking can get difficult when the lot gets full. A few cars entering the narrow driveway had to reverse out of the way to let others leave. The kung pao chicken was very tasty with a good amount of spice. I noticed that the slippery shrimp didn't taste as spicy as the portion from Pasadena. Reviews say that the spice is adjustable. Regardless. it tasted great as it came right off the pan. The pork fried rice was delicious with a savory flavor that didn't seem overpowering. I thought the juicy steamed dumplings were the weakest dish out of our whole order. There wasn't enough flavor and heat from the broth. I didn't try much of the eggplants, but they tasted adequate for me.

Cotat is one of the most iconic Sancerre producers, and because his wines are built to age, finding a 2007 vintage on the menu here was a massive treat. While we didn't dive into the proper cocktail menu, my partner ordered the non-alcoholic Hojicha Orange Milk Punch, which was phenomenal, and judging by how beautiful the drinks at neighboring tables looked, I'd assume their cocktail program is strong.
