Mike was our handyman when he lived in California and did many jobs for us…read more He did everything from installing an instant hot water dispenser to repiping a rental property and everything in between. He was meticulous with his work as I am extremely picky about details and I was always satisfied with the final project. His prices were always on point or below other bids. We always got what we paid for as he was extremely fair with his pricing. I wish he was still in California as we have not been able to find a fair and reasonable quality handyman since he left.

He installed 3 ceiling fans, 2 pendant lights and an additional outlet for our home. All the work completed was very clean and in excellent condition. Thank you again for all of the outstanding service. Update* - we had our chandelier installed, it was a 12 foot ceiling and Aurelio has no problem getting this done. He even changed out the electrical / chain on the new one so that it fit correctly, great work again! Thank you Ruiz Electric!

After on a short wait, Ramon came on-site and sized up the situation and began draining the heater. While waiting for the draining to complete, Ramon left and returned with a new unit and removed the old one. The new install took went quickly. He replaced the factory plastic drain fitting with a new metal pipe and valve to ensure easier maintenance. Afterwards, he tested all fittings and adjusted the chimney/exhaust inside and on the roof. Ramon cleared all the packaging materials as well. Overall, Ramon was very respectful over the phone and in person. On site, he spoke plainly regarding what he was seeing and what he was going to do about it. He worked quickly and methodically. In the end, the total was far less than I was expecting. Would recommend Ramon and will call again if the need arises!

I had called my go-to electricians who are apparently too busy right now to answer the phone. I called another friend-recommended electrician who set an appointment and then didn't show. I found Bryant on Yelp and I got an immediate response and then my appointment even got moved up a few days due to a cancellation. What I was nervous about were the few negative reviews and even some of the positives that mention outrageous pricing. Maybe it just depends on the issue but my electrician, Bryan, fixed the issue very quickly, very professionally and at an unbeatable price. He also did a free electrical kind of inspection, checking all of my outlets and switches. It was super easy to set up the appointment, I got emails and texts along the way so planning for the appointment was no problem and my issue was resolved without breaking the bank. For me, it was an ideal transaction. Thank you!

I had a tankless water heater recently installed, and we wanted to make sure everything was done…read moreright, so we asked to get permits pulled. I had to hire my own electrician for the job, so I hired Bryant Electric to run power from the box to the water heater, about 4 feet away. That cost $800. When the inspector came, they told me the electrician needed to pull permits for connecting to the box and that the city charges around $40, so shouldn't be too bad. So I went back to Bryant to pull permits and they wanted $800 to do it. I laughed and hung up. I called other electricians and one told me they charge $100 to pull permits but they wouldn't complete the job for another electrician.

Many people seem to love calling businesses, but I hate it, so I am always thrilled when someone will communicate via email. Dan came out to do the quote, and explained throughly what would be done. The price was the lowest of the quotes I'd received. I gave Dan a few dates that would work for me, and he was able to make the first available date work. Mike came out to do the actual work, and it went very smoothly. He explained everything he was going to do, and offered several helpful suggestions throughout the process. He was very professional, and I would love to have him back for any future work. Overall, Molitor seems like a great company with the right price and good communication skills.
