Very prompt response to the emergency repairs needed due to the storms on 7/27/2026.... Very friendly staff, the dispatch was able to secure a second electrician after the initial appointment was missed due to the previous appointments work taking longer than expected. The only thing that prevented a 5 star was the inflated cost due to this call being an "emergency", which I understand. The four over the five is due to the electrician finding an underlying issue with my breaker box that could NOT be serviced until a week later, but Lisle gave me a price that was still on the high side due to them still pricing work being done next week as an "emergency". If the work for the breaker box was done at 9pm tonight, like the work being done on the riser, I could understand. Work having to be done next week should not be priced as an "emergency". The electrician Maximo was VERY honest and upfront about the work he was doing and the costs associated with the actual work versus the costs involved in the "emergency" call. I would without a doubt work with Maximo on other electrical work that i would need in the future. Very professional and very kind and genuine. Thank you Maximo! read more
