Our house was wired in another era, inadequate and damaged... We had an appointment set for Saturday toward replacing the breaker box & adding a whole-house surge protector. Jose explained the issues to call him immediately for (with main off, of course) and, set up to get started. Sure enough, Wednesday, just after closing time (on a hot day), we found ourselves unable to use more electricity than a few of our lights. Called using a different number (so, not the recognized contact), and he responded fairly promptly, was having a long, rough day, so, was still in. We discussed briefly and he gave the best time-frame possible, came out ASAP, then figured out a solution and rushed to get the parts before the supply store closed. The team of two quickly, efficiently, professionally and politely (despite the messes, both wiring and household, lol) did a custom job to make the outdated box safer than it was before the damage, so we can do other repairs then save up and get the whole thing done safely soon. His estimates were also remarkably close to my own, what I deem fair for both parties (good for the customer, too, so, probably lower than most nowadays). I hired JMR Electric to upgrade our electric from 110 service to 220 service and to put in a new 220 line for my hot tub. I was very pleased with the work they did.
