I have had several different repairmen work on the 45KW generator multiple times over the past seven years, and Pierro is -- by far -- the BEST. Paul is extremely polite and pleasant. I feel comfortable with him, even if my husband is at work. Paul clearly explains what he is doing and why. He leaves the failed part for my husband to see. And, most importantly, the generator worked for 13 months (a record!!!) after he finished working on it.
