After doing my research and calling 3 different companies for quotes, we decided to hire Best Comfort again. The top factor being professionalism and eagerness to do the work that required much effort. One company looked at the problem and honestly said, sorry we don't have the manpower or time to do the work and they still charged me $85 to just come to the house. Best comfort does not shy away from the level of work required. Just today, we had a silly question to ask about the furnace they installed. It is a sky bell (like a Ring) that is attached to an indoor chime (as well as my app). Discovering a dead transformer, it was replaced tbut that did not resolve the issue. The tech called his boss and the two of them concluded that it was most likely the doorbell itself-malfunctioning. I didn't agree and the patience that the owner had with explaining clearly everything is commendable. I was allowed to be heard and explained that the electricity going to the bell was still out. I think many companies would have not listened to me and would have walked away from the job (I recently had that happen with a dryer repair).
