She is an inside dog - Upon entering you could immediately feel there was not only no AC but was also very humid. The only ventilation was small construction fans on the floor. When picking her up her body was hot to the touch and the location was very hot as it was earlier - My dog needed her hair to be cut short. I was very disappointed this time when I took my 2 small dogs in this past week. One was just nails and the other was a groom and tail dye. I paid $60 when normally in the past I've paid $40 or less for the same thing. Also my dogs feet got dyed when i didnt ask for anything but her tail to be dyed. Now its 3 days later and she doesn't even look like she was dyed. I'm very disappointed and probably will not be taking them back for anything except maybe nails. read more

Took my dog to Lisa's Pet Styles yesterday and I am NOT happy. Not only did I have an appointment at 10am, they told us the ABSOLUTE latest would be 3 to pick him up. Well they apparently over booked, he was done at 4:10 (over 6 hours later), didn't get either bow or bandana, and the whites of both of his eyes were completely BLOOD red. I'll pay extra to go elsewhere. :( read more

I took both of the dogs in today. I loved their hair cuts and wash but the overall atmosphere of the place was dark, dingy, and dirty. When I walked in there was poop on the floor that was not recent. The little patch of grass out front had so many turds in it I had to hop over it. When I went to pick them up there was also urine inside that hadn't been cleaned up. The staff was friendly and helpful. One thing I must say is they need to change their gate separating the reception area from the waiting area as my dog got stuck in it trying to escape. read more

Callled this past friday. They answered promptly and scheduled me for next day at 11am. My mother dropped my dog off. She told me girl told her he would be ready at 2pm. I live in modesto and bring my dogs here someone referred them to me and I am so happy with this place. I have had some really bad experiences with groominh places and I was super hesitant to try somewhere else. My pups were even out of a cage and playing when I came to pick them up. The girls do a great job and I can tell that they care about the animals. My pups even had on little bandanas. Very very happy with lisas on East ave. Thank you girls. read more

Had a bad experience here. My dog didn't get the attention he deserved. They were not receptive to what my request were. I told them not to use the clippers and they went ahead and used the clippers anyway. Will never return here again. read more

I have heard really good things about this groomer but my personal experience was horrible. I called ahead and asked if they were ok with seeing walk ins, I was told it wouldn't be a problem and they could work me in. I knew from the start I'd have to wait a while since there would be appointments ahead of me and I was totally ok with that. When I walked in I was greeted by a younger looking girl she asked if I had an appointment and I told her no that I called before and was told I could come as a walk in. She didn't even answer me, instead she turned to an older woman and told her "do you wanna handle that..." the older woman let me know that she had 5 dogs ahead of me and that it would be a while. I told her ok and asked about how long it might be. She repeated that she had five dogs ahead of me. I told her I understand that and if she could give me at least an approximate time so I at least had an idea. She repeated again that she had 5 dogs ahead of me and that and she wouldn't know how long it would took. She was extremely rude with her tone of voice and rolled her eyes at me several times. I know they are a busy place but I think both of the ladies at the front desk could've been a lot nicer. Because of their attitudes I took my dog somewhere else. I would not recommend this place simply because I was spoken to like my business wasn't wanted. read more

Although I love Lisa pet styles I recommend going to the one on E.Olive and to set your appointment ahead of time they do a fantastic job on my longhaired German Shepherd! This shop I did not like! When I first walked in they all seemed like they were in a bad mood . ( I set an appointment ahead of time and told her how I wanted both my dogs to be washed ) and flea treatment and she told me that "I can actually buy the stuff at Walmart or at a pet store and you can do it yourself" This is why I take them to the groomers so I don't have to do it myself. I just told her I don't care how much it would cost I want the full works on my dogs plus flea treatment . and she seemed a little upset because "then she has to go to the other shop to get that stuff" And I had to call in a repeat myself to make sure she new how and what I wanted done on my GSD and she kept forgetting!? I am very disappointed and will NEVER take to this shop again! I personally like the Lisa pet styles on e.olive only the people in that shop are very nice super friendly and get the job done right ! Next time I will make sure to call the right shop to set an appointment to the East Olive Lisa pet styles only. read more

Took our dog here for the first time on short notice the lady that we left him with seemed to be the only one working at the time and seemed very overwhelmed and busy which was hard to have any time to tell her exactly what we wanted she just took our dog and told us she would call us we had to ask for the price because she didn't give us any info.... 6Hours later we pick him up and she seemed very annoyed at the fact that she was there this lady didn't even have change to give us back. We came home to find our dog had been cut on the ear and she shaved so close on his private parts that it was really red and had irritation we will never take him here again people that work in places like that need to understand that leaving a dog in their hands is like leaving a child we expect all the patience and customer service they can give and have. read more

This place was HORRIBLE! Not only did we make an appointment for 9:30 and they didn't cut her hair until 1pm! They cut my poor dogs butt and made it bleed, they didn't offer her water for the 4 hours she was there! The also CUT OFF HER NIPPLE! When it was addressed to the lady working she just said "well there's nothing I can do about it" and acted like it was nothing! I'm not going to pay you to injure my dog! Needless to say I am NEVER going back there and will advise my friends to not go either. read more

I would give them no stars, but that option is not available....Sorry to say I had the worst experience EVER with them! I took my baby to get groomed yesterday and they let me walk out with the wrong dog! I made an appointment for an express groom, they called me to tell me she was ready so I went to pick her up. When I got there, I told her that it didn't look like her and she told me oh it's because she had a lot of hair. I don't know if it was my first impression of what a bad haircut that poor dog got and the scared look on her face that caused me not to focus more on her face, but I did walk out with this poor little dog. When I was about to get into my car, I stopped and looked at her more and then realized for sure it was not my dog! I walked back and told her it wasn't my baby, she then ran back got my dog and asked if that was her? So my poor baby had been locked in a cage for 2 hours and had yet to get groomed!! She started working on her, rushed to get her done while my poor baby was stressing out. I waited for her there to be done as I did not want to risk my baby being given to someone else. While I was waiting there, I noticed that the other girl there was working on another little dog, had him on the working table with the leash around his neck and would step away leaving him alone. This happened multiple times! I thought that was dangerous....This same girl also made a comment that the incident that happened with my dog was funny.
