very bad costumer service and very disrespectful person after ringing me up I had a question on pricing and asked for the manager and was lied to by a tattooed gentleman who then used foul language and told me fuck you and fuck off and he did not care about my problem. She asked if I wanted to return it to replace it. I said I'd prefer not since there is probably hair in all of it. She said "I doubt it's in all the chicken." Prices are easily best in dfw for families and people wanting lunch. Really good okra, shrimp, fish, and chicken, just make sure you ask for your sides fresh. This review based on customer service and policy which was bad today. They didn't get my order right then she told me I didn't tell her correctly. Drive-thru order I wanted double mashed potatoes separately. I get to window and check and it's scooped in the styrofoam to-go box with the chicken. I tell them I wanted it separate. They told me it's extra? What? It's to go. I want it in a separate container that's it. They charged me an extra $ for taking it out and putting in a styrofoam cup with a lid. I went through the drive through, handed the young female at the window a $20.00 bill. She passed my change to me ($13.54) with the coins on top of the paper bills instead of giving me the change in my hand. Some of the coins fell to the ground. I told her that wasn't a proper way to pass coins (and I also had to ask for a receipt). She told me that this was the way she ALWAYS gave change and I told her that "ALWAYS" didn't work this time. I asked her if she wanted to come pick up the coins from the asphalt and her comment was "I'm NOT the one that dropped it!" I don't believe that she was trained to give change this way and I doubt that her boss would think this was good customer service. Fish is crispy. Chicken is usually HOT. Lots, LOTS of fries and Okra. I have been to four locations. Good Eats each one. When you go DO NOT expect fancy. They use their locations as storage. Worst Saturday night dinner ever . Nov. 9th, 2019 Decided on a couple of catfish dinners from Lisa's Fish and Chicken on old highway 80 in Fort Worth . Not far from home, and can't understand the people that run the one in my area . Ordered 2 catfish dinners with French fries and gravy on one, and green beans and corn on the other at around five pm . Pulled to the window to pay and receive order, paid over twelve dollars for the meals, didn't get any receipt, or food,and was told to pull up to spot one. Pulled up and waited for over thirty minutes for meal. Girl finally comes out and ask me if I ordered fish. I said I had, and she gave me a large bag. As my wife has to eat within thirty minutes of taking medicine, I didn't check what was in the bag. When I got home and did check, there were two large pieces of fish some hard clod slaw, and an ear of corn, plus a soggy biscuit. Worst meal I've ever eaten from any drive thru café. My wife and I went to Lisa's on Camp Bowie /HWY 80 on last Friday. When the place first opened the food was always perfect. But as time passed the quality of the food deteriorated. On Friday DEC 1st we ordered cat fish and fries -I got corn on the cob --my wife got corn nuggets. During our meal my wife expressed a concern about the corn nuggets tasting "funny" NOT sweet like they normally taste. This was ~ 2100 or 9 pm. By 0300 or so she was up the rest of the night with nausea- vomiting --diarrhea x10+ and fever to 100.4. This was food borne illness.She has been medically evaluated and the diagnosis confirmed. We will no longer be going to Lisa's Chicken and SEAfood. One episode of food poisoning is enough to get the message to eat somewhere else. Let the BUYER BEWARE!! read more
