Also, it seems to just be the couple working, who kept arguing, screaming, and cussing at one another. That same woman in the back was cooking with her hair in a loose bun, wearing flip flops.

Grilled Chicken, Veggie Burgers and a Lettuce Burger. I opted for the Lettuce Burger. It was supposed to include an oversized piece of Lettuce but, they just had Shredded Lettuce. My Lettuce Burger was hearty with a lot of Black Pepper. It came with diced Onions, and Pickles. I would recommend Burger Box. Their prices are good and so are their portions, Just watch out for the traffic.

I drove through the drive-through window tapped on the glass and a woman opened the glass, telling me they were closed. I kindly explained to her that we did not get all of our order. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and said I'm sorry we're out of chicken. We have no more left. I asked her may I please have my bread rolls down. Not saying a word she slams the window, goes in for about five minutes, comes back out and just tosses the rolls to me and slams the window. No apology no we're sorry. No come back later and get your chicken tomorrow. It was awful. This woman needs a lesson in customer service, so don't come here expecting good customer service, and check your order every time you leave. This is not the first time I've ordered from here and did not get my full order.

The behavior was not. Customers should not have to endure hostility to resolve a simple error.
