Some of the staff has even gotten to know me and suggested beers they just got or are expecting to get soon. Speaking of the staff going above and beyond, my dad had an awesome experience I have to share. He called asking if they carried a specific beer. They didn't, but they called him later to let him know they ordered it and just got it in!

Now that I want to move my liquor cabinet to my new home, Benny's Montgomery says no on a Monday when they said yes on Saturday when they allowed me to take 3 boxes. That was not quite enough, so I was in for 2 more. Which I stated clearly to the three staff chatting at the service desk. This may seem a small thing to many (and it probably is). It unfortunately,is a big deal to me at this very moment. Especially when there are over 10 boxes sitting empty by each cash register. I get that they want to make sure there are boxes for everybody that needs them. It is their inconsistent behavior, it is the lack of placing limits but allowing those in a particular need to fill that small need at a specific point in time without having to make a purchase. This policy needs to be reviewed and until it is, there are other options. Benny's just lost hundreds of my dollars per year because of this choice. Please look at the small, independent person when you are purchasing your liquor. Please, help them. I went to a local store and they gave me 2 boxes quite freely. Even though I had never shopped at their store. Please consider this when you are purchasing liquor and other commodities. Please, think small and think local! I sure will going forward for this particular commodity.
