The buns were so good, so light and fluffy and delicious we ate half the bag plain with just a little butter. Delicious! All of their meat products are made in-house. Sausages, cuts of beef and pork, meat sticks (best meat sticks I've ever had). Fresh, lean meat with a smooth texture. Deli sides are beyond reproach, fresh and decidedly delicious. Just wonderful. This place is so good, I suggested to my wife that we should keep it a secret, but no....the truth be told is the world must know. This place is really worth the drive.
