We were about to check out when my friend accidentally dropped one of the lemonade bottles (they have nothing to put your items in I.E. a basket) the cashier then shouted from behind the counter and raced over, we had apologized before he even came over and we exclaimed that we would pay for it. He remained belligerent and boasted that we have created more work for him. We reassured him that we'll pay for it and tried to defuse the situation by telling him once again that we were sorry. Our store is the Orland Park location, but at all outlets you cannot ship a gift to someone (an Illinois law) but you can buy it yourself and package it up for a UPS delivery.
