Service person, Doug, was very helpful and definitely appeared knowledgeable in what he was doing. He resolved our issue and was able to save us money. And a point of clarification, I ABSOLUTELY did not curse at your employee, how could I have, she HUNG up on me! And if you decide to call, please pull my notes from the last service where other leaking parts were replaced. I asked the technician to replace all the connection parts at that time which I believe he said he did. Am I to assume your parts go bad twice a year? So including my normal service fee I should expect to pay $500 bucks a year for the system to work as promised? That's a hefty amount IMO. read more

As I wrote previously in my 5-star ratings, I like the system. However, the service quality has diminished over the past year or two. After the annual routine service, a leak began & took very long to get scheduled/fixed, and now I have a follow-on problem to the leak that needs to be repaired. Getting in touch with the office has been an issue a couple times now, over the past few months, then getting scheduled for service takes longer than it ever did in the past... to the point that I've had to call Dennis because he's the only other contact I have with the company. Maybe the issues I've experienced lately have all been coincidence... but I've gone from being a customer who raves about the product *AND* their service quality, to a customer who thinks the product is good but has some problems, and also a customer who isn't happy with the service quality & is unhappy with the ability to get a response from their office. I hope it'll change soon, and I'll certainly update this along with the rating on the product & service quality! read more

I purchased my water softner unit in 2015 and it continues working great. It makes a huge difference, especially with the poor quality of water in the area. Kyle has come 2 years in a row to perform the maintenance. He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I love that they send out annual reminders to change my filters otherwise I will forget. They also test the water each year they come out so it gives me peace of mind. Totally recommend. read more

My wife called for a service call but didn't mention that out water softener was making a weird noise. John, the technician performed the service and looked into the problem with the water softener. Turns out we needed a new piston. John did the repair and showed me a few things about our unit that I didn't know. John was here for a regular service call but ended up doing a repair. He was here longer than it would have taken for a service call. John was courteous and polite. More service techs should be like John. Liquid Solutions is lucky to have him! read more

I recently had Liquid Solutions install a reverse osmosis and softening system in my home. I was a little uneasy with having them cut into my granite countertop. However; from the moment the installer walked through my front door with his protective booties until the end of the install I was impressed.
