I was waiting to go up go to my follow up before writing this review. I have been looking at getting a "liquid" facelift for awhile. Although I am only 29 years old, my face has lost most of its fat and has had a gaunt look. I have been a Marine Officer for 5 years and some of the work-related stress has taken a toll on my body... especially my face. When I deployed two years ago to Djibouti, I lost about 15 lbs. I was able to gradually gain the weight back, but the weight never came back to my face...despite exercise and natural supplements. (I'm 5'8", 130 lbs for reference. 15 lbs may not seem like a lot, but it was a lot for my smaller frame). After some heavy research, I started thinking about trying fillers to fill out my face. I did a lot of research, and I liked what I read about Dr. Roberts....she seemed like a true perfectionist that gave natural results. Plus, it was a bonus that she was an Ophthalmologist....being an expert around the vessels of the eye is really important and a real benefit. (To whoever called her an eye doctor: An Ophtalmologist is much different than an Optometrist....she is not an "eye doctor." She is an MD doctor with a specialty in the eye area.) I booked the appointment online. I liked the online appointment system and really appreciated the Saturday hours. With work, I am unable to take off work for "cosmetic" procedures during the week. I thought the office space was also nice. Since I have only been to the Mcclean office, I can only speak of that location....and the office is very clean and professional looking. She can get a little backed up with time so anticipate a little bit of a wait if the previous patient goes a little over the appointment time. When I came in, she gave me a very thorough assessment. She gave me honest feedback on what she thought I needed and even pointed out areas I wasn't thinking about (temple, under chin) that I didn't think about in regards to face fullness. I was quoted for $2000 which seems like a hefty price, but was actually a really great deal. She was running a temporary holiday special so I was able to get a syringe of Restylane for my under eyes, two syringes of Radiesse, and Botox for my forehead and crows feet. (Sorry I forgot how many units.) Her prices are very generous...I have done my homework and was expecting up to $1800 for two 1.5 mL syringes of Radiesse alone. She took her time with the procedure, and I didn't feel rushed at all. (Sorry to whoever was after me...I left a few minutes late.) In my own opinion, the pain was minimal. I did get a little bruising under the eyes, but it went away after a few days. I showed up for my follow-up today. She was running a few minutes behind, but I didn't really notice it since I was chatting up the receptionist (she's very nice). I was slightly concerned that one of my under-eyes was slighted less filled as the other so she used my leftover Restylane as a touch up. There is no fee for the follow up appointment and no fee to touch up since she used my leftover Restylane so I didn't have to pay anything for my followup. (I did ended up buying a Jane Iredale concealer pallet for $25 after I saw their makeup samples.) Please do your homework on fillers and Botox. I had done a month or two of reading before I went in so I was not "sticker-shocked" on the price. Fillers and Botox are not going to give you an overnight miracle that drastically alters your face. It takes large quantities of fillers to sculpt and make changes so don't expect to get a major change at a bargain price. I used sites like RealSelf to get an idea on what I was looking for and what prices to expect. Most people on RealSelf weren't happy with their fillers because they didn't get enough filler (using a bargain coupon or to trying be cheap). I feel that Dr. Roberts gave me an honest assessment because she wants to provide a service that I will be satisfied with in the long term. Do your homework on what you are looking for, and you will be extremely happy with Dr.Roberts. Overall, I am very pleased with my appointments, and I will continue to visit Dr. Roberts for my fillers and Botox. I received a subtle, naturally looking result that I loved. My husband loved the results too and said that I "looked like me" (as in my old self). I wasn't originally considering Botox, but I will now be a repeat customer! Even at 29, I am amazed how much Botox helped. I was expecting the results with the fillers, but the Botox was the true surprise. This was the worst customer service that I have experienced. Dr. Roberts was on the phone with Nordstrom Customer Service and was on her laptop so her back was positioned towards me at the smallest receptionist desk I've ever seen. No one working nor no customers were present in the facility. I waited 10 min. for Dr. Roberts to acknowledge that I was standing at the receptionist desk to be helped. Being ignored as a first time customer is not good. I was finally seen and I had bought a Living Social coupon for 20 units of Botox. I saw a syringe laid that she was going to use and when I looked at it, it had only 5 CC units of Botox. Dr. Roberts without saying anything started injecting the syringe into my crow's feet area around my eyes. It was extremely painful and I have been getting Botox for 15 years now. She completed the most excruciating injections in less than 1 minute. After she finished, my face swelled up and was red. I had to go back to work like I normally do and everyone back at work who didn't know that I was getting Botox done asked me what happened to my face. I recommend Dr. Roberts for Botox. This is the place to go if you are looking for great value and great results. I have been to a few other doctors/clinics for Botox that I found on deal sites (groupon, living social, etc.) and I much prefer paying a little more for Dr. Roberts. She is knowledgeable and spends plenty of time with you during the appointment. She never makes you feel rushed. She will tell you your skin needs work and that you need fillers, but that's her job. She wants her patients to get these treatments and be happy with the results. I am surprised by how little pain there was with the injections, compared to past experiences. She is very skilled and gentle. She also lets you decide how much or how little you want injected. Her prices are very reasonable but don't expect any of the frills that may come along with higher priced clinics. I would prefer to pay a little less and sacrifice the convenience of an on time appointment and the luxury of AC. I am a working mom and I have usually NO time to write reviews. Unfortunately, this is the second review I ever write because I feel that what is showing on Yelp is not depicting the full reality of this place. First, of all, I've never met Dr Roberts. I went to Liquid Facelift Center to have an i Lipo treatment done (using a Groupon deal). What is written here that all treatments are done by her is not true. She wasn't even present to do a first assessment on me. Was i a good candidate? was there any risk on my health? Yes, they ask you to fill out a form, but the technician didnt even bother going through the answers I had provided. The treatment is nonsense. Not sure what it does exactly, but it makes you lose one or two inches for about 24hrs to 48hrs, and you regain them too soon. Yes, I did exercise after the treatment and I made sure to burn 400 calories and drink plenty of fluids (which I usually do), but it never worked. If you have some special occasion and you really really (at any cost) need to look slim, then this might be the answer for you. Whether I would go again to Liquid facelift center? Of course not. I would like to inform you about the following. I bought a groupon for Dr Anouche M. Roberts MD, at the Liquid facelift Center in McLean. It is not possible to send her a review and I wonder if she is a real MD. This has been the worst experiences I have had with a Botox treatment. It was my 3rd one. I had bought a groupon for Liquid Facelift in McLean. There are a few other locations in VA. When I arrived I was asked to fill out a form and brought into an office that had no signs of a spa. No brochures or medical certificates on the wall. Dr. Anouche was not wearing a uniform and had a small traveling back with her. No assistances were around. It all looked very unprofessional. No explenation about the procedure was given. All I got to see were some before and after pictures on her IPod. One of them was of Demi Moore. But she, Demi had had fillers which, I was told were much more effective than Botox. I felt very much pushed into an unwanted treatment. After letting her know I was only interested in my groupon treatment I was asked where I thought I needed it most. I let her know she should tell me since she was the expert. After deciding which areas would be treated she prepared 3 needles. One was deluded for the upper lip. Afer the treatment I was told she had given me 30 units instead of 20. She had mentioned the number 30 before but it had not registered with me and we had never come to an agreement, neither was a price ever mentioned. When I left I had the feeling I had been cheated terribly. I could not feel anything different and even after a few days no changes can be noticed. I really wonder if any Botox was even injected. Dr. Robert was not very pleasant and please reconsider using her. She was not very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked her general questions about the peel. She advertised for $149 for two Obagi Blue Peels (a higher grade peel) but actually the peel is for the Obagi Radiance peel which is a lower grade. The advertisement is fraud. I am so grateful that I found Dr. Roberts. I came to her first for botox, and after being very pleased with her service opted to also get filler under my eyes. This was a treatment I had been curious about, but had been too uncertain and nervous to go through with. Dr. Roberts care and attention was what made me feel comfortable taking the leap. I'm so happy that I did! Every once and a while I come across a picture from before the treatment and I am stunned by the difference. Her results as so natural looking. You don't look like you changed your face, you just look like a fresher and more rested version of yourself. Your best self. Dr. Roberts takes her time with her patients, discussing options, sharing photos of results she has accomplished, and making sure that she tailors your treatment to your desired outcome. I have been to other providers for botox who made me feel like I was on an assembly line - just walked into the room, stuck a needle in my face in a couple of places, and called it done. I have started to write a review for Dr. Roberts probably 5 different times - after my first appointment, I stopped because I thought, "Why would I want anyone to know I had anything done?" and then after my subsequent appointments, I pretty much thought every thing I was writing would sound too "gushy". There really isn't a way to say "This woman changed my life!!" without sounding fake - but she did. This will probably be a very long review, but I hope anyone thinking of visiting Dr. Roberts will take the time to read it. I have been seeing a dermatologist for 3 1/2 years for botox for headaches from jaw clenching (my son and husband were Marines, and the stress of multiple deployments really took it's toll on my health and appearance), and I had asked many times about what I could do about the ever increasing bags under my eyes, but my doc was not experienced with fillers in that area and didn't feel comfortable doing it. I researched online and got to a point where I thought surgery would be my only option - and I actually booked an appointment through someone offering a Groupon for eyelid surgery (Wow! That sounds like an ever worse idea as I type it than it did when I booked it!) because the problem had gotten that bad and I was so self-conscious about it. Luckily - on the same day I was supposed to go to the appointment, I went to Dr. Roberts McLean office (this was the temporary office she was in before the new one opened) to pick up the Latisse I had purchased through Groupon. She was running a little late (to be honest, half the time she is - but to me it is well worth it, because I know that every time I see her I will get her full attention and I won't be rushed, just like the person before me) and I told her I needed to get to my other appointment. She pulled out her IPad and showed me pictures of non-surgical options for my eye bags - I asked her if she could fit me in that day, she said yes, and the rest is history! She also did a few small, very artfully placed botox injections that really opened up my eyes, and her prices were far better than what I had seen anywhere else. I had no bruising - and even went to Happy Hour that same day. The compliments from friends and family started coming immediately. I told my regular dermatologist I had gone to Dr. Roberts, and when I saw her next, even she said "Ohmygosh! That took 10 years off of you!" (She researched Dr. Roberts, and is now handing out Dr. Roberts cards to other patients who want procedures she doesn't have the experience to perform.) I went back to Dr. Roberts for the follow up appointment, and she thought that the botox was uneven (I hadn't noticed anything) and touched it up for free. She has NEVER tried to upsell me, or sell me anything for that matter. In fact, on my second appointment, I told her that she would do better business if she would suggest products to people - but she demurred about it, saying she didn't want to be pushy. I respected her then, and I respected even more on my last appointment when she told me, "Why are you here? You don't need anything done!" when I came in for a touch-up. I can honestly tell you that Dr. Roberts changed my life. I know that sounds overdramatic - but let me put it this way...this summer I took a beach trip to North Carolina with other Moms from my son's battalion. Before I left, I went to get my nails done and my manicurist said, "Your son is back from Afghanistan!" When I asked how she knew, she said, "You look so relaxed - I've never seen you not look tired before." I broke down and told her it wasn't him being back - it was Dr. Roberts and Restylane. Every time I go for an appointment, someone else in the salon asks me for a card - it looks that good! When I got to the beach house, we had some Marines (friends of our sons) come to help unpack our cars - after a couple of hours and a couple of beers, one Marine said, "So...how old are you exactly?" I said, "I just turned 42" and he said, "D*mn. You are better at aging than anyone I've ever met." I took that compliment and said "Awww thanks...I guess because I eat healthy and I do yoga," even though I know it was mostly Dr. Roberts! :) I look younger and I feel younger and I cannot thank her enough. I found the environment of this establishment to be very uncomfortable. The doctor works alone, and there wasn't even a receptionist to greet me. I waited for 20 minutes before being acknowledged during my first appointment. Moreover, she was running two hours behind schedule, but kept telling me it would only be "a few more minutes". If she had just been honest up front, I could have gone and done something in the meantime. Instead, I felt trapped in her awkward waiting room for two hours. For my second appointment, she cancelled on me as I was pulling into her parking lot, and then rescheduled at her convenience. It was ridiculous. Being new to the area, I tried many different medical spas through Groupons. I feel lucky to have found Dr. Roberts so quickly. The quality that sets her apart is the personal time she spends getting to know you and providing her professional opinion. FANTASTIC!!!! I have been thru several .doctors and botched botox in search of a reliable provider. Dr. Roberts has always made me feel very comfortable while receiving treatment. She respects my budget which is very tight. I only get a few procedures, but she never over sells or pushes however she is happy to recommend her opinion (that's why I'm at a professional). She played with her fancy laser and did a complimentary quick demo on my cheek area. She also awarded several discounts ( to me $75 bucks is a big deal) I always recommend her and her services. I hesitate to write this review, but I had such a disturbing experience with this Dr. that I have to tell people to beware. I bought a $350. groupon for 2 IPLs and 2 Obagi peels with this woman. When I went in I was made to wait for about 20 minutes while she was being treated by her elderly mother for her back pain with some machine that was meant to melt fat in one of her treatment rooms. I was finally greeted by her with a forced 'niceness' that suggested to me that she resented my business as a lowly groupon purchaser. She let me know that although I had 2 IPL treatments, she could only do my face and my neck, which is basically 1 and 1/2 treatments. I felt so uncomfortable that I just agreed and hoped she knew what she was doing. She looked at me as if I was some kind of low life and proceeded to tell me a myriad of things wrong with my face- my lips were all wrinkly, I had sunken eyes, and why wasn't I getting botox right next to my eyes (I've been advised by some of the most well known and respected doctors in No. Va. not to do this for my face), and that I needed fillers DIRECTLY under my eyes and between my eyebrows in 2 very dangerous locations for fillers of any kind. She obviously wanted to sell me anything she could, as she felt ripped off from the groupon price that SHE offered to get new patients. She burned the hell out of my neck with the IPL treatment to the point where she called me afterwards because after seeing how red my neck was and how much pain I was in she was concerned. With much hesitation, I just went back for the Obagi peel yesterday and it got worse. She was annoyed the minute she saw my face and no matter how friendly or upbeat I was she was an icy cold b---tch. Before she got her assistant to do the treatment, I asked her questions about the peel that she basically ignored and the assistant tried to answer for me. She was busy restocking her medicine cabinet in the same room that I was being treated instead of doing the treatment on me herself. I felt so uncomfortable that I wanted to scream. The assistant applied 2 passes of the peel on my face and a little on my neck- and I was told afterwards that that counted as 2 peels- which I had paid for, but it was NOT. I was led into another room so the assistant could remove the peel and the table I laid on felt like it was going to fall over. Dr. Roberts asked right when I arrived if I was going to have her do filler right under my eyes and I said I wasn't because I was afraid to put filler close to the orbital lobes around my eyes. She asked me who told me that, like I was some kind of an idiot. She asked me several times who had scared me like that and that she had done this treatment at least 500 times and she knew exactly what she was doing. It was scary. She put so much pressure on me to buy something that I ended up buying some Jane Airdale makeup from her and after she applied it she looked at my face with disgust and said- this face (my face) was really bothering her- it wasn't HER face (referring to the fact that it wasn't her treatments that she was seeing). If I were more naive or vulnerable, I would have been traumatized by this nightmare- as it is, I am just mortified and very troubled that someone like this is still in business. I was really shocked to come on here and see that Dr. Roberts had actually received two (let alone one) five star ratings! I had a completely different experience with her and not a good one at all! My best friend and I both purchased a Groupon deal for 40 units of Botox. She went a couple weeks ago and had a horrible experience with Dr. Roberts but at that point, my deal had already been bought and I figured maybe her experience was a one-off and I didn't feel like going through all the steps to try and get a refund and figured I'd give her a shot at redemption. First off, let me say that the issue is NOT with Dr. Roberts work but with her bedside manner. My friend had her botox three weeks ago and it looks fantastic and she seemed to have done a great job. I don't doubt she knows what she's doing but the way she talks to and handles patients is just atrocious. My friend warned me that she was taken 20 minutes late and that Dr. Roberts was short and curt with her and was annoyed that she had filled out the wrong patient forms, yet they were the forms she'd been sent to fill out when she received her appointment confirmation! I went into the McLean office today and when you walk in, there is nowhere to check in nor anybody to help you. There was a door closed and I could hear two people in there so I figured the doctor was with a patient. Finally the doctor takes me 20 minutes late (my appointment was at 1:00 pm and she finally took me at 1:20 pm) and doesn't apologize or say a thing about making me wait. It wasn't a huge deal but an "I'm sorry I was a little backed up" would've been nice but no biggie. She confirms I'm there for the 40 units of botox and then goes on to look closely at me and totally slaughter what I look like. Points out rosacea on my cheeks which was annoying but fine (again, it's all in the way she says things) and then she does my botox which was fine. Then she leans back to look at me like I was a grotesque bug and leans in to me and then looks at my age on the patient form next to her and says that I really need some laser of some kind (I can't remember what kind of laser it was called) and that she is five years older than me and doesn't have all the wrinkes under her eyes and around her mouth that I have. And she must have gone on about it for a full minute...telling me how at my age I should not have the wrinkles that I do. I was so taken aback that I was speechless. Listen, I know that these skin doctors are there to make money and if they can point out other flaws you have and try and get you to come back and get them fixed they will. I completely understand that 100%. But her bedside manner really is awful. You simply don't say something like that to a patient and expect them to want to come back. It's not what you say but how you say it! Try something like..."I noticed some wrinkling right under the eye there that we can address if you want to come back at some point and try a laser method we use. I can give you some information on that to take with you." But to basically tell me that I look a lot older than her (which I know I do not) is not going to get me back there. No thanks Dr. Roberts...I will bring my business to another doctor with a pleasant and friendly bedside manner. But if you'd like some help getting in shape, i'd be more than happy to help you with that! read more

I agree with the negative review for Dr. Anouche Roberts. There was program on TV about all of these Doctors and Spas that have conducted business in the same manner and irresponsibility as this office. You should not let anybody other than a Dermatologist or Cosmetic surgeon work on your face. Even then make sure they are a member of medical associations with the standards to ensure clients are held with care. Their centers don't have the necessary medications or equipment, if something should go wrong. I didn't have a pleasant experience with her either. I felt like she just wanted to convince me to spend more money and use more services rather than eradicating my concerns and focusing on the real reason I was there. Spas and hair salons should not be doing medical procedures. Most Dr.'s offices use numbing cream to numb the injection area. She uses Novocaine and that can be dangerous. The market has become saturated with dangerous methods for achieving beauty and this office is one of those places, We are lucky to have a forum such as YELP to provide the justifications of our ratings. I couldn't be more disappointed in this office and I would not recomend this place to anyone! I attempted to contact this office prior to purchasing a groupon as I had a number of questions regarding the services. I was never able to reach a person.. I did receive a return call at 6 am.. However was sleeping and unable to answer. I did purchase the groupon and made my appointments for the Middleburg office as its close to my home. I was informed that even though there is the option to make appointments for these services at their office that I would in fact need to make appointments at the McLean office.. Which is almost two hours away from me. So I did that.. I arrived an hour early because that was what the email I received said to do if I wished to be numbed ( I'm a wenie) i waited.. I was taken back into the room where the dr was attempting to get her laser to turn on.. While she was doing this she informed me that I actually needed a different service and that really she doesn't recommend laser services during the summer and that I should have come in for a consultation prior to purchasing the groupon ( i did try to call) Ok I said what is the price difference ( over $300) I asked if it was possible to use the groupon that I had towards some of it.. I was also told that I needed dermal fillers and Botox ( basically told how terrible I look) the dr was never able to get her machine working and was so unpleasant that I decided rather than stay or make any further appointments I would simply get a refund on my groupon... Some suggestions to the dr. 1. Check your equipment daily.. My time is valuable and you wasted four hours of. My time and offered me absolutely nothing to compensate me. If you had checked your equipment this morning you could have canceled my appointment and rescheduled. 2. If you are traveling as you informed me as to why you called me at 6 am.. Email is good or better yet a voicemail message on your office machine saying when you are returning and when a time to call you back is. And 3... Don't insult and be rude to people.. It's offensive and the response is reviews like this saying to people spend your $$ elsewhere.. The second I said I wasn't going to spend more $$$ you got pretty nasty.. read more

Dr. Roberts is rude and condescending. She degrades customers that are not "skinny or beautiful". She's said numerous of times that only skinny women come into this office. I would recommend going to see another doctor that isn't so judgmental. read more

I got restylane injected under my eyes in the tear trough by Dr. Roberts. I paid a premium for her 'special method' of injecting with microcannula, meaning I paid twice as much for it as 1 vial of restylane costs elsewhere. This method was supposed to minimize bruising. I ended up with a baseball sized bruise under one eye and an enormous amount of swelling. I was told the swelling would subside, but there was a bluish-tinged bag under one eye that persisted for more than a year after the procedure. I had to go to two different places and have hyaluronidaise injected in the bag 3 times to finally get rid of the bag. Needless to say, I will never be going back to her to over-pay for a botched procedure. (and if Dr. Roberts replies saying no one with my name has visited her salon, that is because it is a pseudonym as I don't wish to share personal information about cosmetic procedures with the world) read more

I went to Liquid Facelift and Laser Center's McLean location to redeem my Groupon voucher for two iLipo treatments with my completed Client Medical Consultation/Consent Form and printed Groupon voucher in hand. After waiting nearly 25 minutes PAST my scheduled appointment time, the Doctor informs me that due to a condition I have she will NOT perform the treatment and I make the point why not put that as a disclaimer/clause on the Groupon? It would have saved time and she was quite rude about it only to say Groupon would refund my money. Completely true but time is money and the statement on item 11 of page 5 of the Patient Registration & Consent form which one would NOT see until after purchasing the Groupon states: Anyone with lymphoma or leukemia, epilepsy, photosensitivity disorder, pacemaker, may not receive the iLipo treatment. Not too hard to include that statement in the initial Groupon offer and save others aggravation. I have seen many Groupon offers with disclaimer/exception statements for those ineligible to receive services being offered. It should also be noted the average person would schedule an appointment then complete form(s). There is a general telephone number for ALL locations vs. an individual telephone number for each location which makes the desired center being contacted inaccessible to the customer (I tried googling the McLean location multiple ways including going to Superpages and Whitepages to no avail). There is only an automated system at the phone number listed -- (703)927-0044 and callers are directed to the website to book appointments and if you leave a message that calls will be returned within 2 business days. NOT professional but yet customers are told they require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment (not everyone has access to internet at all times to use that method to change an appointment). read more

I went to see Dr. Roberts for a facial filler. As a fellow healthcare practitioner, I was appalled at how rude and uninformative she was. She made it clear that she want pleased about the Groupon pricing, and gave me no advice other than to "ice" after. The procedure itself was extremely painful and I had diffuse bruising and swelling immediately after. I had to research on the Internet what to do to calm down the symptoms. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. Personally, I would rather pay the extra amount to have a compassionate, informative doctor. I would never return to this center. read more

After reading the few great reviews about Dr. Roberts, I was excited to find a Groupon for an IPL procedure. I, however, did not have a good experience. I"m not sure if it's because I was a lowly Groupon user, or if the "doctor" was just having a bad day, but she clearly wanted to take it out on me. I found her icy and unkind. Her assistant was perfectly friendly (the only saving grace) but reeked of cigarettes, so when she lathered my face with potions, I was left smelling like an ashtray. Dr. Rogers barely greeted me, did not explain the procedure, made sure I knew I needed Botox, and tried her best to make me feel uncomfortable (she succeeded). When the procedure was over, she said nothing to me, but stood with her back to me while she played on her phone. The assistant said a few things about product and then SHE turned away and wouldn't give me eye contact. I stood there awkwardly for a bit until finally asking if I was free to leave. It was very odd and rude (don't offer Groupons if it pisses you off to fulfill them). I was given very little instruction as to how to proceed after the procedure (luckily I have friends that have had IPL who could help me). On top of the unprofessional service, my face was a mess when I was done. Not pink or red and swollen, but actual broken blood vessels across my cheekbones and jawline. I called my dermatologist to ask if this was normal. It is not. None of my friends thought it was normal either. Gratefully, Groupon refunded my money and I will not be going back. read more

First of all let me introduce my self, im a physician as well,i moved to Washington dc area 2 years ago and i was looking for a physician who can understand and treat my unique condition, im 36 yr old but for unknown reason I've been having asymmetrical loss of fat and collagens in my face in different area's which makes a lot of providers hesitant to touch me .. but since i came to dr roberts im very satisfied thanks God , she knows exactly what i want and what i need and whats my goal , i have maybe near 15 syringes of fillers in my face without any one noticing it even a cosmetic physician. Since i started to notice my problem i became interested in this field so i went to LA and i took a certification course for cosmetic injections from Beverly hills, my instructor is one of the top in LA and Beverly Hills he couldn't believe that i even have fillers in my face till i showed him the before and after pictures. He was impressed with the physician who injected me which is of course dr Roberts.. im so glad and thankful that she is my physician and her goal is always to make you look pretty and natural without any one noticing that you had any thing done ;) read more

Bad, bad and worse. Worst bedside manner ever. EVER. Spent an hour waiting for a two minute procedure, half of which was spent on reviewing my LivingSocial deal in the patient seat. Didn't seem too pleased that I had purchased a deal either. She came out of another consult room where the patient was displeased with the $2000 he had spent on laser and botox and she just flat out refused to hear any of it, saying she doesn't guarantee any results. Carried that same attitude into my consult. Unprofessional and haphazard-looking is Dr. Roberts. Very judgmental glare, though if you point the mirror in her direction, she looks very not put together, holes in her stockings and everything. Never ever coming here again. read more

I consider myself to be very fortunate to live in the area, but even if you don't, I feel it is worth the effort to be a patient of the most knowledgeable and capable doctor on the planet. Dr. Roberts is a true artist and has a wonderfully up-to-date tool chest at her disposal. I can't be more pleased with my results. read more
