I have spent well over $1,000 with this company, and I am beyond disappointed with both the…read moreproducts and the customer service. Nearly every toy I have purchased has either malfunctioned shortly after purchase or stopped working entirely. These products are advertised as coming with a 5-year warranty, but the warranty process has been an absolute disaster. There is little to no communication -- no calls, no emails, no updates. I have been waiting on replacements for three products totaling around $500 and still have not received any resolution. At this point, I have honestly given up trying to get a response because there is no one to get ahold of, no one to talk to, and no accountability. The promises made to customers about warranties and support feel completely broken. For a company that promotes quality products and stands behind its warranties, this experience has been unacceptable. After being a loyal customer and spending this much money, I expected much better treatment. I will not be purchasing from this company again and will be taking my business elsewhere. I cannot recommend a company that fails both in product reliability and customer support.

I told her I look for support, slightly padded, and not too frilly. She measured me and said, "I'll be right back, I know the perfect bra for you" A little excited to see what she would return with, she came back to the dressing room with pieces of string that she claimed were bras. Not a one was supportive or padded, and there was lace all over. I told her those are not the types of bra I wear and off, she went to go grab a few more. This circus lasted for 4 returns to the dressing room until finally she went to get her manager, Margo. In the 3 minutes that Margo was in the dressing room, she left to come back with an appropriate bra. Margo was extremely helpful and made me feel like I wasn't wasting my time. Unfortunately, this boutique doesn't cater to plus sizes and I had to special order a bra in my size. Took a chance and after 2 weeks came back to try on. They weren't perfect, but would work, otherwise my only other option would be store credit that I would spend in friends because of their limited large sizes. A suggestion. Teach your staff the importance of listening to their customers so they are not bringing bras to you that are inappropriate or nothing at all what is being described. A word of caution to other plus size gals. Their selection is very limited. They have a no return policy only store credit. I took a leap of faith and special ordered 2 bras that I can live with. Had those been in stock when I was fitted, I would have passed on them.
