When the original door was removed, it was clear to see that the opening had been modified. The original door was not the correct size for the opening. Tried calling x5 about the seal, but he wouldn't answer, return my call, or respond to texts. And found out from a better electrician that he was supposed to change the main breaker when he changed the HECO connection so now have to repair the roof, install a NEW connection to HECO line, AND install a new main breaker.
