The review below is very interesting considering I had quite literally the opposite experience. I contacted them on a Tuesday morning after I had called around to a few engineers and he had the earliest availability on that Thursday of the same week. I told him if I couldn't find someone sooner, I would call back. I made a few more calls and then called back as he still had the earliest availability. So we now had spoken 2 times. He said his schedule was open and I explained that the owners of the home would be contacting him to officially schedule the appointment as this was all going through the warranty company and I was just helping facilitate everything as this is a home my client is purchasing.
I gave the listing agent his information for her sellers to call, and they immediately called to schedule. She even text me to confirm that a 4 pm time slot would work and I confirmed the time was great. Appointment scheduled!
I arrived at the sellers home on Thursday just before 4 pm, as he was supposed to arrive between 4 and 4:30 and even mentioned that he was coming from north and thought that would be a good time to avoid some traffic. 4:40 rolls around and still no sign of an engineer. So I call to find out how far they are, and he starts getting attitude with me and says that he has nothing on the schedule, never did, claims he never spoke to us although we spoke 2 different times and he spoke to the sellers as well once and we all have call record of it.
He never once said, "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, however..."
No, that never happened. He said, "Let me be clear, we don't do any scheduling over the phone so..." and then continued to be completely unprofessional and not take responsibility what-so-ever, all the while I am sitting in front of the sellers who are the nicest couple and trying to maintain my professionalism. Then he also proceeded to claim that the only way to schedule an appointment is to do so online. Fine, so where was the guidance when they spoke on the phone to say, hey, we would love to meet on Thursday at 4, so can you please now go on our website to go ahead and get this booked and enter in your credit card information so we can lock up this time? No, that never happened either.
Must be nice reading minds? Not sure what it's like to know what someone is thinking. He also claimed that he never spoke to them and acted completed dumbfounded at the entire situation.
Needless to say, I contacted him after I left the sellers home and left a voicemail to share how I truly felt about the situation, and his text back to me was a bunch of run-around bs that wasn't even worth reading.
I wouldn't dare to hire this company ever again and would advise against anyone doing so as well. Customer service is everything and this guy has nailed it for terrible customer service. read more
