Progress was slow, emails / calls asking for status were ignored, and final approvals for the City never provided (I gave up and hired a different firm to finish the job). This team has real trouble keeping track of its projects. But oddest of all, when I picked up the plans a nervous office manager implied I didn't intend to pay my bill simply because I wanted a quick glance to review them for accuracy. Apparently she thought I would run out the door with the plans in my hand. Really? If this firm is worried about getting paid for slow work and poor communication, perhaps it would be smarter to ask new customers for a deposit upfront instead of insulting them.

This project consisted of knocking down a wall, moving plumbing and electrical, adding extra outlets and lighting. It also involved the tub removed and a tiled shower built and then the whole bathroom tiled. We ran into a couple of issues during the project from when the house was built. The contractors did a poor job when they ran the water lines and laid the foundation. Igor found and fixed the mistake. I am very happy with the work he and his crew did. I have asked them to quote me on the remodel of my other bathroom. All the other people that quoted me said this would take at least a month or more plus outrageous prices. This project was completed to perfection in 2 weeks. They were very tidy and professional, even with a cane corso dog bothering them the whole time.

The initial quote is done virtually and inaccurately. They say they will send someone out to verify the measurements but wont. My project ended up being 15 feet longer and they tacked on another $2300 which they will not explain where it came from. Looking at the quote the same length of fencing varies in price. It shouldn't. Because they were already near completion when the inflated invoice arrived I really didnt get a choice to refuse the job. So yeah. You will pay more than you agree to and they won't explain why. I signed off, but not happy and not satisfied. They got their extra money so I could be done with them. I will not be recommending this conpany to anyone. Live and learn and hire somebody else.
