What a partner I have found to keep my health in tip top shape. I had previously gone and spent THOUSANDS to a "holistic, biological" dentist in my area only to be EXTREMELY disappointed. The first trip to Dr. Scott's office, I knew what I had missed out on before and that this was truly my FINAL HOME DENTIST OFFICE FOR LIFE. This is the kind of dentist you need if you have lots of questions, do research yourself and want to discuss with your dentist, need expert guidance on issues. Besides a great chair side manner and personal touch, Dr Scott has thousands of great articles on a website, orabiologics.com. This is a wealth of information. YOU are the one in charge of your health. And it's been refreshing to find a dentist and their staff that take MY health seriously. I've never had a bad visit. I am so glad I found Dr. Scott. You will be, too, if you need this kind of expert care and attention. I can't say enough good positive things about them.

She had sent me a copy of his insurance and when I got there, apparently they didn't have his insurance card on file. I told them I had a copy and one of the receptionist told the other wow, so she can send it to her, but not to us. The dental assistant was fine not rude, but not engaging to my grandson at all. The Dentist was wonderful. She was kind and sweet and made sure that my grandson was comfortable the whole way through. However, he did need x-rays and nitrous gas before they pulled his tooth. If they had accepted my daughter's insurance with the card provided it would've been a total of $20 for the visit instead I paid almost $500 because they refused to make a simple phone call to get his insurance verified. When my daughter made the appointment, she did let them know that I would be bringing him so that there would be no issues. I've never heard of a doctor or Dentist's office that doesn't verify insurance before your appointment and they never require you to be in person to do that. They always verify insurance by phone prior to even seeing the patient. This was ridiculous and obviously just an issue of them not wanting to do their job.

My mom comes back in later for the right filling and crowning (bless her soul) and while she is in the chair with no knowledge of what is going on in her mouth, the dentist has stabbed the underside of her tongue on the right side and around the inside of her cheek (nowhere near the filling and crowning tooth) as retaliation for complaining for a procedure THEY MESSED UP ON.
