Because they only accept consignments on weekdays, I made a special trip during the workweek. When I arrived, no one was at the counter, and I had to find a team member downstairs to get assistance. I explained that I had two bags of well-maintained, name-brand children's shoes to consign. She told me they only accept "brand new" items, which was confusing given that this is a consignment store. When I tried to clarify what she meant, she was dismissive and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. My items were not formally declined. I chose to leave with them because the interaction was so condescending and unhelpful. I would rather donate them to someone in need than continue a transaction with an employee who treated me that way. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as either a consignor or a customer.

They seem to be full price and even with a sale, it didn't seem like much of a deal. All of the stores were very cleanly and organized. There were some really friendly associates and they were not so friendly associates. Most of the people shopping were in good spirits though. I love the layout of this mall. It's one story, it goes in a circle, so you can't miss a store and you will remember where you parked. Lol. Every few steps you take, there's a Restroom and Vending Machine. There are some tables outside the stores, to take a break, if you get tired. There's also a water fall in the center that has oversized Chairs around it that is very popular. I always return, whether I'm shopping for family or taking out of town friends shopping. There's a Buccees just across the street & of course that in itself is shopping extra for all kinds of paraphernalia souvenirs. Plus the BBQ food fest! We love it!
