So look no further for the best hair cuts in SF. All her amazing reviews are from Lotte Salon on Filmore where she use to work for 16 years. So glad she ventured out and started her own business. I've been to a handful of hairdressers in SF and after every cut I was just feeling ok. All I wanted was a bunch of choppy layers, totally flat that didn't look like a mullet cut.
