When you walk in the workers are Friendly and it is a cute nice environment. Pancakes were huge and delicious! What more could you ask. Toast and bacon were enjoyable. Eggs were a tad runny but good. Went to Linda's on a sunday afternoon. When we walked in, we saw it wasnt too busy. Alot of empty tables. Noone was there to direct us to a table despite there being a please wait to be seated sign. Luckily someone was walking by as we stood there and pointed at a table across the room for us to sit at. When we got there we sat down as someone was just finising cleaning the table off. A woman came by and threw a stack of menus on the table and then walked away. Guess she was having a rough day, whatever. Couple minutes later she came back and asked for our drink order. She was pretty fast with the drinks but walked away instead of asking what we wanted. About 5 minutes later another woman came over and took our order. 30 minutes went by and we still had no food, nor had we been contacted by wait staff. We had to flag someone down to ask if our food was coming to which she told us it was going to be a while because they had a mobile order for 60 pancakes. Ok...that might have been something that could.have been communicated with us so we werent sitting there wo dering why we were being ignored, with empty drinks for half an hour. Manager came by and reiterated that they had several online orders and our food will be made shortly. Again, thats something that should have been told to us before we waited. Again, our empty drinks were ignored. About 15 minutes went by and finally our food came. Why do people eat here? My friend ordered a salad with chicken. The chicken was dry, overcooked and had no seasoning. My friends mom got a steak omelet and home fries. Normally an omelet has the stuff inside...this was just scrambled eggs with...steak? mixed in. The home fries were a mushy mess and oddly gritty. I ordered the Gyro with fries. The gyro was ok, meat was a little overcooked and dry, and it was shaped oddly like it was a sliced sausage or something. What confused me was, my fries were cold. Like really cold. If we had to wait all that time for food, why was any of it cold? My friends mom tried to speak with the manager but she just had excuses and was combative. She didnt care that her patrons were uninformed or kept waiting. She didnt care that our service was lacking and the food was subpar and cold. She didnt bother to give any kind of discount for the inconvenience, and no we didnt ask for one. She just wanted to argue. Overall this places food is awful. You can really see how little the kitchen cares for the quality of food, amd that reflects on leadership and the owners. Management needs to be either retrained or removed and replaced. Their utter lack of care for the customers will eventually lead to this places downfall. Id rather go across the street to the gas station for breakfast. Get it together. read more

First, we have eaten at Linda's several times and we have ALWAYS had a great experience here. From the moment you walk in the door the staff are always smiling and polite. The seem genuinely happy to see you. Second, the food is always a hit. On this particular day, my wife totally won with her order. This was probably the best Grilled cheese with tomato, bacon and onions I've ever eaten, I mean it was just that good!! My French toast was good, but it could have been just a tad sweeter, like it needed some powdered sugar or something. The French fries were perfect and so was the bacon. This is your typical diner set up. Nothing crazy but it gets the job done. They could use an update to brighten up the place a bit but as long as the food is delicious we will keep coming back. read more

I grew up on diner dining and can be hard on places in reviews due to comparison & history. Despite the massive menu with seemingly unlimited options and kitchen chaos, a great diner has to be clean and serve bigger than your eyes and belly. Linda's is not the classic diner I remember but it checks all the boxes that truly matter; extremely clean, great staff, a full menu and plates. Truly looking forward to trying so much more. read more

It's changed somewhat from the last time we visited a couple months ago. The menu was not clear and server wasn't very knowledgeable. I didn't include bread or potatoes with breakfast but ask to add the $2.50 fruit cup that held strawberries and blueberries. The ticket came back is $4.95 for a small cup of strawberries and maybe four blueberries. When we asked about it, the manager/cashier dismissive and rude. She even said we should have been charged more. This is clearly a place that doesn't respect its customer. We won't be going back. read more

We love Linda's! We go there almost every Sunday morning with my parents. The food is always exceptional. The staff is amazing and treat us like family. Recently we celebrated my parents 62 anniversary there and Linda took care of our party of 10 people flawlessly. Our "go to" breakfast place for sure. read more

This was the worst breakfast at a diner I ever had. Food was cold and bland. My french toast was cold I told the waitress and she warmed the same piece I bit off of and gave it back to me. The home fries were horrible no flavor even with the onion added. The bacon seemed old with no crisp . The grits were like cream of wheat I think it was that. I think they cook everything in advance and then warm it up as you order which is insane for a diner. Service was ok. I will stick to my norm. Marys Diner or East Gate. read more

If you like greasy, rubbery food served cold after waiting a long time by rude waitstaff, this is the place for you.

My husband and I went here for the first time on Sunday. We loved Paisanos and haven't been there since they closed but we tried Linda's out. It was good...he got pancakes and I got the eggs Benedict. The food was good. The service was great. Everyone from start to finish was extremely friendly and accommodating. I usually come to this diner when it was "Mary's Diner" so upon arrival I noticed it was now Linda's. My sister asked if I would like to go elsewhere & I decided to give it a try since we were already there. The waitress was cool however the the owner turned me completely off. I had ordered home fries, bacon, toast & short stack regular pancakes. I enjoyed everything but the pancakes which was very distasteful & tasted like dough. of course I had to a bite of it to determine that & they sat there until we were done. I politely explained to the owner who checked me out that I didn't like or eat the pancakes & the attitude she displayed was horrible! She seemed offended that I didn't enjoy them & when I asked can it be taken off my bill since I didn't even eat them she rudely said NO, there's nothing I can do. In that moment I grew very annoyed but I kept my composure & paid the bill knowing ILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN OR RECOMMEND anyone else to!!! I didn't argue whatsoever I simply said okay no problem, paid for nasty pancakes I didn't eat or enjoy & told my sister we will never eat there again. Bottom line it's the principal if a customer doesn't like their food & doesn't eat it then it should be taken off the bill just like any other restaurant. It was the audacity of the owner even getting upset over something so normal. Not everyone is going to like your food get over it & learn better customer service skills because if that was me a few years ago before all this growth she probably would have had to call the police. There will be one day she does that to someone who isn't so mature & doesn't care about losing anything.
